Great gym! Has all the amenities, id say its a competitor to the big Lifetime in West Des Moines. Chris is a great guy I have known for over a decade. He has worked his way up through being a trainer and is now the General Manager, and he KNOWS what a good gym needs. This gym provides that, plus a lot of friendly people to boot!

Legacy is the bomb! Been a customer since before new ownership when it was Fitness World & its so much better now. Clean, great equipment, well run. Classes, pool, sauna & all the things! Rates are fair. Highly recommend!

Absolutely love this gym! The staff is kind and helpful, the building and machinery is clean and new. There are plenty of cleaning stations positioned around the gym for convenience!

I was so excited to hear that a new gym would be moving in to the Fitness World spot in The District! I did a group class with Christy today and it was awesome! I highly recommend this. I also love the fact that they arent mandating masks to come in the facility. My husband and I cancelled two gym memberships this week b/c they were making masks mandatory to enter and exit the gym. As a business owner myself I love the option of choice vs being told what I have to do! Legacy has my business and I will continue to support them as long as they support peoples freedom to choose! Thanks Legacy!

This is hands-down the best gym I have ever been to. The staff is very inviting, they keep the place very clean, and there is always plenty of room for me to do what I need to do during my workout. You should definitely check them out!

I really like this gym. The staff is great and Chris is awesome! The place is always extremely clean as well. To the people complaining about masks: maybe you should stay home if you are that scared about a virus with a 98% recovery rate, especially if you are “high risk.” Just sayin ;pGreat gym!

Love it here. Great facilities, great staff, and by far the best amenities. Get a tour of this place, youll see all the things i want to tell you, but dont want to type.

Several of my fellow class ladies have came down with Covid-19 after a staff member tested positive, one is currently still in the hospital. I havent gone back since but I know before they were not wearing masks and the classes were jam packed and it was hard to distance yourself from others.

Great new gym option in Ankeny. Love the personal trainers who have helped my wife and I achieve our goals.

This place is unsafe and puts lives at risk. Classes are jam packed and clearly does not follow social distancing guidelines or have any preventative measures with staff or members. I brought it up to a manager and they laughed and walked away, the level of professionalism and customer service is terrible.

New equipment. Great staff. Great location. Good gains! 😁

From their website they say that safety is important but none of their staff were wearing masks and I was brought into this small office. As a person that is high risk and a compromised immune system I did not feel comfortable here.
