Parts department was extremely slow and seemingly disorganized even though the parts that were ordered a few days prior were available for purchase/pickup. Cashier did not honor the original invoice price but rather told me to sort it out with the with parts department directly, simply stating that the original invoice was ”wrong”.The experience was salvaged by a service advisor stepping in and working to “solve the problem” regarding the invoice. However, from start to finish this simple process of purchasing in stock parts took roughly 30 minutes.

Great service! Quick turnaround, good communication about services provided, and easy in-and-out experience. One thing that could have been improved was communication before I gave them the car, but this impression is probably a result of my relative inexperience with what happens to a car when it goes to the shop.

Its such a relief to find a mechanic that is trustworthy, skilled, and not super expensive. To find all this at a dealer seems rare in my experience. Sesi Mazda has been all of these. I often leave spending less than expected, am never ever pressured into repairs, usually given months notice on repairs coming down the road so I can prepare and save for them, and the work is always top notch. (Originally came after Uncle Eds put the wrong oil cap back on 🤬 and we leaked oil for days before coming here.) Highest recommendation.
I had a great experience with the Sesi Motors sales team. Darin helped me out with a difficult trade-in for the new car I had my eye on. He even opened up the store facade and drove the car off the showroom floor so I could test drive the car since it was the only trim model they had on lot. He is very knowledgeable and will answer any questions you have. Awesome experience all-around!

I bought a new Mazda today and I could not be happier with my experience. Hands-down the best dealership Ive worked with. When I walked in I was greeted by Mr. Sesi, who shook my hand and brought me over to the salesperson, Darin. He was excellent — he actually seemed to have my best interest in mind (a big difference from other experiences Ive had elsewhere) and walked me through every step of the process. The finance person didnt try to sell me an extended warranty or anything else I didnt need, and the tech guy who showed me all of the gadgets on my car even adjusted the lift gate so it was easier for me to reach. I would highly recommend Sesi, and Darin, to anyone. Plus I love my car :)
I love my new 2020 Mazda CX--5 that Ive had just over a week now. Besides loving the car, I had the absolute best experience at Sesi Mazda. My salesperson, Dustin Shankle made everything so easy to understand. He and Noah delivered my car to Royal Oak because I wasnt able to pick it up. For me the service went over and above any dealership Ive ever stepped foot into. Sesi treats their customers like family and Im happy to be part of that family!

Brought my CX-5 in to get something diagnosed and see if it would be covered under warranty. I worked with Doug in the Mazda service department and he made everything very easy and straightforward. I would definitely come back.
Doug was wonderful with getting my CX-5’s roof rack installed and with replacing a couple of pieces that were damaged when my car was grazed by a plow this winter. The service and communication were fantastic, and I’ll be back!
Time consuming routine services.In the last 5 years of servicing 2 different brand cars at multiple authorized dealers, I have never had a wait period of more than 1hr and 15mins to do routine service (oil change + tire rotation + basic checks). Last day Sesi beat me to my worst expectations. Took close to 2 hours to return my car with an appointment. Highly disappointed comparing to service times at other dealers.Everything else was good and seamless from scheduling appointment to handing over the car to receiving the car back.

I Was having battery trouble and it was over the weekend and when I tried to schedule an appointment I got a text from Joe who said bring it in Monday. So I did and I was taking care of, the battery replaced, the car washed and I was on my way. Confident that I was no Longer going to have to worry about jumpstarting my car. I went there to ask about car speakers rattling which is a common problem with Mazda 6s with Bose systems. I asked if it was covered under warranty. The rep said that he would tell me for $135. Thats not a very customer friendly answer. Seems like theyre just trying to extract as much money as possible.

Absolutely awful experience, sales people on the floor were unhelpful. Service department was even worse, I asked for a quote and was treated as though they did not want my business. A younger male at the parts counter was extraordinarily rude and disrespectful toward me and my friend, going so far as to imply I was poor. Please do not take your service and money here

I went with my friend to get an accessory and they treated us like we were unwanted. The on floor sales men were very unhelpful. The man at the counter was rude and took forever, even implying we need other people to buy things for us. And the man that gave us an estimate was off by about $200 Dollars. 0/10. God awful
The Service department at Sesi is great. Ive taken my Mazda to them for years. Routine service is always fast. The few times Ive needed repairs, they can always get the OEM parts, and Ive never had lingering issues.
Service on the car itself was exceptional. There was a little miscommunication on pricing, but but we figured it out in the conclusion of the service.

Mazda’s serviceman Doug Schmaus is the best. He explains everything clearly to me and I always feel like he has my best interests at heart. Everyone is very friendly and helpful. I’ve bought several cars from Sesi over the years and never been disappointed. She was so helpful with everything including showing me the car controls and setting up my phone.
