I absolutely love going here! I always request Q or Sam. They are sisters and they’re both so sweet, fast, talented, and overall amazing at their jobs. They genuinely care about the customers. I always leave happy and with good looking nails. I normally show them a photo of the nails I want and they always are spot on or make it look better than the photo. I’ve never had acrylics so I thought it would be nice to try, the girl who did my nails was so nice and sweet. She is so good at what she does!! Me and my mom are OBSESSED with our nails, we are gonna go back for fill ins! The place is super beautiful as well!!

Sam did a great job. The salon offers SNS dipping powder. My nails are perfect. The salon is clean and has tons of nail polish choices. Prices are so affordable and everyone is kind. Highly recommend!

This was by far, hands down, one of the worst experiences Ive had at a nail salon in the ten years Ive actively (regularly) gotten my nails done. I arrived 5 minutes before my PRE-MADE appointment at 3:30pm and waited an HOUR AND A HALF, to be seen. I wasnt greeted by anyone when I walked in, wasnt given color swatches while I was waiting, and sat in an empty salon chair without any updates to a reasonable time frame for my service. My dip manicure was rushed, cuticles were not attended to properly, and my time was completely disregarded. Was not worth the service I eventually got and a 30-minute commute.

This nail salon was very busy when we got there and for good reason. My nails turned out PERFECT! Q was my nail tech and my nails turned out amazing. This is my new go to place. Even though it was busy they were moving quickly and we only waited about 10 minutes to get seated. Everyones nails looked amazing even though they were working quickly the quality was still amazing!

My daughter waited over an hour and a half today for an appointment she made for 3:30. Sounds like the usual over booking nail appointments. They didn’t even offer a discount! She will never go back don’t waste your time. You make an appointment for a reason. No consideration for anyone else’s time as a paying customer.

This is my favorite nail salon, I wont go anywhere else!! Pretty good manicure and pedicure! I get SNS and they do a god job. I will be coming back again!!

Staff is very unprofessional, it’s all about a $$..not the experience! Several times been here and my child was attacked by staff for wanting designs that everyone isn’t trained to do! Also, within 30 mins of leaving..4 nails came off and when I called back, “I’m too busy to talk with u”!! Will NEVER go back..this place is a joke!!

I don’t like speaking up for myself, but this time I did time & time again. I was too scared to just get up & leave so I let the tech do the complete opposite of what i asked for. I gave them specific color numbers that matched my inspo photo & they ignored me. I’ll never be coming here again.

Came in for a full set. They called me back to sit at a station and I had to wait 30 min before someone helped me. The girl was super nice but my shape is inconsistent, my thumbs are significantly shorter than the rest of my nails, they are all different lengths, and crooked. I have gotten my nails done for 10 years now and I have never had crooked nails. The actual nail art design is great. But thats it. So disappointed in my first and most likely last time Ill come here.

Ive been going here for about a year. Q is amazing but not sure if she went somewhere else as she has not been there the last 3 times. Got a new person. Asked for an ombre with powder. Got home and my nails glowed in the dark and all night long. Hate it. I called about getting them redone or get a refund and was told no refund but we will give you a discount next time. We dont know if the powder is glow in the dark or not when we get it. Was there for over 3 hours and paid way too much for nails that freak you out in the middle of the night. Price goes up everytime too for the same thing.

Im always comfortable coming them and the space we create together! They are hands down the best nail designer Ive met this far :) we always create the best deigns together its easy with them !

I have found my new nail techs and Im going back. The service was great at this nail salon. Everyone was friendly and mindful of keeping customers satisfied.

They did a pretty good job. I waited almost 2hrs after my appointment time. Worse part was that a lot of people walked in and got helped immediately ahead of me. Even after I was in the beauty chair. 3 hrs all together.

The girls there are so friendly. I asked for a light pink/purple short coffin shape for a wedding. They did an amazing job I cant wait to go back again...

The management is great, clean, and very professional. I have been going for 3 times and even though I moved a bit farther Ill still take the drive bcuz its totally worth it!! Highly recommend.

I arrived to my appointment on time at 2:30, Polly did not start my nails till 30 minutes after. The Salon was very busy and she was rushing on my service. She gave me a round shape without asking, I politely asked her to make them square. Next, In the midst of rushing and filing my nails she cut my skin. I said something about the poor service she says because I requested my nails too short and stopped mid service. She would no longer service me because she couldn’t please me. I was very disappointed as I am always polite and I was treated in such a nasty way. I really would NOT recommend this place, you know when people are in the business to make money vs make a difference. Completely unprofessional and non attentive.

Been there before and liked it. This time seemed like she was in a rush. Asked for paraffin treatment and didnt get it. Very disappointed

New to the area, this place had good reviews, so thought I would give them a try. My tech, she did my nails exactly how I like them! Overall, I am so happy with my nails!

The nails are thick and all different sizes. I asked for coffin and got closer to square. The design is what really took the cake. They just slapped some stones on. No design whatsoever and then put on different fingers after I told the tech 3 times. Charged me $90 for the nails alone - they look a hot mess and I don’t have time to get redone before my trip . I literally have a rhinestone on my actual finger . Unbelievable how people can do business like this and charge you for it. I am in tears .. it is so horrible. Its never a long wait and there are always friendly faces . Im always able to have my nails and pedicure done at the same time to ensure Im out in a reasonable amount of time.

Went to get a pedicure. It was badly done the polish is thin and chipping. It was an extra $20 for gel and they barely did any work on my feet. He was very unprofessional Im annoyed I paid so much money for such a bad job.

For a full set my nails were extremely thin. The guy booth 2 Nick was devastatingly unprofessional. He would snatch my hand and twisting my fingers to the point I had to twist my whole arm to accommodate him. I spoke up 2X to let him know theres a body attached to this hand. Please spare yourself the disrespect and wait for someone else.....

My daughter and niece went there. My daughter had a full set for a navy ball. My niece told kevin what color (number) my daughter wanted and kevin was getting unprofessional with my niece about it and impatient. Then when kevin was putting nails on my daughter, he kept yanking her arm and hands. He didnt paint all the way to cuticle so it looks like she needs a fill in, and didnt take the excess nail off the sides. The whole experience for them was unacceptable.

Rude staff and sub par service definitely overrated

They didn’t do half of what I paid for and they up charged me. I went in there to get a standard spa pedicure with foot wax. They didn’t use the scraper on my feet and didn’t even paint my nails. They weren’t busy and I had to wait 45 minutes to get my feet started and they gave me cold water in the foot bath. Overall a horrible decision I’m never going to visit this location again.

Called ahead of time and made appointments for my husband and I. Had to wait 30 minutes before sat down. Water was cold. The older gentleman that worked on me was very angry and not pleasant. We paid $165 for 2 mani/pedi. Both of our feet are still rough and dry. The only thing that was positive was the massage chair. Will not be going back.

The workers give the best pedicure in town. So relaxing! They pay attention to detail and take their time with the massage. I love this place!

Was looking for a place that could do nail art after my previous nail tech moved out of state. They took the curve out of my set, the kind that shows it was done by a professional. The fill he did is pitted and jagged. The jewels I paid extra for are crooked. Driving home the sun light showed how uneven the color in the polish truly was. Makes me wish I had them soaked off because they look cheap and tacky.

I have been here for many years and my nails always look great. They provide gel and dip powder. I always get dipping powder and my nails last at least 3 weeks at a time that looks perfect. The staff are very good and they make you feel like family when you enter. Im not big on fancy art on my nails but I have seen Lux nails do some great work. They is so talented.

I came here once and they werent very clean. the lady who did my nails did not speak to me what so ever went to go get the colors I wanted and they were completely different from the photo I showed she came back with other ones and started painting and did not do a good job plus 2 days after I had my nails done they were off because they fell off just like they were stick ons or something I was upset I called they said they wouldnt fix them.

I was nervous to try a new place but I think this will be my new go to for now on, not only did I get the nails I asked for but she also took her time & got them done fast 🥰 I got beautiful long ombré acrylic powder and just wow!

These people are fabulous! They have children’s pedicure chairs so I brought my 4 year old in to get a pedicure and the lady took amazing care of both of us! She even took a couple extra minutes to paint my daughters fingernails as well. I cannot recommend this place enough!! We will definitely be returning customers 🤗

I love Lux nails. It is a very friendly quaint environment. This is one is the cleanest nail places I have ever been. They are constantly cleaning when they are not busy. I have never had to wait more than a few minutes for whatever service I am getting.

Poor customer experience. There is a $10 minimum for credit/debit cards there which is totally fine and understandable. An eyebrow wax is $10 and I always tip on top of that yet the still badger you about using cash instead of debit/credit. Also, I go in for only eyebrow wax and they ask 3 or 4 times if I want to add my upper lip after I tell them no EVERY TIME. Have some tact! Will never go back.

After having a bad experience at happy nails, I came to Lux to try them out and absolutely LOVED them. Victor was AWESOME!! He helped my daughter and I out with everything since the second we walked in the door and was just extremely helpful all around! He also did such a good job on my nails! Will be going back here from now on!

Ive gotten full sets a few times here and I love them. Very clean salon, which is very important to me. They do beautiful work. Would reccomend!

The polish was not applied correctly and the finish is textured and uneven. When I complained, the tech blamed me for the light not curing the gel properly and asked me for payment.

Got my nails done yesterday, and they were absolutely terrible. uneven, thick, and crooked. the place was nice and very clean, but i am unsatisfied with my nails . 4 of my nails have fallen off already, and 2 are cracked. i paid 42$ plus a tip.

When I came here for the first time victor the technician made me feel at home and welcomed, my nails came out exactly how I wanted them and I just love the vibe of this place. 10/10 recommend. Place is also always clean and smells amazing

The business is very clean. The owner is very nice. He makes sure you are waited on. The prices are okay. All the employees are nice. They have a good selections of color polish and they stay up with the new styles. They do a very good job on your nails. They back their work and products. I will go back.

To date, the entire staff is very courteous, polite, & EXCEEDS customers expectation. TWICE, THE OWNER, came into work on his off day JUST FOR ME!!!! Sonny gives the best pedicure as you wait on the next available nail tech. Lux nails, is definitely a Spa. You feel pampered & relaxed in their calming & beautiful environment. BTW, they also wax with perfection! The one-stop pamper therapy place 💞💖.

I don’t live in the area, but I was in Anderson for work. I looked up some local places to get a pedicure and stumbled upon Lux Nails, I’m happy that I did! Great experience and great customer service! If I’m ever back in the area, I will be sure to stop back in!

I used to love coming here. Now not so much. Lately the service has been so so. Today they charged my friend $25 were trying to charge $30 to get gel nail polish and only gel polish. I got a fill in, cut down and gel polish was charged $35. When asked why they said gel is expensive and everyone charges that much to polish nails. Still makes no sense to us how I could get so much for done for around the same price. Will not be going back.
