Woody was suppose to pick up my mom and take her to the airport at noon. We had a confirmation email from him, had spoken to him on the phone and there is no way a miscommunication could have happened. But he didn’t show up. She waited 30 minutes and made multiple phone calls. He never picked up, never let us know that something came up. Why did we need a ride to the airport you ask? Because I have a 2 yr old and 9 mos old and that is during their lunch and nap time. So thanks Woody for being entirably unreliable, and causing us to have to frantically take my mom to the airport when we had two tired hungry children to take care of. Do not hire Woody if you want to make it to the airport. (Also I should note he never did show up or return our calls-had he called later to apologize and explain I would not have left this) call an Uber!
