My oil was changed in 10 min and I didnt even have to get out of the vehicle!! Best place to go in Anderson sc.The oil change was only $44

So..Ive been trying to get an oil change for 3 weeks now at the dealer I bought my car from. Each time I was turned away bc they had too many cars, despite the fact that I had an appointment. This Valvoline was quick, safe and the workers were just very friendly. The pricing is reasonable, and I wasnt pushed to get any services I didnt need. I really appreciate the staff!

They charge me 30 to grease fittings and only found one. My crownvictoria has 7 fitting on each side of the front suspension

I came here yesterday to get my oil changed. The staff was so professional and friendly that I came back today to get the oil changed in my boyfriend’s car. Without me even asking they checked the cabin air filter and we found it desperately needed changing! I had as good of an experience today as I did yesterday.For once I didn’t feel like my arm was being bent to try to spend the most money or do a bunch of extra services, like I feel most mechanics and car places will try to make you do. I trusted the team’s recommendations and they explained everything well.I will absolutely be back again whenever either of our cars need their maintenance stuff done again!!

It was expensive but i was in a hurry to get an oil change as i am going to be headed to Michigan. Walmart gave me some story about smelling gas under the engine. Got to do what you have.

Worst Valvoline store ever! They wouldn’t accept my groupon voucher. I went to another store and they accepted it, although it was purchases for this store.

They offer speedy services, and they do more than just oil changes. The staff is normally friendly and always helpful. However, be prepared to have sales pitched to you repeatedly and worse yet, be prepared to pay a pretty penny for a simple oil change.

Went to have the oil changed. Took my own oil and filter. Told them to only change the oil. I looked out and saw the new guy putting air in my nitro filled tires! Still charged me $32.00. nice enough crew but needs more training. will not return!!!

Went in for an oil change, had no leaks at all. Mgr come into their office an told me my oil plug was stripped out, I was like ok just replace it. An he replied that their mechanic wouldnt be back until that following Wednesday and this was on a monday morning. He said its not leaking, so if you would like to you can bring it back to us on Wednesday morning. Needless to say, when I was on my way home I started to smell burnt oil. When I got home, I looked under my truck and it was leaking pretty bad. So needless to say, I had to pay someone to fix their screwup . I wont be taking none of my 4 cars back there again.

I took my 2006 Dodge Ram 2500 for an ac leak check cause I installed a new ac compressor and put some can ac in and it didnt turn on so they said it holds ac it all good so after I figured out the reason why it turning on it was turned off tipm so I had a friend of mine hook up his scanner he saw it was turned off and he turned it back on it has this protect the compressor from blowing out when it gets low and I turned the AC on and nothing no cold air he checked for pressure and their was non it was empty so I went back to Valvoline and they said it was a no guarantee job they cant do nothing so not only did I pay for service but also got my freon robbed how about that such places I do not recommend for business such people ought to be shot!!!

They took advantage of me. I needed an oil change, a tire rotation, and a air filter replacement and it cost me $90. Guy said I could get the mixed oil change package for the base price, but still charged me the normal price. Oh well, worth the lesson that this is the typical car care center focused on profits.

Very professional, and friendly, they tell you if anything needs replacing before doing anything. You have the option to decline and are not pressured in any way. I have been a loyal customer for many years and wouldnt think about going somewhere else!

They charged me $59.99 for an oil change! I went to goodyear and got it for nearly half that price at 37.95 with a free tire rotation! They also kept trying to upsell me. I work at a retail store I know how it goes when it comes to sales but with them it is ridiculous: Air filter, tires, rotation, windshield wipers, and everything else. I will never recommend Valvoline nor will I go there or any Valvoline store again. I know next time to go to Goodyear no matter what because they have better service and they dont try and pressure you into buying unnecessary things at the time of your arrival. Any other place is better than here; the difference you notice from going to a different store is unbelievable .

I went to meineke they told me that my compressor went out free of charge bc all they had to do was look at it while I had car running but I wanted an 2nd opinion so I went here they told me it was $30 for them to hook my car up to a machine that would let me know whats wrong and if I needed their dry ice the total would be $130 so I said ok check the car so we can figure out whats wrong I sat they for about 30 mins then the guy comes to tell me I owe him $130 but he will give me a $15 discount they straight scammed me bc they gave me the Freon service after they ran my car on the machine but since my compressor was broke I didnt need more Freon & they knew my compressor was broke when they first looked at it so there was no need to even hook it yo the machine but even after thru hooked it to machine they knew the Freon would not help Idk if he scammed me just bc I was a women but I will never go here again bc I told him I only wanted the $30 service to just hook up car to see whats wrong & if they could fix it then I would pay the $130 . never again will I go here

Took 50 minutes to do a 15 minute oil change because the employee in charge, while the manager was at lunch, didnt know how to use my Groupon digital voucher. I wasnt offered anything for my wait either.

Took advantage of my wife, I was out of town and she wanted to get the oil change. They charged her $88.46. I get it changed at Chevrolet place before and after for $29.16 / $39.53
