Zach was an amazing help and my bill was less than quoted price. They got me in the same day and were very friendly. Didn’t push extra things being wrong on me to fix right this second to make more money, which was such a nice change from most places. They were recommended to me by and friend and I will for sure recommend them to any of my friends and go to them for any further work! Thanks guys!!!!

Went in for the first time and got my oil changed. They got me right in and were very friendly. They did recommend a service that needed repaired and gave me a quote the same day. I used them for that service also. Definitely my go to place now.

Tony and his staff are always friendly and very helpful. My tire had a nail in the sidewall and they called around and found my unusual size tire and had my car fixed in a couple of hours. I highly recommend them for any services.

When I called to schedule an appointment for our RV to repair the generator, I was given an appointment 2 days from then. I was lead to believe that I would leave it, it would be worked on that day, and they would call to let me know when to pick it up.I didnt hear a word from them Wednesday thru Friday. Friday my friend, the owner of the RV went to the business to check on it. It had been repaired, but no one had called to let me know. The repair cost was reasonable. Turnaround time was to long.

Dave runs a tight ship, and can get you in if you are in a bind. He is honest, upfront, & blunt. If there are problems he will tell you what they are and ask what YOU would like to do. He involves you, & explains it so a Neanderthal like me understands without being talked down to. If they mess up, or break something, they fix it...NOT YOU. I appreciate good business like that. Nowadays it is so rare to find good honest work. I WILL make the drive from Tipton, for all of these reasons. We appreciate you guys, thank you.

My first experience with Nick and Bs was dropping off the Penske truck that i rented to move myself from Dallas to Anderson. I was very lucky to gain a personal mechanic shop in the process. I have since used them for all my vehicle maintenance. I highly recommend.

Great place to get you vehicle repaired properly the first time and at a fair price. They have a very personable staff the treat the customer with kindness and respect. Tony and the guys are great! I woulnt trust my vehicle to any one else.

Nice, clean, and professional. Comfortable waiting room with nice chairs, free coffee and WiFi lol. Im picky about where I take my vehicles bc generally I work on them myself, but this place went above and beyond to help me out when I got myself into a pinch. Theyre rates are competitively low and their quality and skills are up to par. They have a press for ujoints and ball joints, and if needed, they can outsource to a machine shop fairly quickly. Looked like they worked on all kinds of different cars and trucks. I had my F350 diesel driveshaft rebuilt there, only took them a couple hours and they did a great job. Thank you again Nick & Bs, I appreciate your hard work, dedication, and most of all making us all feel like valued customers.Keep up the good work.

EXTREMELY over priced charged me almost $100 dollars just to run the test to see what was wrong. Test said that my cam actuator needed replaced, pretty sure my car wouldnt even start if that was the case. Would not recommend at all and Im sorry to anyone else who has been taken advantage of by this place. I was told they were good people but I guess since Im a girl and look really young they thought they could take advantage of me. Not saying that is the case but it sure could have played a part.

April 2019Came here because Dave moved over here from Nunces when they closed, and he does great work. 1st mechanic i ever found who did great work at a reasonable price for both of us. Unfortunately for me (but great for him), hes retired from being a grease monkey and is now their desk chief making sure the place runs great.The 3 younger guys are the ones this review goes to. Went in for a oil change and tire rotation, and after almost two hours i got the all done and went to pay, and the price was far less than quoted, and when i asked why i was told they forgot to do the tire rotation. I decided not to wait.Im seriously hoping this isnt typical for them, but this has put me off ever going back. Sorry Dave.

Great staff and trucks are usually ready and are clean. Walk arounds are fast so you can get on the road in a hurry.

Rented a truck (Penske) from Nick & Bs at sort of the last minute. Staff was quick efficient and pleasant to deal withThe truck was easy and.gassed when we arrived. Drop off was easy.

The only place I would have any of my cars or trucks worked on. Trustworthy and affordable car care.

Our company had a bad experience with this repair shop. We called this company at 7:10 am needing assistance with a broken down driver on the highway. We were told a tech would head out in a half hour which would put him to our driver at 8:45. We called the driver at 10:30 and found out the service tech still had not arrived. A different company was called and a half hour later fixed the issue on site with no issues. At this time the tech had still not arrived. We called to cancel the first appointment and were charged $255 dollars for nothing. I would not recommend this company to anyone looking for a reliable and timely repair service.
