Great apartments and fantastic price. The location is great, car ports are cheap, and the buildings are well maintained. Michelle does a great job making sure everybodys maintenance requests are completed in a timely manner, renewing my lease for sure.

Great first apartment! Michelle helped with all/any questions I’ve had and has been awesome making us feel right at home. Maintenance also has done a very good job at getting back to me right when I put a work order in and normally gets done within that day.

I have left several messages over the last couple of days to rent an apartment at this property and have not received a call back. I have called 7 times I’m the last three days and no answer or call back. That is frustrating as I have rented from Key Management properties in the past and they tend to be more attentive than this. Poor service from the start.

These are great apartments, but the manager is mean.

Manager is on top of her game, will take care of you!
