I highly recommend Christina. Nowadays its hard to find a person who knows what they are doing when it comes to cutting and styling hair. Christina took the time to listen to all of my boyfriends about how he wanted his hair cut as well as styled. Sports Clips has a very lively atmosphere. All of the staff members are very professional, friendly and easy to talk to. Again I highly recommend asking for Christina to cut and style your hair.

Amber (Manager) is my go to stylist. I always get the MVP package & She always does a great job. Her Hot Shampoo Massages are the best! You can literally feel the stress leaving your head! Highly recommend this store over any other ones around.

I show up three and a half hours before they close and they say that theyre online appointments are already booked for the rest of the day and there was only two people in the store I asked if I could wait to see if someone might not show up and they said no its one of the better places to get your haircut yes but if they cant handle all the clientele they need to hire more certified people

I took my fiance here to get a quick box fade and he came out with bald spots! We will never come back! Now we have to shave his head!

Today was my first time going to Sport Clips. I checked in using the app and was greeted quickly after entering. The environment was casual, which is what I needed after the day I had. ESPN was on the TV next to my chair. I wouldve rather been watching some E sports on Twitch, but whatever. Since it was my first time, I was able to get the MVP package for free, which included a hot towel, scalp massage, and shoulder massage. It was so relaxing. Ill probably continue getting that. The prices were very reasonable. All in all, I had a great experience.

Was met with a very rude women whom wanted to argue whether my 3 yr old son was required to wear a mask.. They charged $36 for an adult cut (cut only) and a kids cut (cut only). Never have i paid so much for a rude greeting and sub par service. To top it off, the lady cut a bald spot in my sons hair. Will not return and would not recommend

All I did was show a picture to Amber and she nailed the cut my son wanted.

They made my son feel right at home. He walked out of there prepared to take on the new school year and followed all covid concerns.Thank you!

First time going to this location, even had a coupon for a free haircut. Checked in on the computer at the shop said no wait. I waited 40 minutes while 2 people were getting their hair cut. These were not difficult hair cuts, basic mens haircuts. I left after waiting 40 minutes. I will throw away my coupon for a free haircut and go somewhere else. I will not return to this place if they gave me a free haircut everytime i went in there. If they are busy and there is a wait, I understand, be upfront about it and i will wait if i can. People are busy and dont have time to be wasted.

Nice clean place and no wait. The reason for only 3 stars is the price. $19 is way too much for no more trimming than I needed. And the checkout screen has pre-programmed buttons for a tip. The lowest button for a tip was $5. Thats over 26% tip for a total of $24. Great Clips is only $15. No tip required, but I always give $2~3(13%~20%) depending on how friendly and quick the service was. I could not tell a difference in haircut quality between Great Clips and Sport Clips.

Sport clips, in my opinion, is the best place to work at. I get to work with some amazing and strong women. The clients are wonderful and the children that come me are too cute. I highly recommend Sport Clips to anyone.

Didnt receive a haircut, but friendliness and conversation was great, as I was there with a friend.

Explained and showed exactly how to cut my hair but it was completely butchered. Worst haircut I’ve ever had. Still cost me $19. I will not return.

The wait to get hair cut is to long.One hair stylist finished one guest and cleaned her area and than didnt get to the next person and they have been waiting for about 45 mins since the one guest left.So my recommendation is dont go to sports clips its to long of a wait and the hair stylist seem to not care if there is someone in the waiting area.

Made reservation on the app, got skipped by one of the stylist, was going to leave a bad review, but my stylist informed me that I could be upgraded to the MVP package at no charge. At the end of the day, I got a free haircut and a changed mind.

Amber the manager discriminates against employees. She is very rude. When she was approached professionally over the phone about being aware of what she was doing, she proceeded to scream in the phone so loud she could not be understood. Most unprofessional person Ive ever witnessed. And to be a manager is quite ridiculous.

Really like the services provided here probably going to be a lifetime customer if they keep their prices as they are. The product prices are a little high though.

The shop is clean but the service is slow. They are a bit under staffed and the wait can be long. My husband quit going here because he was not satisfied with the quality of haircut he was given.
