I would have given 5 stars, but Ive sat here 5+hrs before many times. Because I fell asleep during unload, and no one comes out to let you know youre finished.They usually are pretty fast with unloading..Plenty of onsite parking in the staging area. Park and Call the number on the sign to check in. They have appointments, but its seems as if they are first come first serve when they arent busy. I almost always get a door as soon as I arrive. Even if I arrive 8rs early etc etc.When its time to dock.Security will call you and tell you to come up to the gate.Theyll give you a dock#.Theyll Cut your seal off if you need it cut.Put your bills in the trailer before backing in.You get a green light, and your bills are in the trailer.Keep a door open on the way out for security to take a peek inside.

Messed up place to drop a load Five hours to unload you.

Pull in to staging area and call posted number for check in. I was 3 hours early and had a for within 30 minutes. Put bills in trailer hit your door. When light turns green pull off dock. Check to make sure they left bills in trailer. Guard shack checks you out.

This is my 2nd time here. Im 3.5 hours past my appointment time and no call for a door yet. The 1st wasnt much better but ive learned my lesson. I will not bring anymore loads here. They are way too slow. I deliver to Hy-vees all over and this one is nothing like the others. Yes the people are nice bit they are about to make me lose over $1,300 in 2 days on my next load because Ive about to lose it.

Had delivery time 0300 got unloaded 0900 they made me leave there property with no hours left on clock plenty of parking
