I had condensation taken out of two windows and I had three large windows replaced. The crew was efficient, fast, friendly and washed my windows when done. They arrived on time and got right to work. The pricing was very reasonable which which was great when I got the estimate I could choose how many windows I chose to have done. They even had a cancellation for an earlier date and asked me if I would like that date and of course I jumped on it so I’m very pleased and I would recommend them to anyone wanting to get their windows fixed or a new windows put in.

They were on time, considerate and professional. I am extremely pleased with the results. I had fogged damaged windows and they completely changed out the glass with low E glass. Now I get less heat thru the windows in the summer and it retains heat in the winter. The price was very fair and I got a 10 yr warranty

These folks are terrific and did an outstanding job on measurements and installation of new windows for our Girdwood, AK home. Two very large windows required 4 men to carry and get into place - they fit like a glove and the finish work was excellent. During the COVID-19 pandemic all workers were masked the entire time on site. All very polite, professional and accommodating. I highly recommend!

Had a special project and hired both Window Medics of Alaska and Climate control. Window Medics worked with us to find, secure, and specialty cut our acrylic which Climate control then filmed. The companies consulted with us worked well together and our finished project was even better then we hoped!

We had 3 dual pane windows in our 2001 new construction home in Eagle River where the seal had broken. The windows were under warranty from BMS the original window provider. Window Medics was the installer for the warranty work. Due to items out of their control they had to make more than one visit to the house to install the windows. With each visit they called the day before to confirm the appointment, their install crew called 20 minutes before arriving the day of, and each window pane only look minutes to replace. It’s clear their entire org knows what their doing and strive to be quick effective! We GREATLY appreciated their approach and would certainly recommend them to anyone.

I just had window medics install a new vinyl window in a load bearing wall, and they were incredible! They were great to work with and the results are perfect!
