This place really helped me a lot when my laptop battery needed to be replaced! Even when they couldn’t immediately find my battery in store, they kept looking for it after I left and let me know that they found it an hour or so later. They really worked with me on finding a time to get it replaced when the battery arrived so that I wouldn’t have to drive all the way there and turn around. The staff I interacted with were very helpful and friendly, and it was just a great experience all around.

Got my screen fixed there. My phone comes with a screen protector by Samsung, they claim it wasnt installed right and had to remove and add it. Now my phone has bubbles all over it. If the product was originally detective it shouldnt be installed. $300 repair requires $300 service. Other stores did much better jobs

I woke up this morning and saw a small crack in my iPhone screen had gotten much worse, called Asurion, payed $29 over the phone and they set up for me to drop off here. Came in and dropped it on my lunch break and picked it up after work, they put a better screen protector on for me for a reasonable price and the phone is good as new. Great, professional, efficient service. Would gladly use their services again. Thank you!

I left my phone on top of my car by accident. It fell off onto the road and was ran over a couple of times. I honestly thought my phone was not fixable. The screen was shattered and glass was falling out everywhere! I was recommended by my mother in law to try You Break I fix. They did an amazing job fixing my phone! I took a Nintendo Switch Lite here for repair of a broken thumb stick (not drift; the stick itself was actually broken off). They repaired it quickly, and communicated with me as to the status throughout. Very appreciative of their service.

Even though they were not able to fix my phone, they were great to work with. Not to happy with being forced to wear a mask but you win some, you lose some.

My daughters Pixel 3A was stolen a few nights ago but she was able to locate it through the find my phone app from Google. Once it was found, in the middle of a busy highway, the screen was totally destroyed. I feared I would be replacing the phone, but uBreakiFix was able to replace the screen. On top of this they also ran a full diagnostic suite on the phone to ensure everything was in top working order. All in all it took them less than 3 hours start to finish. I was referred to this business by my cellular service provider. The guys at the desk were so helpful and professional. They seem to be extremely knowledgeable about every cell phone model that came in the door while I waited. They quickly diagnosed my problem and had me repaired and gone in just over 30 mins. UBreakiFix did a great job fixing my laptop. I took it to several places in the area who couldn’t help but uBreakiFix was able to diagnose the problem immediately and order the necessary parts. It only took them about an hour to fix once the parts arrived. Definitely would recommend.

Took phone in for quick battery drain problem. Team evaluated and determined battery was good but programs running in the background were draining the battery. Showed me how to disable background programs to save battery. No charge since there were no repairs. Samsung authorized maintenance. Great folks to deal with.

Update- After reading owners comment--So I had set an appointment online on Friday at 6 pm. I received a call from the store confirming my appointment. The person on call didnt seem very happy about 6 Oclock appointment and I said Ill try to be there at 5. I did ask them if they will be formatting my phone. And this was his response- Since it is just a screen replacement they wont format the phone. On Friday I couldnt make it at 5. I reached at 6 and I sensed they were not happy. I actually was emphatic to them seeing it was a weekend and all and walked out without making any fuss after confirmed with them if theyll take walk in appointments the next day. The next day when I arrived at the store there were three person from the store. The person whom I have spoken wasnt there so I asked again if theyll be formatting my phone. At this time he said Yes as it is a google policy. I hadnt taken a back up because this wasnt communicating to me a day earlier when I specifically asked.Somehow the owner doesnt seem happy about the criticism. May be he is trying hard and I should respect that, but he has to ensure that his employees are on board with his efforts. Theres definitely room to grow. Its okay dude. No one is perfect.I am glad youre happy with 2 stars. In my case, I really think that was justified. I really think I was quite generous.Happy Holidays.

Came in with a broken screen and non working power port. Same day fixed and an hour sooner than quoted. Definitely going to be a return customer.

In less than 24 hours, they fixed my Xbox and charged me a very reasonable price. I would definitely recommend and go back again.

I called around town to see who could replace a missing joystick on a Switch Lite, uBreakiFix was the only shop in town I could find that would do it. I dropped off the Switch and they ordered the parts. Unfortunately, once they took apart the Switch they realized that there was some internal damage that was beyond repair. They were super courteous, helpful, and explained the problem well. I picked up the Switch later that week and there was no charge for their time or for the parts they had already ordered. I hope I dont have a reason to go back anytime soon, but if I do break another electronic, I will take it to uBreakiFix. Thanks guys!

I was able to get same day service. I took them my iPhone 8 Plus to fix the screen. Got it fixed in an hour and a half which is 30 minutes less than the time they quoted it would take and this is day 1 but so far function is flawless. Not to mention the charged me after tax 50$ less than apple before their tax so basically saved me 60$ Awesome job!

If you have an S20 plus stay away. Got the screen replaced and now my speaker has a bunch of static and crackles. Everything worked when brought into the store, except had a cracked screen. They will not remedy their bad repair as it passed their Samsung Software test. Stay away, find somewhere else.

They fixed my Samsung in a timely matter at a better price than the other shops around town and the repair even included a new battery free of charge. I will say they did require a mask but Covid has been here a year so it should be normal anyways. All the 1 star reviews did not stop me from coming due to the fact the store has procedures and people didnt want to follow. People seems to only want to leave bad review when they get bad service..and not great service nowadays... what a shame, but good place overall!

I took my husbands phone here about a month ago to be fixed and they were awesome. I took my phone today and they were very nice as always and found that the mother board was bad and could not be repaired. They went out of their way to help me get the items needed to send to my insurance company for a new phone. They emailed everything I requested very quickly and also called to make sure I received the email. I will always use this place for phone repairs. Alexander was awesome today and I think Christian is the guys name who helped last time with my husbands phone. Very professional!

Verizon insurance sent me to ubreakifix for a cracked screen that should have cost me $29 copay. They stated repair within 2 hour and inspected my phone before I left after dropping it off. There was no other damage. They called my wife 2 hours later and stated that the phone was ready for pickup.Upon arrival they told me they could not get a clip/screw out and now I am stuck getting the phone replaced with a refurbished replacement at $260.At home i can see that they stripped the screw because they did not know what they were doing. They lied to my wife that the phone was ready and they botched the repair costing me $260 instead of $29 and I am stuck with a refurbished phone.

I went to get a screen protector put on my iPhone. Bestbuy refused to do it. U break I fix put it on, no problems. They didn’t even charge me. I’ll definitely be a repeat customer. Don helped me today.

The guys went above and beyond to get me taken care of so I wouldn’t be without a phone. I also didn’t have to wait for parts to come in as they had them in stock ready to go. Listened to my WHOLE problem. Reassured me many times and explained and kept me informed of everything that was happening and very diligently kept an eye on my phone cause the cracked screen was making my iphone lock itself down repetitively with wrong pass codes. Super thankful I ended up there and that they were able to fix my phone! I feel like I have a brand new phone!! They also had some suuuper cute cases for basically every phone so I probably will be going back soon to get one for a little extra protection lol.

My xbox would not turn on, in the middle of an xbox shortage! I couldn’t find a new one anywhere, so I took him in to UBreakIFix. They were friendly, documented every part I brought in, and told me they’d call in 24-48 hours. The next day they called with an update to tell me they were waiting on a part to see if thats the issue. The part came in and that was it! They told me where I could buy it and let me know I could pick him up. The best part- they did all this FOR FREE! I will definitely return if I have another device issue.
