They found a job for a respectable company quickly but they did not post the correct hours or pay that the company was looking for. The company wanted me to call back Monday to see if I got the job(about 4 days after interview). Staffing agency call me later that day, I send a message saying I will need to call them the next day because of work. They didn’t get it, not a big deal. I tell them I decided against taking the job because its not direct hire. Month later they call me offering temporary positions for $10 an hour, which is not what I asked and then they say they can’t because they told the one company I took the job and then didn’t show up for it. So, I’ve been fired from this staffing agency somehow, despite never being on the payroll or accepting a job. Wild.

I had asked Kyle last week about a buddy of mine that was looking for work he instantly greeted me with a hand shake and a smile and pulled a business card out and told me to have him call this number next day he had him in a interview and working a couple day later, I would suggest anyone to Kyle for work he is always ready to help and give direction on what steps to take to get a great job.

Kyle Clem volunteered to help our church with our community outreach program that had been greatly reduced during the pandemic. He help set up our new youth room, delivered over 1,000 diapers to a single mother in desperate need of support, and even stayed late to help us plant our community garden. Our church is in a small one road community and without his help, we’d be much farther behind as most of our congregation are elderly. His dedication to the support he gave us is invaluable and will help our entire community.

I went to Pro Resources Staffing yesterday after applying to positions posted on Indeed.I arrived early in the afternoon to find 8 or 9 women sitting around a conference table, who looked annoyed and confused as to why I was there.After about ten seconds of me waiting patiently to be greeted, and them looking at me like I was a ghost, I was greeted with a dry How can I help you?.I said that I applied to positions that were posted on Indeed and I just wanted to touch base, and make sure they had my information. The woman then told me that I needed to go home to fill out ANOTHER online application, and when I was done to give us a call, and was told to have a nice day, which means leave.So I left and went to ELWOOD STAFFING in Greenfield IN, was greeted by down-to-earth staff that was more than willing to help me, and left with a job. I start Monday.______________________Its hard for this type of business to thrive when the people that work there think they are better than those who walk through the door looking for work.. This place is without question, 100% professional and what differs from other agencies is that the personal care and real concern that they have to see you succeef is genuine. When I first moved to Indiana, I had no job. I filled out their application online and was contacted the next day. After the initial interview I started my first Assignment with them within a week.They are a great company! The staff is wonderful, helpful, and very fair.If you come in dressed in pajamas, they wont take you seriously.Behave like a professional, and theyll treat you like one.When you prove yourself to be a great employee, you become family.Theyll do their best to find you work thatll suit your needs, but I suggest taking whatever they can offer you and working hard.

Very professional agency or at least who I was going through. I put the correct information down and got the job same day passed all the necessary tests I put in the time and the work and I am now currently full-time. My time there was kept track of as soon as my 90 days were in started me n orientation as soon as possible through Elsa LLC which I have been there approximately 3 months and 2 weeks glad to have had the opportunity to work through pro resources to grow and keep growing

Pro Resource is a professional company with great staff that works hard on finding positions for people. They are a fantastic group of people to work with

I wouldnt have given this company a 1 star rating but unfortunately there isnt a 0 star rating option. They lie to and steal/pocket employees money that the employee has worked hard for. This company tells you how much they value there employees and that the companys the send you to can be temp to hire. There staff also states that if there is a problem with your check they will get it corrected. I went to work for there company and in the beginning everything seemed to be fine with them. I have worked overtime several times for the assignment I was sent to. On multiple occasions my paycheck was wrong and I was shorted for both normal and overtime hours. Keep in mind that the client I was sent to had me sign a approval for the hours that were worked for that week. The client then verified there report for the hours worked and sent the hours to pro resources so that the employee can be paid for the hours worked. Each time I was shorted for the hours worked I would contact the office and let them know I have been shorted for the hours I had worked. Each time I was told either that was the hours that had been turned into by the client or to check with the client to see what hours were turned in. Thinking that this was odd that I had to talk with the client in regards to this and not pro resources checking with the client to see what had happened. Each time when checking with the client they had verified that both the client and I have the same and accurate numbers of hours that had been worked for the week and that the client had sent the correct numbers of hours each time for the week to pro resources. Each time I call the pro resources office and speak with Abraham he was Very rude and would put me on hold saying that he was going to look into this. He would get back on the phone and would say that the check was correct and for the hours that were turned in by the client. Or I would be told that pro resources pay weeks run from Sunday to saturday or given a different date range. How Abraham still is employed at there office still has his job! After talking with several people who have worked for pro resources in the past have had something similar happen to them. This is the worst company that I have worked for and would not ever recommend them to anyone! How these people can live with themselves is beyond me. They are also being reported to the department of labor.

The company is helpful until you get injured. Then they will do anything possible to avoid from helping you seek medical attention. They refuse to help me after injuring my rib cage at Elsa. Their nurse over the phone claimed it was asthma related and no one knew about it even though I was borderline harassing their rep at the plant before getting fired. I called them out and now they refuse to help me. Because of them, I have $500+ hospital bill and if I move wrong, my ribs hurt.

I have to say Kyle Clem is amazing! I puty app in online, and got a call shortly after. Went to work at elsa. Kyle has an open door if ever you need it. He usually greets you with a.... Hey whats up! In his happy go lucky attitude. I am so happy I went through pro recorces to get my spot in Elsa. Even tho I dont work for pro recorces I still pop in Kyles office to say hi from time to time!

My immediate manager was horrible to work for. She was condescending and rude. Myself and my coworker were let go for not doing our jobs. However, we both have messages in writing staying that we were doing a great job. She made up several lies about us all of which we have proof of and even admitted that my coworker was the problem, yet I too lost my job. Anytime there was an issue with any coworker she would call then out in a group text or read their confidential messages to other employees. I cant speak for all of pro resources but if this is the kind of managers they have at all of their locations then Im surprised that they have stayed in business this long! I HAVE NEVER been fired from a job until now and will NEVER recommend pro resources to anyone!
