Had a laptop crash and Jeff was awesome, he was very direct and to the point that it was dead and no way to fix it, which I appreciated. He was able to save my documents and pictures and able to move them to a new laptop. I can honestly say that I dont know what we would do without Jeff and Tier 3! We recently had a software crash and with out Jeff working on it and his faithful back ups- we would have lost years of data, client information, reservations etc. When Jeff first talked to me about moving all of our software and programs to a server/remote computer, I didnt like the idea and thought it was unnecessary. Well, 4 computer crashes later (which had absolutely no effect on our day to day business due to the server) and I now completely understand why this service is so NECESSARY for any business!
