This is one of the best apartment complex in Anderson. The only other that could be better is Shadow Creek Apartments.Management and maintenance is responsive and I think they try their best. Rent is reasonable considering the proximity to prime outlets in the area (dealerships, malls, supermarket, restaurants, etc.). Good community.There are small things that I feel are not worth mentioning.An advice though- please replace analogue thermostat with digital thermostats (energy savings, low carbon footprint and its 2021! :)).

Pool hours are terrible. If you work a day job you will have no time to use the pool. They close the pool at 6 pm every week daySaturdays are 10 to 5 and no SundaysOnly 31 people can be there at a timeBut they don’t reduce the cost of the apartment even though no one is ever to use it

My wife and I found the apartment staff to be very friendly and capable. Our apartment was newly updated and in great condition. We were very happy with Walden Oaks while we were there.

Beautiful property and an amazing staff. We have been very pleased with our partnership for many years with Walden Oaks. The staff is professional and always great when we are needing apartments or when doing deliveries they are always prompt when giving keys and answering any questions we have. The apartments are very nice and spacious.

If you smoke cigarettes this is perfect apartment for you, but if you do not smoke cigarettes this will be the worst apartment for you. My neighbor smoke and all that smoke getting in to my apartment though the vents. All my staff smells like cigarettes and I dont smoke. All my furniture smells like cigarettes. The worst this about this situation is the the staff not doing anything about it. Staff keep letting my neighbor smoke as much as they want inside the building. Will never renew my contract. Worst apartments ever

Just moved in....love it...bathroom cabinetry not sufficient...laundry too small...no medicine cabinet ..window blinds do not match the quality of the rest of the apartment..adequate parking....these apts. With more floor space would be perfect..made too small..nice place to live..complex wise..perfect town location

I lived there 12 months. Great location but management sucks. The apartments need pressure washed. People do not pick up dog mess. The apartments are poorly built. There was black mold growing around every widow. I would not rent there again.

My dad has lived here for years and he loves it, its gated which is a plus it has a pool that stays clean and the overall condition of the complex is nice. The apts. are nice inside and out. You can not beat the location either, its close to everything.

Never even hung a picture and the apartment smelled like dog and cigarettes. I moved out after 10 months and then get a clean up bill for $690.00 ....for all new paint, carpets and ext . Never move here!

The central air condition is constantly failing, I will be having to call matinence today for the 4th time in the past 2 months to just bandage it up again because obviously they wont fix it. And about half the time theres is a big pile of broken furniture and garbage sitting just inside the front gate next to the garbage compactor. ONLY reason there not getting 1 star is because the apartment buildings and pool area are nice

Gated community, central to all of Northpoint and Clemson Blvd shopping, entertainment and dining. Easy access to I-85 and all main arteries in Anderson!

Bed bugs, I don’t think I need to say more. The front office doesn’t treat this as a serious situation. They have a contract with Massey pest control who is also equally as awful. Renter beware.

Great facilities that are only a few years old but awful experiences with staffing on multiple occasions. I can understand going back on some things you say but the staff constantly lying is another. My house took an extra month to build past my lease, I asked prior to the last month if this was ok, staffing told me it was fine to stay an extra month just would be charged alittle extra, ended up paying $1700 for 1 month. That was for a 1 bedroom with 2 garages..... Another awful experience included one of those garages, I needed to move a vehicle into it and the garage had just become available it had marks on the wall from prior owner stacking tires. I told staffing they didnt need to repaint it that it wouldnt bother me just to wait til I was done using it (thinking I was helping them and saving them money) then a few months after I move they give me a call and tell me they dont remember me telling them that and want to charge me for the painting. I could go on but lets just say the facility is nice but I wouldnt reccomend to anyone til the staff gets it together. Lots of nice appartment complexs in the area so visit a few others when considering walden oaks it might save you a headache.
