I would love to say good things as Mick was very knowledgeable. But, nobody answers the phone or returns calls. Then when you do get a person and are scheduled for a day nobody showed up to trim the trees. Been waiting 3 months since the request to have my trees pruned.

Mick is extremely knowledgeable certified arborist, a true industry leader. Sometimes you need to wait for the best restaurant, doctor, educator, arborist etc... He is truly an influence and a teacher.

Presented well, gave a reasonable quote, hit bad weather, said he would reschedule, never returned phone messages, found a great service trees are gone, have recommended them to a handful of people, will continue to recommend Remline Tree Service
