I have been having lots of trouble when I plug the charger cord into my phone. I thought that the charge port had ware & tare. I went to Batteries + Bulbs to have port replaced. I was quoted a price of $69.99. When I returned an hour later I was told that port didn’t need replacing, just cleaning @ $19.99. It was packed with pocket lent. They could have cleaned it and told me that they replaced it & profited an extra $50. I highly recommend them for batteries, bulbs, and phone repair because of their honesty!! Great job fellas @ B+B !! 👍

These people are so nice and really go out of their way to help you. I needed battery for husbands streamer to his hearing aids. Had already been to another store, wrong size and didnt work. Turns out BATTERY PLUS price was almost $3 cheaper than that place. Ill definitely go back.

When paying for a screen for my husbands phone, on May 28th I was told it would be there on June 3rd and would take an hour to repair. The 3rd came and went as did the 4th and 5th with excuse after excuse after excuse. On the 6th we got a call that said the screen had been there by the tech Rosie and she would be available next week for fixing it. After speaking to her the truth came out it was delivered on the 6th. She was unapologetic and the time it took to replace the screen far exceeded the time told. The phone settings werent changed stated rosie.. however EVERY SETTING has changed and the white back light is now YELLOW...This is the least professional place EVER!

Employees were very courteous and professional, however I did not understand why I made appointment for a battery changeand was there at appointed time but had to leave my phone and return in 45 min to an hour to pick it up. I went on line and made appointment in order to save $10 but felt like I was penalized for it. Then find out that because the glass in my phone had been replaced my warranty on battery is void. Feel free to enlighten me.

I had my iPhone screen replaced. It was done in a very timely and efficient manner. My phone looks brand new and is working perfectly.

When the Verizon salesperson asks, Would you like some insurance? Your response is YES!!! Some months ago I had a screen, not the CPU, camera, or battery malfunction, get cracked. Just a screen. The fine folks at this establishment informed me of the $400 it would cost to fix the screen. I had no insurance at the time so I paid the $400... Today I filed a claim thru Verizon with my Asurion phone insurance and the total cost to REPLACE my phone, a brand new Google Pixel 3, for under $200!!! If you dont mind being ROBBED, this is the place for you. Of course this place did fix my phone, but there were subtle differences and the phone was a different color when I got it back from them. I bet when Verizon replaces my G3 that I get the exact replica of my phone.

Everything was better than I expected and my iphone looks like new again! Great experience from start to finish. The employees were very nice.

Outrageous price for Samsung Galaxy S8+ curved glass. $267 is over 1/4 the price of this phone. The repair was done on time and correctly, but the price is robbery.
