Mr. Nolte is a gentleman and a schol....OK, just a really genuine guy. He did aerating and seed on short notice and attempted it through the rain like a champ. I told him to come back the next day, but he came back immediately after the rain passed. He also laid starter ferts too--all for a good price. He had tall fescue and knew which kind of tall fescue (turf-type) I desired, which attests to his preparedness and knowledge. Its only been a few days of watering so I cant speak on the lawn growth yet, but up to this point...he had me at hello. Thanks Steve!
