The two Service Master techs that came to my house were courteous, clean, polite, professional, & respectful of our house & belongings. They had to remove a lot of Sheetrock from the garage ceiling so I expected to find a huge mess of Sheetrock dust & particles on the floor. To my pleasant surprise when I got home there was not a spec of Sheetrock on the floor. They moved heavy bedroom furniture very slowly & carefully so as not to cause damage to furniture or walls/trim. John, one of the two that came out, kept in contact with me often to let me know progress. Alex was also courteous & polite as well as a contentious worker. Great job guys!Now we just to put it all back together!!

As we were preparing to sell our home, noticed our sump pump has stopped working and caused water damage to our home. We are so thankful ServiceMaster was able to come out right away and get it handled. They extracted, setup equipment, and got all the wet insulation out in record time! We are especially grateful for the time they took to explain the process for the repair side and preparing us for the time it would take. Even though they warned us that the repair takes longer do to insurance approvals and estimates, they still updated us and were able to get it back together in time to sell! Great crew, great communication, and wonderful service!

We had a great experience with Service Master when dealing with a leak in a downstairs bathroom that flooded the adjoining bedroom. They were friendly and came out almost right away to do the evaluation and started the clean up the next day. They left the room completely prepped for the repair work. The crew also set up drying fans and de-humidifiers on a Friday, came to check them on Saturday, then removed them on Sunday when the room was dry so we wouldnt have to listen to the fans for longer than necessary. Very friendly, very knowledgeable guys to work with!

Service Master kept me up to date with phone calls to let me know what to expect and when the project would be done.

These guys are awesome. Very friendly and helpful throughout the whole process of fixing a leak in my garage. Usually when it comes to customer service and contractors Im a bit of a pessimist and critical of their integrity but I will say these guys have been the best Ive dealt with. They were accommodating as far as tailoring around my schedule and felt they were honest and didnt try to sell me something I didnt need. hope I dont have to use them again but if something ever needs fixing thats within their work scope, capability and skills, I will definitely return.

Service master was wonderful to work with! they were very fast, prfessional and honest. They helped us when our pipes burst in our upstaris master bedroom. I am grateful they were so fast and helpful during such a stressful time.

The technicians were knowledgeable and very helpful in our time of need. And the office lady was a ray of sunshine, who made my trials easier, less stressful and made the whole process better.

Such a great company to have work on your house problems. I am a single mom doing what I can to pay my bills with my fulltime job. MY home owners insurance was not being very helpful when my sewage line came loose in my crawl space. The guys at servicemaster swooped right in like super heros and took care of the problem right down to sanitizing my home. Im so grateful there are still companies out there that care about the little guy!!!!!
