Federal Express has no way for anyone to get a hold of them for customer service unless you have a tracking number! Well what if the customer is my neighbor and the trucks are turning around in my driveway all the time? Im not one to complain, but if it was just at Christmas time I wouldnt care, but this man gets a delivery 3 to 5 times a week, either from Federal Express or UPS!I already called UPS I had no problem getting through to them and theyre going to let their drivers know.But I cannot get through at all to FedEx. Ive been transferred to somebody speaking a foreign accent that cannot do anything unless they have a tracking number.H E L P !
This is the worst service ever. You can RARELY get to speak with a real person and when I finally got through, they were of no help and nobody called me back which was promised. They lost my cell phone, then two more were sent and one is supposed to deliver to the home which didnt meet the time (still waiting at home) the other said it was delivered to the pick up store? What? I cant leave b/c I might have to sign for the one and I can not get ahold of anybody. Nope...I will NEVER use Fed Ex again nor will I order anything that requires Fed Ex Service.
We showed up and they were so nice to get out package for us even though they had already closed the office. The gentleman on FedEx customer service said they were open until 7pm but they actually close at 6pm! Thanks again!!

Not happy about the fact that they could not print a return label for me...when I provided everything that was required for a return shipment. They suggested I drive 30 minutes away to a FedEx office or an Office Depot.
Just awful. One of my packages was delivered to the wrong location and I had to call them three times before someone understood the situation and seemed to help. I was told Id get a call back with an update within 48 hours. I didnt. I called back the third day to ask and kept being told the complaint was still processing and theyd call me with an update. After days of hearing the same excuse the saint of a woman who received my package actually texted me using the phone number on my package and informed me that shed been trying to contact fedex for days and everytime she explained the situation they said theyd come by and pick it back up the next day. This never happened. After a few more days of waiting to see if anything would happen she finally agreed to meet up with me to exchange the package. I understand her being reluctant to meet up with a stranger, but I dont understand fedexs refusal to do anything about the situation. They knew the package was misdelivered, had the woman call and tell when where it was, and they still did nothing about it. Its been a few weeks since the situation went down and I still havent gotten any update call. Not to mention the package was worth well over $200. Customer service is absolue garbage.

The worst customer service ever! I wanted to return an ATT modem and in my first visit they told me that I need to print the barcode that ATT gave me, which was clearly wrong according to the given instruction from ATT. But I agreed and came back with the printed barcode and then they told me that they won’t ship ATT modems at this place at all and I need to go to Greenville at FedEx office and not shipping center. They just wasted my time despite the fact that they could tell me that during my first visit. I just went to UPS and did my business. I won’t use FedEx in future and at least I recommend to stay away from this horrible place and its rude employees that don’t respect customers.

FedEx is the most incompetent delivery company out there and has the WORST customer service. I had a package delivered a couple months ago that was left in my yard with my dog. Of course my dog chewed it up, and damaged the contents. Now this package would have easily fit behind my storm door. Customer service said “it was delivered, so it’s no longer FedEx responsibility.” So at this point, I specified that I do not want any packages left at my house, to please only leave it if someone is at home. Well, a week later same thing. Package left in my yard. My last purchase shipped through FedEx unfortunately. I go to customize my delivery options and chose for it to be delivered to Walgreens. Guess where my package is? In my damn yard with my dog, chewed all to hell!!!! I will from now on out only order from businesses who ship through USPS or UPS. Never use FedEx if you want your packages.
They dropped my big screen TV after I paid insurance to make sure that any damage during shipping would be covered...and then wouldn’t reimburse me for the damage. Poor service. Will definitely be going with UPS next time.

Well it happened again! My address is _________ Circle but it was delivered to SAME ADDRESS Drive. It has happened so many times that the guy who lives at that address has my phone number and just calls me. I guess I will have to move in order to get my package delivered to where I live and where the address label states. The only good thing was that it was delivered on time.
They have delayed my packages 8 times in the last two weeks...... Why? Because they have put them on the wrong truck routes..... Why? Incompetence. And again today. The one critical day I need my package... Delayed again. Called. It will take 48 for me to pick it up myself because they put it on the wrong route. Again. I have to wait another 24-48 hours just to get my package. Very disappointed. I thought this was a business. Not a gathering of mediocre people doing mediocre jobs. I will never EVER be doing business with Fedex again. Instead of consistent accuracy and exceptional delivery times and service, Im getting mediocrity at its finest. I would be embarrassed if this were my company. No wonder they cannot compete with UPS. Or even USPS. The government can even do better than them.

Bad delivery and damage the package. and that item can the be damage by the delivery guy.They leave the package at the door without notice the owner..By time you know about the package anybody in this time can pass bay and take the package. They estimate the delivery without any specific date.Than who will pay for your package to have back at that same time when you need???????Because everybody organize to use that item whatever need to do at that time. You will anther 1-2 weeks for another delivery????!!!!!! To complaint may help but without any result i believe.NOT RECOMMENDED FEDEX.

Fedex has been slipping for a long time now. Its to the point that Im calling CS at least 2 times per month. Most recently today. Package ships in two boxes from the same place but only one pkg shows up. Over an hour and no resolution, go figure. Only reason Im giving 2 stars is bc my normal deliver driver is cool as hell. So 5 stars to him lol.

Go to the store, ..you need this or that,..(tracking#) door sticker.Then find that the driver has your item on the truck, ..go find him.Not what I term professional.
We had a package delivered from Fedex that was left in the yard, which I wasnt upset about until I went to pick it up. The box was busted open on both ends from where it was either thrown or dropped. Unfortunately it was meant to be a gift and all of the parts were falling out as I carried it in. Disappointing.
Absolutely horrible service!!!!!!! Keep my package for 5 days just because they didnt want to deliver because it was a large package and they were very busy. Then they decided to deliver in the poring rain when Im not home and leave it on my back porch in the rain. Absolutely stupid on there part when I have a car port and it could have stayed dry. Will never us agian
So I had a $350.00 alternator stolen from my front porch, delivered by fedex. My side porch is literally 5 feet away and has bamboo blinds on it (If fedex would have put the package there, it probably would not have been stolen). There is no point in insuring your packages with fedex guys. Bc they wont cover it. So now Im out $350.00, no alternator either! Thanks fedex! So disappointed in this company! Spread the word, ban FedEx!

4 times in 3 weeks FedEx has delivered my packages to the wrong address, expecting me to go find them. For some reason they cant read simple delivery directions that I left on the Delivery Manager. It will be a cold day in hell before I ever use FedEx again.
