I had an old macbook pro I suspected would need a new hard drive. Best Buy told me it would cost more than the computer was worth to fix it, didnt sound confident about it, and the process sounded terrible (send it off blah blah).Clever Techs assured me they would do everything in-house, had me bring it in for diagnostic, upon diagnosis determined it would indeed need a new hard drive and they would be able to recover all my files from the old hard drive and transfer them to the new hard drive.And they did it all at a very reasonable price!They are also very professional and value their customers. After I took the computer home I found that some files were missing on the new hard drive. So I took it back and they made it right (basically did the data transfer a second time at no additional charge).The files included photos from our kids whole lives. We we were afraid we had lost them. So in a way, Clever Techs are life savers.Im a customer for life. Anytime I have a computer problem that is over my head Im calling these guys.

Clever Techs did a great job diagnosing an older laptop that simply went dark. Turns out it was a bad motherboard, so it was time to upgrade. Once I had my new laptop, Clever Techs read my old static drive and transferred over all my important files. They even did a follow up recovery for a folder Id failed to mention, without charging more. Happy customer.
