Premier did a fabulous job replacing my hard wired garbage disposal. They were able to come out the same day I called and had competitive rates. They were the 4th place I called and will definitely be my first going forward! Highly recommend!

I had an issue with my water heater & called Premier. I was very disappointed in the service I got. Two men showed up at my door, I assume one was in training. They were there no more than 12 minutes & said they needed to start the pilot light to fix it. When they left, he charged me over $130. For 12 minutes to do nothing more than light something. He told me there was an office charge, to pay for their receptionist? So, I wrote a check. The next day when I turned on my shower, the hot water was still not on. I called the plumber back. He told me he could come out to light it again. I said that it didnt help the first time so I didnt think I should have to pay again. He said, Well... He was going to charge me again to come out to fix something that didnt work the first time. The next day I found out that I needed a new water heater. Had he told me that the first time, he could have been a good businessman, charged me considerably less or given me the option to buy one of their heaters & I could have gotten a partial discount for their service call. I contacted the Better Business Bureau on this situation, but Premier never contacted me nor the BBB about my partial refund. I dont mind paying a surcharge of $50 or so for there 12 minutes of time, but over $130, to be told they could come again for the same price? THIS IS ONE BUSINESS I WILL NEVER SUPPORT. I am in need of a REAL plumber today to fix my toilet & will never call on them, nor believe anybody else should either.

We werent sure what the problem was but we had a leak under our sink.I called Premier Plumbing as their sticker was on the garbage disposal. They came out the same day I called, Ryan was helpful and had the problem resolved within 20 -30 minutes. Later, I got an email that the charges were incorrect. They corrected my account and they applied a discount due to their error. Great service and I will use them again if another plumbing need arises.

Do yourself a favor, and use someone else.Horrible company. Echoing lots of others’ experiences— they overcharged and gave false quotes to my parents, person was there maybe 15 min and maybe tops $25 of parts; and charged my parents upwards of $200.Horrible taking advantage of elderly like that. Do yourself a favor and call a different plumbing company.

I was in a real bind with a potentially very expensive plumbing crisis at my home today so I called Premier. Even though they were short handed today, they still found a way to get a technician to my house just a few hours later, and they managed to fix my plumbing crisis for a fraction of what the cost could have been had I gone with another plumber. On top of all that, everyone was so friendly and courteous! They really get it, and I cannot recommend them enough!!

Your per cook feather are showing up. When I am traveling in and around Ankeny. Young and older drivers flipping me off. In other word your not a reputal business when employees target in public your representing this business. I would not recommend you as a plumbing business.Clean up your act.

I have had these folks out on 2 different occasions and they have been fantastic. Installed and ejector pit and recently replaced my shower tub valve. From the receptionist to the installers they are friendly and very professional. They listen to your needs and then make it happen. Very clean and respectful.

Just moved to Iowa, closed on a house that had plumbing issues from tub and toilets. Before purchase the seller had Premier Plumbing come out and inspect. A licensed professional came out and stated the fiberglass on the tubs needed fixed (recommended a fiber glass repairman to come do work). 2 days into the purchase of our home, the ceiling begins to leak in same areas as previously. In a desperate and emergency state,we had another plumbing service come take a look. Within minutes of inspection, the company addressed the cause of the leak and explained the fix. Point being, I do not recommend this company.

This company was recommended by another company I trust. I called them desperate for a plumber as 2 other companies didnt call back in the same week. They sent someone out in ONE business day. Im very impressed! Plumber was precise, knowledgeable, fixed everything we asked about except our faucets. He was honest about our faucets, they need replaced not fixed. I appreciate the honesty instead of putting bandaids on stuff thats barely functional. Im glad we have found a plumbing company we can rely on. The person who answered my initial call was friendly and helpful. We will be using this company for all of our plumbing needs.

He fixed my problem quickly with the shower faucet not going to hot but he didn’t wear a mask while he was here. Now my faucet won’t go from bathtub water to shower water so I’ll have to call again.

Called on one of the coldest snaps in Iowas recent history. Theyre beyond busy. Rick comes down and takes care of my problem and brings another guy to help finish the job. My shop had frozen pipes and cracked meters and I was up and running within two hours when I was concerned I would have to shut down my shop for days. Nicest guys around, best service you can find, and everyone Ive ever met from Premier really cares about their customers. Give em a call, you cant go wrong with Premier.
