I have lived in Anderson about 5 years now. Villages on Madison has been the by far best place we have rented from! My husband and I have a town house out here and we love it. The office and maintenance guys are so kind and responsive. We love it here. The pool was so great for the kids this summer. The town house we are in is perfect for our family. Our experience has been nothing but positive here. We had a problematic neighbor for a few months, but they were not here long. Besides that... We really have enjoyed our time here. 5 stars for sure.

Move in experience was less than ideal. However, since then everything has been great! Maintenance is quick to assist in anything that needs fixed and office stays in current communication. Also, love the online and automatic payment options offered - super convenient!

I had a wonderful experience! Aaliyah was a big help, answered all my questions, very kind and respectful, considerate of my time and schedule, and worked with me every step of the way. I couldn’t ask for a better assistant manager to help me. 10/10 highly recommend!

I have rented from this property management company for almost 5 years. The office staff has always been friendly and helpful. Maintenance requests were always handled in a timely manner, and they have worked hard to make sure the grounds are well maintained. I have felt safe and been treated well since moving to this community. I would recommend this complex to families due to the pool and playground areas, and there are other children to play with in the community. The office staff also has community activities they like to get residents involved in such as playing bingo, giving away raffles, and other community building activities.

This is my fifth year living at Villages on Madison. I live in a one bedroom apartment. It is very spacious compared to other apartments I have lived in or visited. I have always felt safe here.Each apartment building has their own laundry room and every laundry door has a key that only people in your building have access to. This makes me feel safe.The management team is awesome. Heidi is the office manager and Aaliyah is the assistant manager. They are friendly and will do what they can to help you.The maintenance team rocks and is the best I have ever dealt with. There are three guys and requests are completed that day or the next day.The property and landscaping is beautiful. There is a swimming pool and small kiddie pool, there is a playground area and a quad area for kids to play on plus sidewalks!! Some residents even use the sidewalks to get their walking exercise done!!I truly love Villages in Madison and I recommend it to anyone and everyone that wants a nice place to call home! ❤️❤️❤️

I called in & spoke with a kind woman by the name of Aaliyah . I had questions on moving but also needed some answers for my previous landlord . she did more than explain when & how i could move she gave me information with the problems im dealing with now. she was such a nice cheerful lady i could tell she was smiling through the phone.

This apartment complex has been the best ive ever rented, great customer service from the office all the way to the people that do the lawn service, clean environment and very nice apartments 2 yrs in, renewing my lease again for the third year.

I had a great experience in their leasing office. They’re very understanding and Heidi helped me beyond measures!

They have always been patient with us when we have had struggles. They have given our kid ways to make money by doing things for them. Maintenance issues had always been fixed quickly. They have always been very friendly and very responsive.

My wife and I have been living here for nearly a year now, and definitely plan on renewing our lease! The neighborhood is great and I feel totally comfortable here. I’ve had decorations in my yard for weeks and nothing has happened to them, which from what I’m used to is practically a miracle.The front office is also VERY responsive; if there is ever an issue with our townhome, maintenance is typically there within a few hours to attend to the problem. Heidi is particularly understanding and Aaliyah is always ready to assist, which is highly appreciated.Overall, the professionalism, environment and people make Villages on Madison an awesome place to live! ❤️Update: we are still living here and lovin’ it! Going on 2 whole years at Villages on Madison!

My boyfriend and I have lived in these apartments since May of 2019 and we LOVE these apartments we are actually moving to a two bedroom out here because our family has expanded and the management is amazing to allow us to transfer from our one bedroom to a two! They are so sweet and understanding. During covid we had some issues and they were quick to work with us and are very understanding and helped us find a solution to our problem! Never had any problem with maintenance they’ve always answered and helped with what anything we’ve needed the same day! 10/10 recommend these apartments!

I love how the management care about the people and the property I also love the fact that the two ladies and the maintenance workers are responsible and love how they work and be on time when they have to fix things and do it the same day.

Moved here in August and I love it here!! Very friendly staff in the leasing office, and maintenance is always on top of it!! Which I really do appreciate how fast they get here when we need help!! When I was calling different leasing offices in this area, I knew this would be the one because of how friendly Shana was when she answered the phone and helped walk me through getting an application done and the whole process since it was my first time getting an apartment!! Thanks for making it easy and being so kind! Not every leasing office I called in the area was as helpful or friendly, and that’s why we decided on Villages on Madison!

Going into my third year in these apartments and I can honestly say our office staff and maintenance team are the best I have ever experienced! Our apartment community is pretty much clean, and they keep the grass cut! The respect and professional presence of Heidi is amazing! I would and have recommended these apartments.

This place has a mouse problem and management does not want to take care of it I recommend you do not live here all kinds of issues and management is very rude and that’s why I’m giving it one star worst apartment I’ve ever been in

Not impressed with anything about it, the unit my friend moved in actually needed cleaned n I mean I couldn’t believe it they considered that clean. N the people that live n complex drive like they don’t know how to drive. It’s nothing like it used to be but what is n Anderson.
