Had the part I needed. Lady at counter was very kind and courteous. Very friendly and professional.

Terrible customer service. Pay attention from now on. Also you can get the same stuff on Amazon... Literally the same stuff for 1/4 of the price. Hard pass.

Mr Boone was very knowledgeable and persistent in determining the problem with my dryer. Very reasonable prices for parts and labor. I highly recommend him.

Great place for washer dryer refrigerator parts

Staff was very helpful and corteous over the phone and in person, helping to accurately identify a needed replacement part and order it for next day delivery. Would be 5 stars except that price for another part also needed/ordered seemed higher than expected vs others seen online.

John did a phenomenal job of fixing up our refrigerator that previous tenants abused. Told me the ins and outs of the repairs and even took care of a few things outside of the original request for labor. He kept me up to date from the minute the part was ordered to his repair visit and updated me as he was on his way. Im very pleased with the friendly nature of John and the professionalism displayed, as well as quality of work. Highly recommend.

Ok Im happy to say that the staff at Boones appliance parts made my day . I had a water inlet valve go bad on my 20 plus year old fridge and the staff went above and beyond to help me find a replacement part that would work . The hours of business are not correct on this website. I drove all the way down here on Saturday and there not even open. So frustrating.

Leslie answered the phone most pleasant and then actually helped me over the phone figure out my issue and offered a solution.....well see but she sure sounded like she knew what she was talking about...

Set up an appointment over a week in advance. Repairman (Troy I assume) showed up over an hour late. He looked at our washer and said This is going to take a lot of time to figure out. Im not interested! I was flabbergasted. He took his tools and left. In 50 years of adult life, Ive never had a service person walk out and show zero concern for me as a customer.

Called Boone Appliances explained that my dryer wasnt working asked how much they charged for a service call. Made an appointment with in twenty minutes I received a call from the service tech set date and time. John service tech came out fixed the problem was so very polite and courteous. Would recommend this company for any appliance repair need. I went on line to find someone to fix the problem was given a ridiculous amount. Spoke to Chris from Aarons he gave me Boones number the rest is history.. Wonderful experience.

Called about 4 left voice mail. Drove up got there at 4:25 and no one there. Didn’t leave a note they would be gone early, will order part needed online I guess

Called this business for repair, heard from them days later. Thankful there is a couple more repair shops in my area, one came out quickly, happy washer now.
