During my one week stay in Des Moines, I booked a 60 minute massage with Mike. He was very polite and professional. During the consultation, I felt he truly cares about each one of his clients and their individual needs. He immediately catered to my shoulder tension and the work that he did on my neck felt very productive as well as relaxing. Id definitely schedule with him regularly if I lived in the area.

Erin, not certain of her title, is awesome. She is very professional and took great care to get my account back in order after an identity theft situation. She was very kind and understanding of the issue. Sometimes membership customer service can be very firm and unwilling to help but she was the opposite. I also love this Massage Envy in general. The staff always answers the phone promptly, they are very polite and I have never had a bad experience. 100% recommend

The manager at this location is the rudest and most unprofessional person I have ever met! When asked about a copy of my contract and questioning some charges to my account, he decided to talk to me as if I was beneath him. When asked about the copy of the contract again, because I did not receive it on my phone yet, he then questions me with a sarcastic voice saying Why do you want it so bad. Are you going to bring your lawyers in to this now?. He then proceeds to tell me to just go get my massage done in the back and then to never come back again. I have never been treated with such disgrace.

Amazing! Worth the drive from waukee. Id recommend the ten-ten or the gijoe for picky eaters like me 😋

I had a 60 minute massage with Kaci and everything was wonderful. Everyone was polite, professional, and welcoming. The massage was very relaxing and Kaci understood and respected by comfort level. I also really appreciated the covid precautions they have in place.

As a person with chronic muscle tension accrued over the years from multiple neck, back and hip injuries, am very pleased with massage therapy I received from Casey. She was understanding of my situation and has a very graceful effective technique which didnt leave me stiff and sore day after. Am feeling my condition improve. Staff is friendly and accommodating! Start off saying the massage Was very very therapeutical. It’ll help. But two stars because my massage started at 5:40 and ended at 6:19. That’s a 39 min massage and an hour massage was paid for. Mentioned it to the front desk and nothing was said or done. They did say they run massages a few min short for the 2 min consultation and 5 min to change. I didn’t pay for a dressing room, I paid for a MASSAGE! Did get a call from one of the managers and they said “sorry it wasn’t for as long as you’d like.” Guess I just don’t understand how it works.

Jordan is amazing. He did a great job releasing my tight shoulders and neck. Emily also gave me a relaxing facial. Friendly staff and lovely ambience. I was able to get in the same day. I was so pleased I signed up for the membership.

This place has a true spa/tranquility feel. I like that after you check in you get to wait in a separate area where you can immediately relax. Some of the other chain type massage places skimp on the ambience and I dont feel like this one does. The front desk staff is friendly and helpful. Rose, my masseuse has been excellent! Maybe its because they are still new, but I havent had any issues getting in for a massage despite my busy and limited schedule. It seems other places were always booked and I would have to take time off work just to get in. Its been awesome being able to go in after a long day at work and just relax!

I see Cheyenne monthly for a massage, I prefer deep pressure to help relief stress and tension, it has completely relieved my upper back pain and headaches. I had been to a chiropractor and taken medication and after monthly massages I don’t have to do either. She is very friendly, but allows me to relax in silence during the massage, which I really appreciate. I have looked around ankeny for 4 years to find such an amazing massage, couldn’t recommend her more!
