Susan B. At the Arctic and 36th location was super helpful with helping me to get caught back up on taxes (6 yrs behind), and explained things so i could understand. I had a lot of complicated things to go through, and she was knowledgable and patient with me. I would absolutely recommend her!Ive previously had negaitive experiences with another H&R block in town, and was very hesitant to go back to an H&R block, but neeeded back taxes done asap, and they were willing to see me and let me drop off paperwork right away. I couldnt have been happier with my choice to go to this location, and even set up my next year appointment with Susan.

I really love my experiences there. Im just sad that the 1040EZ is gone now, and even though my taxes are really simple (single, no kid, no house, no investments) it now cost $99 where it was free before when I got it done ahead of time. I understand you dont have control over the forms, that was IRS. But going from free to $99 is a bit much. I hope in the future you have better pricing for people who used to be able to just do a 1040EZ. If it wasnt for the associate Jannet, I would have tried it at home myself for free via Credit Karma. I love Jannet, she is an amazing human being. It would be 5 stars if I was just rating Jannet. Only four stars because of the big price change...
