I have really enjoyed working with Nancy Somes over the last few years. She is an awesome lady & employee. Very valuable to H&R Block and totally knows her stuff. I have gone back to H&R Block year matter year due to the stellar Customer Service that I have always 8received from your staff. However, it wasnt until I started dealing with Nancy Somes, in your Texas office, that I have sought her out year after year and would no one else to touch my taxes but her. This is a lot to say more so given that I live in the state of Alaska.

As soon as you walk in the door youre greeted and feel extremely welcome at this location. Mrs.Glass is the best at what she does. She is quick, friendly, has a great sense of humor and yet still very professional. Prices are a bit steep at HR BLOCK but I feel safe and confident that my taxes are done correctly with Mrs. Glass.

Terrible experience after being a customer for years. My tax professional had to get help 10+ times and at one point 4 people were in the cubicle trying to find out what she did wrong. Ask for an experienced tax professional. Next year Ill be teaching myself.
