Overall decent experience; customer service was a bit slow but they got around to everyone in line. I did hear the manager yell at the workers in the front desk, quite publicly, unfortunately.
This is worst fedex experience i’ve ever had,, my package has been here since saturday and i was supposed to get it before 12 today then they backed it up and said before the end of today and now it’s potentially delayed!?!? the box was last seen here and there hasn’t been any updates for 4 days you are about to have a lawsuit on your hands

I have an express package (urgent) sent and the only information Im receiving is that the package cant be delivered to my physical location because we are in a remote area... they charge me anyways to send it express. I have called many times and the provide the same information over an over again but no solutions. I ask if i could get it from a closest Fedex location abd the answer is the sender has to approved. The sender called and approved and they are still saying the sender needs to call. One lady even hang up the phone on me because I have called a few times!! (I thougth is a service and they have to respond for something I paid) ... still dealing with the situation with Fedex, i will keep updating you to know the kind of service Fedex its providingp

Ive had a package in Anchorage since the 6th of June.Cant seem to find where it is now. Since it was paid 2 day delivery seems they owe me money not to mention for the product in the package.

Been hearing a lot of negative things about this place not only how they do business and how they treat their packages but how they treat their employees as well. Shipped with them once and it turned out okay but Im gonna take my business to a place that doesnt take advantage of their employees.
Unprofessional staff in the office department. Watching Netflix while you do your job is very disrespectful to your manager and in customer service for who need assistance with packages and orders. Pay closer attention to your night staff please .

The staff here is overall pretty friendly and they work quickly so Ive never had to stand in line too long. Avoid the lunch hour and youll find that theres less wait time.

So they first lost one of my packages in their inventory. I have 3 late packages that have been sitting since monday and dont even have another delivery date. The weather has been good so I dont get why the packages havent moved. They never notified me that my packages were going to be late and ive been keeping an eye on tbe tracking number.

Do not call the 1-800 number.. the lady told me I was able to pick up my package and when I arrived at the location, I was told that the package was not ready and not to call 1-800 number. That lady told me false information when there were no indications in their computer that says my package is ready... very disappointed.

Worse customer service of the years. What isthe deal with FedEx and their employees?First time using FedEx international import with the worse experience ever. FedEx international team is not very well educated and team members including team leaders do not know how to resolve this situation but the worse part is that they refuse to learn about their own company. Flat out saying I dont know or I have never heard of is unacceptable. I suggest members ask team leaders or conduct an investigation of how to solve the situation or to find out whether your company provide certain services. Its about customer services. When you lost my shipment you need to take responsibility.This is my situation and in my heart I know someone in the organization knows how to resolve this. I know FedEx have many many shipments coming in from the world daily and I believe FedEx has been in the business for quite a while and that this situation isnt new. So, here it is: my shipment is at the FDA facility and need reconditioning relabeling. I have contacted many representatives and NONE of these reps. knows what reconditioning relabeling means. FedEx is registered with the FDA and can transport FDA regulated shipments and knows not how to reconditioning relabeling. This is what it means: is to relabel the shipment with new labels per FDA guidelines. Thats it. FedEx is the initial importer and is the only one who holds the bond for the shipment and is the ONLY one can recondition relabel the shipment. Everyone I called, said either I dont know or we dont do that or this is not my department or I cant help you.I asked for the corporate office phone number but was denied and was given a complaint number. I want my situation resolve, not to complaint. Since many reps are not educated enough about their company and I was hoping to speak to someone in the higher level to see if they would know. I am not going to stop like them with an I dont know answer to end the customer service if I am the rep.. I would always ask myself if there is any one I could talk to to find out or read up about the situation to further investigate before I have a firm answer to the customer and then I would also suggest that as an area of improvement within my company. I work in the customer service field. I get customer complaints daily. I get angry customers very often. I promise you I will try beyond my best to help them. When customers are happy, they tell some people they know when the conversations are brought up. When the customers are angry, they immediately spill it out to millions. Think about that.Get your acts together team. To be on top you have to working toward improving the nearly flawless customer service. If you are in the customer service world, you have to provide best customer service or just get back in the production line. And please learn how to deal with FDA if you signed up for the responsibilities if you havent done so.

I have only visited for work, always friendly and knowledgeable. However their is always a wait even if there is no one else in the loby.
I went in had to fax some documents customer service was great at this location There was little spendy but it was worth the money
Got shipped a package via Fedex Ground; was supposed to arrive Friday, and instead the lazy driver on my route probably decided that they didnt want to drive the extra couple miles to drop off my package. So it gets resecheduled to Monday. Monday night? No dice and no package, rescheduled to Tuesday, again. Fedex blows and so does the driver on my route. Way to go above and beyond for your customers.And to top it all off, for whatever reason, Fedex wont let me just come pick up my damn package; that would have been twoce as fast and saved everybody, including the lazy driver, a lot of effort.

Over several years I have had many experiences with this Ship Center. They are generally very good at what they do and I have almost always come away VERY happy with the service.
We just used FedEx to ship our fish. Jose assisted us at the front counter and the quality of customer service was terrible. We wont be using FedEx again

Unbelievable. 1 person bless her heart is working hard to get it sorted, -BUT- 2 people at the customer care number were unbelievably RUDE and not helpful. I CAN AND WILL GET BETTER SERVICE from the USPSJoseph Johnsona month agoFed Ex is telling me that it will take a month to ship a small box from Georgia to Alaska. Its bad enough that my item has been in transit in the SAME TOWN for three days and it just now departed. And Fed EX Customer Support was absolutely NO help whatsoever. Im very disappointed in their service thus far. DHL is faster. DHL!!!!Safe to say that from here on out I will be taking my business to UPS and USPS.
Just the worst. Terrible customer service, the shipping takes 3 days longer than USPS, and tbey have involve inconvenient hours when you inevitably have to go to their one shipping location to retrieve packages yourself since they cant be bothered to create a notes section to leave secured entry codes at the time of shipping.I never choose FedEx but sometimes Amazon sellers have it set as a default. Ive let Amazon know about these issues and hope they will stop using FedEx as well.

The absolute WORST shipping company ever
The most dysfunctional FedEx ever. Drivers cant follow instructions. Call center (obviously outsourced) isnt synced with the office, and I only wish some of the people that have to deliver time-sensitive documents that require signature didnt have to use them.
