Got to the pickup location and my truck wasn’t there. Like no where to be found. I only knew when I went to pick it up on the day that I needed to be packing it. Now we can’t find any trucks and we have to move. 0/5 stars. I’m pretty much stranded now.

Very satisfied the employees there where awesome. I did have a problem closing the back door to the van but all and all it was a good run. Just hated i had to pay for all those miles.

Rented a car there, it was very clean and the gentlemen that worked there was very nice.

Impossible to talk to the local branch, website and confirmation promised services and when I called in, they said that was not available, poor communication, phone calls kept getting redirected until you hit a road block and a busy signal and have to call back and start the whole process over again. Im staying with Enterprise from now on.

I am writing this because we had an awful experience with enterprise rental when going on our honeymoon vacation to Florida. We lost the vehicle we needed and were out of options. Budget Rental saved our trip and our vacation. I called in panic asking if they had a vehicle on short notice and they did. They helped to set us up and get us on the road with no problems in a beautiful van that was absolutely perfect. It was an amazing experience! Every associate that we came into contact with was nothing short of amazing. Dan was our initial contact and he was professional, friendly and understanding of our situation. Brad, the owner was nothing short of awesome as well! He was very considerate, friendly and helpful. Everything was perfect because of them and we will be renting from them in the future! Thank you so much guys you deserve praise!

I wish I could give this place a 0 star. Looks sketchy. Went to pick up a rental and was told that they needed my social security number to rent. Im not stupid.....getting a refund for my prepaid reservation.

Very easy rental process and we was on our way.... The staff was extremely helpful and friendly. Received exact car we wanted (Ford Focus) was a very nice new and comfortable ride. We will definitely keep our business going to this location (53rd Street, Anderson, IN) we thank them for such an easy check in and check out and so nice to be treated good and as if they knew us personally.

I rent from this location all of the time, they are prompt and get me in a vehicle quickly. They can come across a little rough some times, once you get to know them you figure out its nothing personal, they are often very busy running two different businesses. I have shown up early and late, its never been a problem. They take care of me as a customer better than many other rental companies. I rent vehicles and travel a lot! For most the complaints I have seen against them, its due to the lack of knowledge when coming to rent a vehicle. There debt card policy is more relaxed than most, for example, Thrifty at the airport requires a $350 deposit plus what is due for the rental. Overall, Budget is usually cheaper than all the other companies, plus they dont get in the rental car with you to go over fuel and mileage verification, with the occasional awkward silences....like Enterprise, which is strange I think.

The staff in Anderson were helpful and friendly. They explained everything well. Dropping the car off at the airport took only a couple of minutes. The staff there was very friendly. I was also given a larger car than I reserved which was a nice perk at no cost.

Why my husband and I will never use Budget for our rental car needs...While we typically go with a different company when renting vehicles for trips, our preferred company no longer carries 12 passenger vans, so after weighing our options and finding that Budget offered a great discount (30% off + 10% in an amazon gift card), we booked and prepaid our vacation van weeks in advance. I called the local pickup location 24 hours before we were scheduled to pick it up and was told all was well, that the van would be ready at the preselected time. However, early the next morning, I was awoken by a call from the local company informing me that Budget, at the corporate level, had overbooked 12 passenger vans and that our van, which had been promised and paid for, would not be available. The local employee from Anderson was very kind and after informing me this has been happening frequently, she told me her recommendation was to call Budget’s corporate number. Over the next three-four hours I can’t even tell you how many Budget call center employees/ supervisors I spoke to... far too many. Not once did I ever get a real apology or even a reason this happened. Instead, the only option was to cancel my reservation, something I begrudgingly did after several hours of talking to people who refused to help. Mind you, this is the day we were supposed to leave for our vacation, and we needed transportation for 9 people, which would now mean renting two vehicles and putting gas in both. When I inquired about renting two vehicles from Budget and keeping the price of them within the price of the van we had already paid for, I was told I needed to call my local pick up location and ask if they had vehicles being returned. He refused to check from his end, so I demanded Budget refund all my money that day so I could rent other vehicles elsewhere. After more frustrating calls to Budget, and two calls to my bank, it took a few days before the money, minus a $150 deposit, was refunded. They were keeping my deposit, even though the cancelation was their fault. After more calls, the deposit was finally refunded. We looked forward to taking a big van on vacation so we could have everyone in one vehicle with plenty of storage. Instead, we made the best of it and drove our cars.Lesson learned, Budget Car Rental sucks!

Reserved Budget Box Truck week in advanced of moving. Went to pickup truck, they didnt have my truck. Had nothing to use. Had to scramble around finding another truck to rent on my moving day. Then when i canceled the truck, person working counter, was no help to me at all.

The price was good but outside of car was dirty

Quick and easy process, good price as well

We requested and paid for, in advance, a mini van for FAMILY travel for the weekend. We got a ford explorer. A small ford explorer. This is not an equivalent. We dont have enough room for travel and now have to rent an additional vehicle and secure another driver, which was the entire point in having the mini van, so the disabled person didnt have to drive. We were told we had to wait till sunday to call customer servic to complain. It is currently friday morning. They COULD have called us, but didnt. Terrible customer service and horrible company. I plan on singing this song to anyone who will listen because you will be disappointed.

They are lazy and dont how to work a card swiped said my card didnt work and it was the bank went enterprise and didnt have problem

Payed 3 months inadvance the day I was leaving I went to pick it up thay said I couldnt use my debit card to rent the card but they let me pay for it in advance, thay told me it would take 3 to 5 days to get a full refund. so I called enterprise card rental thay put me in a car immediately. Budget will no longer get any business from me or my friends and family
