I will never do my own taxes again after going here. Ive been dealing with them for about three years now and am thoroughly impressed every year. Highly recommend

I used this tax service once before this tax season and my first time using this service my taxes were very simple and probably shouldve just done my taxes myself. If you have any outside investment, rentals, anything out of the ordinary you should not use this service. Dont waste your time or money. Not only was there a lack of knowledge, I had to stay on top of her, call/text. Even then after countless texts and calls it takes days maybe longer to get a response. Very unprofessional and I would highly discouraged anyone from using this tax service.

Waited 3 weeks for an appointment with this place. Arrived 15 minutes early only to be told the appointment was cancelled due to potential illnesses at the time. I asked why noone bothered to contact me prior to my appointment date and time to notify me that they took it upon themselves to cancel my appointment. The lady had no answer as to why and was rather rude. Do not waste your time with this tax preparation person. Find a reputable company to do business with. That will have the courtesy to contact you when appointments are not able to be kept instead of wasting your time.

We have used this service for about 20 years and have never been disappointed. Peter and his staff are very polite and accommodating. We would highly recommend this service to anyone.

It took three weeks to get an appt with this tax service and was told my taxes would be ready within a week to ten days after one month they had not been touched by the preparer. I had to repeated call, no one would answer and voice mail was full. When I was finally able to get someone to answer phone I was told to pick my taxes up because I questioned the length of time it was taking to prepare them. I would not recommend this tax service in the future.

Always get me more than I expected, explains how Im getting what Im getting, making an appointment is easy, she is professional and trustworthy

I would like to know if anyone else has problems getting in touch with this tax service. Every time I call or text it takes days to get a anwser. The phone anwsering machine is full and not emails have been anwsered lately. It may be due to the holidays or maybe something personal. I hope all is ok but would like to know of other tax services that can do the quality that this one does when coming to tax preperation. Will wait till after the holidays and check in again. Please have someone anwser the phone and your email site.
