We have used the company twice now and find them to provide excellent and economical service. The dryer was taking forever to dry the clothes and finally the light came on. They came promptly and have been most enjoyable to have around. How many home repair services will send two workers and the bill is under $100...not many!

Called Supreme to clean our dryer vent as our clothes were not drying well and we were getting a clogged duct error on the dryer. They were able to come the next day! They arrived early to clean the vent and got it done throroughly, despite it being rainy and cold. I bought a brand new house and thought that it seemed awful dusty all of the time. I talked to some people and they asked me if the builder had the HVAC ducts cleaned before they were done. I didnt have the answer so I tried to investigate. The inside of my brand new furnace in the blower area was completely filled with drywall dust and junk. That was all I needed to start looking for air duct cleaning. So I searched by review strength and Supreme stuck out with many many good reviews. They came today to do the job. There are so neat and tidy! They wear boot covers when in the house and even though they are dragging what seems like miles of hose around they dont knock stuff over and make a mess. Doug the lead man and possibly owner took many before and after pictures of the ducts, returns, trunk lines and the inside of the furnace etc.After seeing these pictures I am very glad I hired them. The ducts in my brand new house werent clogged but they were completely coated in drywall and saw dust with a few chunks of wood and plastic here and there. the after pictures show them as shiny and new now...just like the builder should have had them before selling me this house. They also checked my dryer vent and found it was hardly connected at the dryer and went up on the roof to see why after making that connection the vent flaps werent moving. They looked down inside and discovered that the pipe running up through the attic was not even connected to the roof duct vent! So with Dougs (free) help we discovered a bad issue that could cause a lot of mold and destruction down the line with all of that steam just pouring into the attic. Home warranty claim here we come! (by the way this is one of many that we are calling in)If every company cared as much about their work as these guys competition would be a heck of a lot tougher than it is. I inquired about dryer vent cleaning on Wednesday not expecting a response back the same day. They responded within the hour and tried to get my cleaning in the same day! I was very happy with Gary and the work his team did for us. He was not your typical salesman - even telling me what I didnt need rather than trying to up sell me on products that wouldnt do anything for my situation. Their price was 1/3 the cost of the big players in Des Moines. After they were done with the work, Gary provided me before and after pics showing everything they were able to clean out of my ducts.

These guys did my 3 story 1800 sq ft home for $360 cc payment, cash would have been $340. There equipment was top of the line and they did an extremely good job. I know because pictures were taken of every supply and return vent of before and after and an explanation was given as to the location of each picture shown. The process took a good while because they were doing a complete job. Very honest and professional in both the quality and value. You would be a fool to go with anyone else unless they are booked etc. I was getting $700 quotes from the big heating and cooling ripoff companies. There were some other good ones but were booked until April. Glad these guys were available.

If I had known what a huge difference calling Supreme Dryer Vent Cleaning would make in my life I would have done it a couple years ago when I started having trouble getting clothes dry. Doug was so nice to work with--friendly, professional, prompt, efficient and effective. Afterwards I did a load of laundry that took literally one quarter of the time and things didnt have to be draped all over the place to finish drying. More importantly weve reduced the risk of all that built up lint causing a fire. Do yourself a favor and call them.

Now when the furnace is running (air conditioner) I actually can hear the air flowing in the cold air return, something I didnt hear before. I have asthma and hayfever and we had them cleaned. the air is fresher and with the air draw now the furnace runs less time. Definitely they are the company to hire. I called Supreme Air Duct Cleaning 5 days before I was moving my parents into their new home. Irrespective of the short notice, Rick came out and spent hours cleaning out all the vents in the home that very next evening. Rick was clean, professional and courteous during the entire time he worked with us. He showed me pictures of the vent systems before and after the cleanings. They were disgusting to say the least, with a thick layer of dust, dirt, residue, cobwebs hanging everywhere and who knows what else. Afterwards they looked brand new. During the cleaning I was working in the kitchen and there was no indication of the work being done in the form of dust or smell. Supremes equipment sucked out all the filth without leaving me any additional work or cleaning to do of which I was extremely grateful. Rick also pointed out issues with the heating/cooling system of which we werent aware and gave us information on how to keep our system working well. The price was more reasonable than I had expected and I am 100% satisfied with the work. Approximately a week after my parents moved in they mentioned that my Mothers asthma which is very severe, seemed to be better. She was not using her inhalers as much and wasnt coughing as much. Although anecdotal, and many things change with a move, both my parents and myself believe the vent cleaning had a positive impact on the air quality in my parents new home. I would highly recommend Supreme Air Duct Cleaning and plan on using them again in the future.
