My wife and I couldnt be more pleased with our experience with Chad and Total Home Exteriors. I called him initially for a minor repair, but knowing the roof was old and had some damaged, I asked him to work up a full estimate. Not only did he confirm the roof damage was more extensive than I thought, he also identified siding damage, and then managed the whole process with our insurance company. When the insurance approved the siding replacement but not the roof, Chad didnt give up and went up on the roof again to take pictures and chalk dents so that the inspector could see them better. The result was full coverage replacement of everything! Chad was very responsive to our questions, handled all the planning for both jobs, and kept up communication on changes when there were weather delays. The house looks great!
