It was very clear to me right from the start that the they focus on the customer experience and they do it very well. I was also very impressed on the speed of the process. Very impressive that within about 2 hours, I everything was done and I was driving away in my new Terrain. Nice work and will recommend for sure!

Everything was handled in a timely manner with plenty of time for questions and answers. The waiting room was spotless and there was allowance for 6 feet distancing. Top of the line service as well as the dealership.

Myers Autoworld is the absolute best to deal with! I specifically worked with Nate Renz. Let me tell you, you want to also work with Nate! He went above and beyond to accommodate my busy schedule. We had worked out most of the details out through calls/text because of my work schedule. After I purchased the vehicle, Nate gave me the most thorough walk through on all of the features of our new Terrain. He made sure our phones were connected and functioning properly. Nate is that dude! Loved the service I received. 1000x highly recommend!

Only thing I would change is that to see the options to add on to the truck and maybe a break down for the price to upgrade something. I was never offered a top for the back of my truck and was very interested in it. It was sign in go but, yet still waited 20 minutes to get inside the truck.

We were greeted and provided with all the information that we needed to make the best decision for us. Our salesperson, Joe, was new. He didnt immediately have the answers to our questions. He assured us he would obtain that information -- and he did.Charles, the manager, filled in all the gaps. He was supportive and understanding -- he was honest and forthright. This man is synonymous with integrity.I praised Joe for addressing me - and looking us in the eye. NOT a typical salesperson.It would have been nice to have been offered a beverage. We were there for 4 hours - and that would have been a nice to have.Also--- a bigger celebratory atmosphere when purchasing a vehicle. Its a big purchase - it affects many aspects of a persons life... and having a CELEBRATION would set Myers even further into a class of their own.

I woke up and was headed to work and my car started having issues. I had no idea what was happening so I called Auto World and talked with Brandy about it. She said she would send a tow truck out as soon as they could pick up my car and that they would pay $50 of the tow bill and I needed to pay the rest. I thought that was very generous as I didnt know that was a benefit of being a VIP member.The service team wasnt able to get to my vehicle until the next day but they had it done by noon and Brandy called me and let me know.Its never fun when you have to drop $1600 on a car repair, but the team made it as easy on me as possible. My car is running and the service was good so I am pleased with that.

Keith was awesome, perfectly involved without pushing. They all worked well within my budget and we found the perfect car and payment.

I bought a used truck paid cash and 3 weeks later still no title; because it took them 2 1/2 weeks to even send the application for title into the state.On top of that the truck appeared to have a fluid leak before buying. They had their shop pull it in for inspection/repair before purchase. However their mechanics said they couldnt find a leak.It wasnt even a week after I bought it that I found a coolant leak. While having it repaired at a different dealership they also found that both engine oil coolant lines were leaking. These were the original area of concern before buying their certified pre-owned truck that they assured me was ok.Dont trust their maintenance shop they obviously arent qualified!

Almost bought a car from another dealership and at the last minute the pricing was suddenly different. Everything at Myers was upfront and honest and NOT A SECRET! I got my oil changed and it was fast and the car rode wonderful afterwards. I expected them to vacuum out the front floor panels but they didnt. But all and all it was a great experience.
