Id give no stars if I could. No one ever answers the phone, Im being audited because they put incorrect information on my return, and just got a huge penalty from the IRS because of it.

I cant ever get ahold of anyone, Ive called left messages and nothing! He messed up on my taxs. Made 30,000 dollar error! Has done nothing to help me fix it! Would NOT recommend
