Im so pleased with how my carpet turned out - it looks amazing! He and his crew were very professional and on the walk through, he used a black light to identify pet stains I was unaware of.After a thorough inspection, Brian and his team used multiple solutions and voodoo to remove stains I thought were permanent; pink sharpie, eye makeup, and regrettably cat urine.I’ve had limited luck with carpet cleaning services in the past and thought most of these stains wouldn’t come out. I am very pleased to say that Brian and his crew took the time to identify what each stain was and remove them and my white carpet. I will keep Clean Sweep on my speed dial for all future needs!

Clean Sweep did a great job cleaning up vomit from our carpet. No need to go into detail on how the vomit got there, but Brian did a great job explaining the options there were for that particular issue. After using a few different specialty cleaning tools and a ton of cleaning solution, the carpet looked good as new, and the smell has not returned almost 3 weeks later, so they took care of the problem the first time. I would highly recommend this company for your cleaning needs.

I was told by a friend that, if I ever needed my carpets cleaned, that I needed to use Clean Sweep Carpet Cleaning. So when my tenant informed me they bought a house and would be moving out after 3 years I called Clean Sweep. On cleaning day, Curtis showed up right on time, assessed the situation and took his measurements. After that, he informed me of my three options, how they would work differently and how much each cost. My tenant and their cat had lived there for three years. There were a lot of spots and some I didnt think would come out. So I decided to go with the best option. I was so happy I did, because when Curtis was done all the spots came out and the whole placed looked and smelled great. I will definitely be using Clean Sweep Carpet Cleaning for my rental and own house in the future. Not even a week later we had an emergency. Our kids left a bag or crayons open in the back seat on one of Iowas 100 degree days and it melted right into the seat. I called Brian and he said he could help. We got our air ducts and carpets cleaned a couple weeks ago by Clean Sweep. Barry cleaned out our air ducts and the next day we had Brian clean our carpets. These guys were very thorough and great to work with. The layout of our house along with a finished basement made cleaning the air ducts a harder task then it had to be for Barry, but he went the extra mile to get it done. Our carpets look and feel so much better after getting cleaned. The guys were exceedingly helpful with their recommendations of what services were worth it for us and things that I could probably do myself to save some money. My only regret now was waiting too long to give Clean Sweep a call.

Brian has saved us again! Having an elderly dog, I didn’t realize how much she was going potty on the carpeted floor. (Of course she couldn’t go on a hard surface where I could just wipe it up!)I called Clean Sweep on Friday, Brian was here on Wednesday. I’m sure it would have been sooner if it was an emergency.Brian was on time, friendly, thorough and shared great information with me regarding my carpet and pet urine.I have tried other companies in the past, and have decided to stick with Clean Sweep. There may be some companies out there that are a little less expensive, but you get what you pay for. Clean Sweep always does a great job for us and I know without a doubt would come back and fix anything I didn’t feel was to my satisfaction. Fortunately, for me and my now diaper dog, my carpets look great!

Unfortunately our5 year old spilled paint on our new carpet. We tried our best to get the stain out (dont follow Google recommendations 😳) with no such luck. I called Clean Sweep and they were very responsive and quick to get me onthe schedule and had someone out the next day. We had the pleasure dealing with Brian (the owner). I appreciated his honesty and tips in the event we have to deal with this again 🤦‍♂️. Brians hard work to get the stain out best as possible and walking us through the process was amazing. Just stopped by the house that they cleaned and it looked fabulous!!!! A tan colored carpet, older with stains and traffic patterns very noticable. I could not see any stains or traffic patterns anywhere through the whole house. 5 star rating, I will be using them again.

Thanks to Brian our carpets went from old carpet that weve had for several years to looking brand new! Our stairs especially were matted down and had several stains down the center, they were brought to life with a whole new plush texture once they were done with them! They even got out a couple of coffee and wine stains I forgot about (and hid under the couch!) He was great to work with, schedule, and we will never work with anyone else! Recently we bought a house from a couple who had a large dog. We had Brian come on over the morning we closed just to clean all the carpets so we had a fresh start in our new home. Brian did an amazing job explaining every step of the way and it was so neat (and disgusting!) to see the very clear lines from where he had just cleaned to how the carpets originally started. Brian was very upfront about his products and how much money we would be charged from the get go. There were no surprises at any point in the day. He was quick and did a fantastic job. This is by far the best carpet cleaning service of all time! Brian is an expert at what he does, is honest and fair, and takes pride in doing a thorough job! He was able to remove all stains, pet smells and pet oils left by uncaring tenants and restored the carpets to like new. A softness was restored to the carpets as well. Soon after the first call, a deep blue stain was left by workers in the home. Brian came by on short notice and did an excellent job cleaning it as well. Clean Sweep has cleaned my carpets for 20 years. It is a longstanding family owned company. Brian is thorough and reliable. I would never consider trusting anyone else with my carpets. I can tell that the type of cleaning he does has extended the life of my carpet so its well worth the money.

My carpet is 30 plus years old and hadnt been cleaned in 16 years. It is supposed to be a light mushroom color but was brown. It was sticky and covered in nicotine, cooking grease, cat hair and pet stains. Brian came and explained exactly what he was spraying on it and what kind of results were realistic. My 30 year old carpet looks GREAT! It has nap again, leaves foot prints when you walk on it and is soft. Clean Sweep will be the ONLY company to clean my carpets.

If I could give these guys 10 stars I would . Did such an amazing job on our carpets . We have three dogs and really thought our carpet was ruined and dirty and after them cleaning our carpets they looked like they brought life back to them. I would recommend them to everyone I know . I called Brian, at Clean Sweep Carpet Care to see if they could clean my carpet since it had not been cleaned since 1987. They did a quick inspection of my home and told me they thought it was good enough to be restored. Boy, was I skeptical! I trusted them, they did the job and I am SO happy!
