Save your money and do it yourself. What I was promised and what I got was two different things. They are far from professional. From my experience the people do the bare minimum and if that. The first person that sprayed my yard did a great job but the other five times they were here very short times and I had weeds everywhere still.
True green employees listened to our needs for lawn care. They were very courteous and did a great job or aeration and seeding. We would recommend them.
I ONLY gave one star bc I can’t write a review if I don’t. Do not use this service!!! They don’t show up when they state they will. When you call customer service (they are working remotely) the commuter is ALWAYS down. No “supervisors” are available EVER!! We ordered this service as a gift for our dad for Father’s Day. It’s august 13th and they haven’t showed up since may. The yard is FULL of weeds. Tried to find that “perfect” gift and it’s a disaster for my parents.Here is an edit…I contacted them immediately by email and they never responded.
I think Trugreen has a great service however I have now called 3 to 5 times today only to either be just connected to the option to hold your place in line but you cannot get a hold of anybody in Trugreen when I did the chat app I was 31 person in line I try it right away at 9 AM when they open I tried at noon three and four so Frustrated. That you can’t get a hold of anybody local and you have to go through this freaking 800 number. They say they will come out and re-treat your yard if you’re not happy but the problem is you can’t get a hold of them there app is less than customer friendly when trying to chat.
Have used TruGreen for several years and have had many compliments on my lawns appearance.
This is a company that will call you multiple times per day when trying to entice you to sign up for their services... after you sign and pay, they become ghosts. Long wait times to talk to anyone compounded by 24+ hour call backs from managers. Customer support notwithstanding, the biggest issue is that the customer service office seems very out of touch with the actual technicians. They can put notes in your account till they are blue in the face, the technician will still not do what is asked. I am on my 4th treatment where they fail to simply put a sign in a treated patch of grass so my neighbor doesnt let their animals into the fertilizer. I will be calling next week to cancel my service and request a refund on the remaining treatments. (i paid in full which i do not recommend) I am giving them two stars because their treatments seem to at least partially work as my lawn is starting to look better. But possibly putting my neighbors dogs in danger is not worth the marginal improvement. Try A+ or another lawn care service...

They showed up again this year and preformed a treatment then charged my account but I cancelled service last year - SO AGRAVATING. The sales team badgered me to expand my services and I repeatedly told them I was not interested. Id also asked about their chemicals impact on pollinators and was assured it wouldnt kill bees but when i checked the chemical against the NDA - it had warnings about killing all insects so to watch the timing and TruGreen didnt pay attention to that.
If you want the biggest headache youve ever had in your entire life, hire TruGreen for your lawn care. The salesmen are bullies. Customer service is not just useless, but rude to the point that theyre almost hostile. No matter how many times you call customer service, your request never actually makes it to person providing your service. Supervisors promise to call you back and *never* do. TruGreen is one of the worst run, unprofessional, disorganized, and flat out incompetent companies Ive ever done business with.
I called to get an estimate, and took them at least 30 minutes to respond. When they did it was only an automated call. Tried to get a professional lawn expert as they call them, out to help me instead someone was out and sprayed without permission. WILL NEVER RECOMMOND THEM!!!!
Chemicals used in application killed grass. My lawn now have dead spots and watering does not help.
Paid $521.10 for 8 treatments in advance for discount, starting October fall fertilizer treatment! Thought the rest of treatments would continue the following year, but they rushed a weed treatment and aeration and re- seeding late October, early November!! How can you water then,it snowed !! Weed treatment wouldnt work either in those temperatures!! When I complained about it, nothing was done!! The next year they said (billing- Julie) my 3 treatments used up all monies I paid.I called to tell customer service I wanted no more services that I had to pay for in June 2021, then in August they did aeration &re-seeding and took out $154.10 from checking, which I still havent been refunded!! Also another bill for a treatment I already paid for! My lawn is all brown and very dissatisfied with this company! Customer service is a joke!!
We have a garden and kids with respiratory issues so we do not use yard sprays and only use pellet herbicides when necessary to avoid overspray. They sprayed our yard, which was the wrong address. When we called the “local” customer service line to find out if we needed to take immediate action for the plants on our property, they would not talk to us since we are not in their system. Note the local line is rerouted to a national line, which no one could tell us what our yard was sprayed with. And this was after we spent 45 mins trying to reach a customer service rep.I was told we could expect a local rep to be in contact with us and stop by our house, which I expect will be too late to salvage any plants that have damage. Highly suggest to look for a local company that uses ground pellets with better customer service, and you will keep a nice looking lawn without upsetting your neighbors.
Always very professional and friendly. They do a wonderful job with our acreage. It’s always green, thick, and weed free.

The worst customer service I’ve ever experienced.Received my quote via phone call last week, which was great. I did provide my credit card, which is my own fault. Was told an auditor would call me this week to set up my first appointment and discuss the quote again to make sure I wanted to pay monthly. I asked the rep who gave me my quote TWICE to make sure I would be getting a phone call and that I could schedule on my own time. She confirmed both times. I received zero phone calls.I received an email confirming my quote, which I was good with the price so I confirmed that was okay. Then received a confirmation again stating someone would be calling to set up my first appointment. I received nothing.Checked my email again today to find out they serviced my lawn already. I wanted to know when it was being serviced so that I could make sure my yard was picked up and ready to go. I also wanted to be home for the first service so that I could go over the property and my specific issues.I called customer service and told them the fact that I was never called when I was told I would be and that this was already scheduled without discussing it with me left a bad taste in my mouth. Their response was that the aeration and overseeding was already scheduled as well for next week. Again, was not told this, no emails confirming appointments. At this point I was upset and explained that it made me want to cancel. The rep responded, “Oh okay, hold on... Okay, it’s cancelled. Here’s your reference number.”Obviously they don’t care about their customers, and I shouldn’t have expected much more from a big company. What a waste of time. I will be sure to give my money to someone local from here on out. Use this company only if you don’t care about honesty and integrity in a business.

If your wanting the worst yard on your block hirer these guy’s! Not only have they left my yard looking like a disaster, they also left two of my neighbors yards looking the same, complete disaster! All three of us just fired them!I emailed 3 times, called customer service, found one of their techs working near by and personally showed him my yard, resulting in him shaking his head, saying “totally unacceptable”, “will tell my manager” so he told me! So I tried really hard to get my yard issues looked at, results were CRICKETS!Then after trying all of that, I made a 30 second video, sent it to the CEO showing him how bad my yard is, and sent a letter outlining all the attempts with communication that I tried to get a manager, supervisor to correct my yard or at least look and respond to me!! Wow like CEO and employees, CRICKETS! Absolutely no response. Folks not good, I went through all proper channels a number of times, just a very poorly run company!They just lost 3 customers in one block, I’m going with small company that actually cares about you and your yard! The service provided is excellent and the app keeps me informed when the service will be performed. We had neglected our lawn for many years prior to starting your service last year. Basically in one year of six services we have reclaimed our lawn from weeds, even Creeping Charlie, and have a nice thick lawn.
Yard treated yesterday and one gate was left open the other was barely shut. We could have easily had a dead dog. Ill be going back to my previous provider after this season. Im also sick and tired of getting promoted for services I have repeatedly said I do not want...but the open gate is the end for us.
The past two times they have come to spray fertilizer and tripower broadleaf control, they have only spent 4-6 minutes on our entire front and back yard. (The time they spend at our house is listed on our customer worksheet that they leave in the front door. Plus, I’m home and time them!) To me that seemed impossible.I’ve called a TruGreen and complained and was told that with the square footage of our property they should be there for at least 10-15 minutes!We have gone thru TruGreen for many years, however I keep having to call them out to re-spray and I think that’s terrible customer service.Next year we will be going with another company!

I have never written a complaint of any kind. 2 year customer, Im out of town for work most weekdays. I called and complained about the patches in my yard and was told Grub issue. Tech came out and said it wasnt grub but fungus. Why didnt the previous techs offer solutions or upsells? 6/15/18 I called and they said they would have a salesman call today to schedule treatment. its now 7/16/18 and nobody called. Crab grass is out of control. Lady on the phone today didnt really care and seemed used to people cancelling service.
I gave them 2 stars because their treatment killed every dandelion in my yard shortly after the first treatment. So their product worked. My issue is that when I signed up I made it very clear that I only wanted fertilizer and weed control. I explicitly told them I didnt want them to treat for insects. On my second treatment in the plan my bank account was automatically billed for double the amount I expected for a treatment. I checked the information left by the tech and discovered they had billed me for insect treatment along with my regular weed and feed treatment resulting in a double charge. Shady and unprofessional practice.
Treated for weeds and then got a call they were planning on an aeration and overseeding the next day. Doesnt Trugreen check to see what is being done to the lawn and schedule accordingly?
Had them for years did a good job this year a guy came out with a hand sprayer not sure what it was but my yard started to dye in spots called a guy came out said there was nothing wrong bs my yard has died spots still so we are going to use someone else do are yard.
There is a serious lack of operational organization at this branch. Weve been promised aeration numerous times last season as well as this season which has not happened. We ended up just renting a machine and doing it ourselves. Weve specifically asked for no premergent/herbicide and we just got a random ticket on our door stating they applied it. No call, no knock. Its seems like they have a system that strictly focuses on volume of only one service. (Spray as much herbicide on as many lawns as possible). Feeling extremely violated right now...

My experience with true green I was very good. The person who came to treat my yard very professional, he explained everything to me, he listen to everything I said . Explained what he was going to do to my yard and what he thought it needed and then gave me an evaluation of my yard when he was done. He applied for treatment my hand he was careful. Very pleased!

First of all, if you dont have the local persons phone number, good luck getting ahold of anyone who knows anything about your needs. The corporate customer service is terrible. I didnt have a local contact until a salesperson called me trying to sell me mosquito defense.I signed up for the TruHealth program (6 applications + grub control) last fall for this year (2020). I didnt receive my first application until the end of April, then my second application was the first day of Summer. The app gives you a date on when your next visit will be, but the date changes every time you look.Since I still have crabgrass and clover in my yard, I inquired if they had missed one of the Spring applications, they vocally scheduled a visit within 72 hours to catch up, but this visit never took place. From my understanding, the pre-emergent should have been put on in the Spring before the weeds germinated (first two applications).During the second application (Fert/Weed Control + Grub Treatment), the tech only did two-thirds of the yard and left, but the receipt states they did All Areas. When I called to inquire, they said the tech could have been confused about the side yard since I live on the corner lot and would send the them back out. I still havent seen them or been able to confirm if theyve been back out. Reminder, I was billed for both treatments.I ended up canceling my service, which was the easiest thing to do however, the credit amount I received was less than what they told me over the phone.Poor communication,Unreliable service,Easy to get your money back,I would take your money somewhere else.

NEVER using trugreen again! I paid them to come aerate my yard. The first time they only did half the yard. Too lazy to do the back apparently. When calling the manager his response was I dont know why that happened. They came out the next week and finished the backyard. I have 3 gates in my yard. They left one wide open on the side of the house and my dog got out. Immediately cancelled. I have doubt whether they did any of the services correctly. It seems to me like their guys are trying to get done as quickly as possible and forget things. It cant be that hard...
Unfortunately I had to push 1 star to be able to leave a review because even that’s generous. First visit I got no call or text like I was supposed to, so the service wasn’t done. Had to call. Second time i was home and gate was unlocked. Employee pulled up, then left. I then got a text stating the service couldn’t be done because my gate was locked. Again, I was home and gate was not locked. Two cars in the driveway and you don’t think to call me or knock on the door? Had to call. Third time we had a successful spray, but with an extra charge! Had to call. I’ve had to babysit and/or call every single visit! And then to top it off I hear about comments made by management that are disrespectful to people and their ways of life (if you know what I mean) as well as another manager commenting in lewd ways about 16 year old girls?! And he’s spraying at peoples homes who possibly have young girls as well! My husband is cancelling our service as I type this. DISGUSTING, LAZY, AND UNPROFESSIONAL. I wouldn’t use them again if someone paid me.

Next to impossible to contact anyone from this company. Tried to call at 10:22am and was told my wait time was over 2 hours. Guess I will not be getting service from this company anymore. Have called several times.

TruGreen is very accommodating. I was recently scheduled for a service date and at the last minute had to change the date. Josh my representative took care of the issue and moved the date for me. They are always very friendly and helpful.
I was not at home at the time of service, but my sister was here and had no complaints about the specialists courtesy. I have been pleased with the looks of the lawn. My previous contacts with the specialist have been professional, and I feel he has responded knowledgeably to my questions.
I have been a customer since last summer. The salesman told me how good everything would look if I signed up. There are more weeds today than there were when I signed up a year ago. I called today and no longer will be doing business with them.

Snake oil. I bought their lawn and mosquito service last summer. The mosquito service does less than nothing. But they had a salesman convince me to give their lawn service another try this year. Well... Im the only house on the block with brown grass and I still have plenty of weeds. Problem is... Its so hard to cancel. Their customer service reps claim they cant help, they have to request a manager to call me. But they never call... So how do I cancel this garbage?
Its really hard to work for a company where the manager Kevin Maxwell is allowed to say whatever he wants to whether its demeaning your personality, insulting you out of nowhere, cussing you out for everyone to hear, telling you to shut the f up, and talks bad about other employees to everyone else and the branch manager Nick doesnt care and keeps letting it slide. The other thing that is disturbing is when the team lead James is out there spraying Lawns with you and a group of 15 and 16 year old girls come running by, he stops and stares at them and looks at me and goes its too bad youre gay cuz we could be in jail right now when I asked him what he meant he pointed at all the girls running by. Thats your Professional Lawn Care at its best right there for you!
Terrible service. Didnt show up twice so they try and get you to stay by giving you the next service free and then charged me so when I call in they said I will get a refund they charged me $105 and gave me a refund of $58 saying they did 2 services one was a grub so confusing. Never again. Look at all the 1 star reviews fora 0 star company.

We just hired Trugreen this summer, our grass looks awesome, however, we still have weeds like none other around the outside trimming of our yard. We have huge thistles growing along our fence line, in our rock beds and around the house that havent been handled. I called two days after the last treatment and was told I had to wait until 11 days had passed, we called on the 11th day and was told that they wont spray landscaping areas - Im not sure why. However, they would let us know when someone could come out to take care of the weeds that werent handled the first three times theyd been out. It is now four days since that call and no one has called to schedule the re-application, that is supposed to be free of charge due to them not addressing the issue the first time. Id like to say they are great, again, our grass INSIDE the yard, looks awesome, but the weeds are out of control and now becoming MY problem to take care of, which is why we had hired them in the first place.
I really appreciate the way TruGreen handles their conflicts. They are always more than willing to come back out to re-treat to take care of those pesky weeds that are a bit more difficult to control. John knows his stuff and will follow-up.
Specialist did a good job on my lawn - took some specific instructions about avoiding my flower beds when applying the preemergent. The new web site look makes it easy to review my lawn care plan.
Did a great job! Really improved the health and appearance of the yard. Now all I have to do is mow and keep it looking nice! That is a huge time-saver over having to try to time the right moment to put on fertilizer or yard treatment.
My grass is nice and green but I have grass growing in sidewalk cracks, one-foot tall weeds growing on my driveway, weeds growing in the gravel...I pay $50/month for this tiny yard and I have weeds. This is ridiculous!
I wanted one year to see how it went. Got a bill. Paid it. They sent another bill (was for following year - very deceptive). It was inadvertently paid. This is not a professional practice but a deceptive one.
Sometimes tech comes in pouring rain. Last time he was here it was pouring. Im asking for a redo on the weed killer. Missed a few weeds. Other than that everything is fine.

3 times they had to come to my property in altoona to aerate and seed and its still not done properly. First time they went to the wrong house ( they had the correct address) . Second time he came to my house and dumped some seed on the ground and left. Third time they sent someone else and he aerated part of the yard but did not do on the other side of my driveway and the other side of my sidewalk. Very disappointing. I will be calling back on monday for a fourth time
Called once to get a quote for lawn service and decided not to use this company. I have been called repeatedly, continuously from sales people for 7 months after the fact trying to give me a new special deal. I have asked every time to be removed from their call list and they wont give up.I can specifically ask the guy on the phone to take me off their prospect list and get a reply sure, but youve never had a call with a deal like this and he LITERALLY WONT GET OFF THE PHONE and leave me alone.
Do not use the Des Moines, Iowa company, they took our charge card, scheduled a treatment date - called as no flags were on the lawn, only to find out they canceled our appointment, then 3 days later sent us a bill. The customer services ladies are very rude on the phone. I would not recommend them at all.
We havent had the service, but we would be more inclined to hear of what you all have to offer if you were so persistent in calling even after I talked to someone and arranged a different time to talk when I was available. 5 calls in 2 hrs is ridiculous
Cancelled my service last year (took 5 attempts to cancel) and just received a call at 730 at night where the gentleman acted like they serviced my lawn last year. The gentleman also mentioned a note on my account that I cancelled, stating that a call center handled it but if he would have known about it then things would have been different. Instead of ending it there the gentleman did not simply end the call that turned into a heated phone call. If a customer does not want your service respect their wishes, dont keep pestering them about it
Customer services over the phone was polite. However upon my second application I noticed I was charged TWICE with no warning and no explanation that it would happen once a year! PLEASE make sure you are aware of their pricing. We will be shopping around for a better service. That was very sneaky.
For the last five years Ive treated my own lawn, and was not convinced someone could do better. On the recommendation of a friend I decided to give it a try. Tru Green made my lawn look the best its every! The lawn was tight and thick, and the weed control was fantastic. This was my first year with the service and any call with concerns were answered immediately and resolved to my complete satisfaction. Cant wait for spring and a the best looking lawn on the block
They dont respond to phone calls. Also they have killed my garden the last 2 years because of the overspray when spraying my neighbors lawn. If I could give zero stars, I would.
After just a couple months of service, my yard looks like it has been well maintained for years. It went from dirt and weeds with a little bit of grass to a yard full of grass! It looks amazing!

I called and was given a quote for two diffrent services. One for weed and fertalize and one for mosquito and pest control. The whole reason i decided to go with the service was for the mosquitoes because i am allergic to them and welt up really bad with each bite. I was informed that i could do the entire 4 acres or up to 3700 sq feet with the service i was getting and was told it was going to be 97 dollars for the first application and then would double for the following 4. Ok great if it gets rid of the little blood suckers i will pay it just to be able to enjoy the outdoors with my kids. The day comes that they come to do the application and the worker was given completely different specs which i do not blame her for she can only work with the information she is given. When i talk to customer service about it first they tell me they have to do a remeasure. Ok fine no problem. Then they call me back and say it is going to be 400 dollars. Um no i was quoted a price i expect it to stay that price. I gave all the information on the initial call. I didnt hide anything. As a matter of fact the guy i spoke with had my property brought up on google maps and was looking at it. She speaks to her manager then comes back and says well we cant do it because we cant reach the whole property. Yeah cancled my service. Extremely misleading and not happy at all.

I am no lawn expert. After 2 applications this year and full season the last 2 years I kicked em to the curb. My lawn looked full of crabgrass. They sent a guy out and I didn’t even want to talk to him. He was very nice and a little insistent. Turns out what I was seeing wasn’t crabgrass but fescue. He was very patient and obviously much more knowledgable than myself. I also needed to sharpen my mower blade. I apologized and thanked him and said ok you guys keep coming back. I’ll ask them if they have a fescue program which from what I read is complex. Thank you for your patience tru green !

Got a call at almost 9 o clock at night and was treated very poorly on the phone...sales lady basically kept asking why money was the issue and that we should have known what our budget was ahead of time. After repeatedly telling her that I needed to talk about it with my fiance the sales lady hung up on me. Will not be going with tru-green.
My lawn is super looking. We are so proud of it. The aeration yearly is a very good thing to do as it made our lawn thick and healthy. The routine feeding of the lawn and spraying the trees keeps everything we have healthy and alive. You saved all of our beautiful Ixora bushes and they line our entrance walkway full of flowers all the time. Our plants are healthy and the grass stays very thick and green all the time. We have a perfect and lovely yard. We enjoy it every day of our lives. It is a true joy to us. It is well worth every penny we spend to have you guys do it so we dont have to. We just get to enjoy it without all that work and the price is so reasonable. We have told people of your great service. Your staff are so courteous even when I am abrupt due to working. Thank you for taking one worry out of my life. It means a million to me, you cannot imagine how de-stressing it is to have such a gorgeous yard.

WOW. Submitted a request for info online. The RUDEST and most obnoxious person called me. Argumentative. Condescending. Ill-informed, and just plain rude. I hung up. If thats how you do business, Ill GLADLY pay more to have someone else service my home.
Customer service (the call center) is absolutely horrible. We pay good money to keep our lawn looking great. Weve had a crappy looking lawn this year. Many calls to try to resolve. Hold times are 20+ minutes, people are rude and they arent even showing up to guarantee their work when they say they will. Upon cancelling the service my husband was treated very rudely! Do not recommend them at all

Is there a way that I can give a lower rating???? Horrible service. No. Its worse than horrible. First, they didnt show up. But they said they did. Next, to get in touch with anyone on the phone, you will need to exhibit a lot of patience. It is not unlike calling tech support through India. Trugreen is not the only show in town.
Nov 11, 2019: Had to request a refund. ONCE AGAIN I was skipped, blown off, ignored, etc. Last service was Aug 14...havent heard BOO from them since. Was supposed to receive TWO more services...NEVER HAPPENED. Even prepaid!! Glad Im not a salesperson for this company...definitely couldnt live off of reviews/experiences like mine!Spring 2019: I cant give zero or negative stars...I would if I could!! Do NOT deal with Mark Jewell in residential sales! He makes up his own version of truth by saying I took notes. Funny thing...his version of notes wasnt any part of our conversation. Called him out on it & he just brushed me off...not worried about customer service in any way, shape or form. Do yourself a favor & deal with the corporate office.FOLLOW UP: Recd a call from the local & corporate office. Got everything resolved. The sales guy...STILL in denial when he called to apologize for making up a story. The only reason he called to apologized was because he was told to...wasnt sincere in any way.
I cant believe how incompetent the people that serviced my home were. First thay could not get my requested service done and billed correctly. The first guy that came to spot treat my weeds used a pump up sprayer that spilled/leaked more chemical then he sprayed. They completed a fertilizer application and my grass did not green up at all. I had some areas that were dying and they sent out a technician out and told me the areas were just dry and in needed to water the areas. He left me a service ticket stating I had a fungus. I discussed this with my sales person and he told me that this fungus was caused by to much water.
How can we reach this local office with questions? Every time I call I get the national call center ~ I want to speak with someone in this office. Dont you have an answering machine to call people back?
TruGreen was supposed to drop off flags so I could mark my underground pet fence before lawn aeration. Instead they unexpectedly showed up and did a full aeration on my yard and broke the pet fence in several locations. Called the support number and the customer service representative saw they were only supposed to drop off flags for aeration that day and do an aeration at a later date. They also signed me up for a service that I had declined when establishing my lawn care service for the year.
We have had a horrible experience in Waukee. Terrible. We would be told we would have service, get billed and no one would show.Do not give them your business. If you are in the Waukee/Des Moines area - go to Wiges. You will not be disappointed. We called one day they came the next. Lawn care, snow removal, they do it all. True green unfortunately after 18 years in another area you’ve completely disappointed. your Des Moines area service is terrible and we will not be back or refer business your way. Buyer be ware.

I was thinking about using them after they came to my door and seemed friendly at the time (probably because I was interested). But then they kept calling me over and over. Seriously 20+ calls in a 48 hour period. I was busy because I had just moved into the house, pretty sure my crab grass isnt going anywhere so that was the last of my priorities right then. I even answered a few times and told them I was still thinking about it and Id call them back, but had to hang up because they would not take no for an answer, the calls did not stop. Extremely rude, I had to block the number. Please spend your money somewhere else so these bad practices are not encouraged.

Absolutely awful experience with this company. Very similar billing practices to that of a gym/workout facility. Contracted with this company for lawn fertilization services at the beginning of summer and chose an auto withdrawal of payment to make it easy. After getting a new debit card and ensuring it was updated in June with a TruGreen billing representative on the phone, told this morning that I had an approximate balance of $300 sitting past due. Immediately paid and immediately cancelled.Absolutely unbelievable customer service experience. Quite frankly relieved at this point to no longer have to put up with random upselling calls from this company during the business day.I would encourage everyone to go local with your lawn care. There are many small businesses that can service you without the gym membership type business practices.
Do not use TruGreen unless you like being bombarded by constant phone calls and home visits. They are relentless! I wouldn’t let them service my lawn for free.

Des Moines area service professionals were friendly. However, the company overcharged my account, refused to credit it and were extremely rude and unprofessional. The pricing that they outlined was nothing like what ended up being charged to my card. I stopped services and chose a different lawn care company.
The yard is really GREEN, i.e. Tru Green because of all of the rain and the treatments that have been applied. The technicians have done a really good job and are always congenial when they arrive.
Do not use this service! The first treatment we requested was for reseeding around the newly built garage. They aerated our front yard instead...not even close to the same services! We asked the technician what he was doing. He said he didnt know what services we were supposed to be getting so he decided to just guess and aerate the front yard.....Technicians kept spraying for weeds ONLY IN THE FRONT YARD even though we called them and said our plan covered the backyard too. It took 4 separate visits before the manager came out and fixed it.the 6th and last month, they started performing extra services and CHARGING US FOR THEM without notifying us or asking our permission.These people are lazy, rude, and will take advantage of you. DONT USE THEM!
Just called to see about starting service with them. Girl was very rude and kept talking over me. Said they were too busy too busy to come out and look at my lawn before starting service.
