From the technicians to the front office, everyone was super friendly and professional. They worked on my home kept their work area clean and organized. Felt like a valued customer.

Knocked it out of the park got to our fairly remote home quickly. The crew and the manager that showed up got right to work after informing us of the process. They even went above and beyond helping us secure some kittens we were fostering and getting them to a dry area. Several days later I wonderfully caught the owner taking the time to break down the science and processes to his crew. It was awesome to see how passionate he was and how much he cared that his guys understood why they do what they do.

Dryout was great when we had a major flood effecting upstairs and downstairs of my home. They were very quick to be on the scene and worked fast and effectively to get it under control. Christina was very nice and reassuring that everything would be ok. They were really great with dealing with the insurance company to make sure everything that needed to get done was covered and we were taken care of. I would recommend them to anyone dealing with a water issue in the future.

Dry Out was very quick to get a crew out to deal with my flooded crawlspace. I was impressed with the friendliness and professionalism of the technicians. I appreciated how they would call ahead each day to check on the progress. When State Farm would not cover my claim Wade was understanding and we were able to work out a fair price. Overall, I was pleased with the work Dry Out did and felt like I was well taken care of.

I would not recommend this company to anybody. I hired this company back in December and I am still having issues with them. To start, there were multiple scheduling issues with the company making it frustrating for my tenants to work around their schedule. When I was finally able to get an appointment scheduled that worked for everyone, the employee coming to work on my property never showed up. I called the company to ask where the person was who they were supposed to send over and they told me I dont know. When I finally got a hold of the guy who was supposed to work on my property he informed me that he fell asleep. At 5pm..The customer service is beyond awful! It is now August and I am still having to deal with them. When your bill is paid in full by insurance, they will put a lien on your property until you are made aware of it by your own research. Trying to remove your lien with the their terrible customer service is just as fun as it is trying to get their guys out to your water issue. The only word I can use to describe this company is, frustrating.

I called dry out systems after my crawlspace flooded...again! The other companys work failed. I got good, reasonable advice and technicians were sent out right away. Sean and Bonnie did a GREAT job and accommodated my schedule as well as my toddler who wanted to help and kept asking questions. Fantastic service! Dry Out Systems came to my house on a weekend within about twenty minutes. They even listened to my whole description of the problem and asked questions to see if i could do it myself or if their service was needed. Their technician was fantastic, keeping me calm in the middle of my emergency, thoroughly checking everywhere that may have possibly gotten wet. Dry Out Systems has been a life saver! We first had to call them last October, when the plumber who installed our tub messed up and didnt seal the drain properly! They showed up right away, even though it was the middle of the night. When they found out we had small children sleeping in the house Abnel and his associate moved so quietly and whispered so as not to wake our three sleeping children! They helped us through the process of getting the plumbers insurance to pay for it, since the plumber and his insurance tried to deny paying for the full costs! They waited patiently while we fought the plumbers insurance for close to 6 months! When it came down to it, they helped us keep our sanity! A month ago we had a pipe under our kitchen sink come out and flood our kitchen and crawlspace. Again they showed up right away and took care of everything! The second incident was covered without question by our insurance! We never even saw a bill! Our insurance just sent a check!

We called this business on a Saturday after the Friday AK earthquake 11/30/18 for dry out service due to the water heater pipe bursting. They said theyd put us on the list. We never heard from them. Called them on Monday and the lady said that theyll get to us when they get to us.. Well, they never got to us so we went with a different business on a Wednesday who helped us immediately! Thanks to Service Master, we were able to save 90% of the sub floor :/

This place come out to my house gave me a quote for $100 told us that it was small enough that it would be a quick job not to worry and it would be cheaper to wait till Monday to avoid CRAZY over charges for weekend hours. I have mold sick kids and a new quote (today, Monday) of just under $1000. if they can lie about the price they can lie about the mold not being harmful... These people are lying, cheating and out for your money...truly do not care about the health of you, your family or the home you live in. Stay away for your own safety!!!

Sewage leaked into crawl space due to broken sewer line. Dry Out Systems responded and remediated and made it safe. Very difficult job in a tight crawl space, very professional service and they explained every step. I would highly recommend Dry Out Systems.

Dry Out Systems contacted me with regard to my downstairs neighbors unit having water damage in their ceiling. We agreed to help the neighbor and DOS went to work setting up their equipment. I wont get into all the details but the lack of communication was my biggest issue. I wrote the front office with 7 questions that I asked for a written reply to. In short, my inquiries sparked both owners (Andy and Wade) to call me. One of them assertively insisted that I contacted them and asked for their service. This was most certainly not the case with us. It was the defensive retort of a well-versed salesman. Although they were thorough over the phone, they never replied to my written questions. It has been nearly two months.Their field techs seem to know what theyre doing but failed to answer some key questions. What is the plan? I asked. Uh, I need to talk to my boss. They gave us no timeframe and chewed up 7 hours of our day. They said they wouldnt work overtime and that theyd be out by 5:30. They didnt leave till 7:00. Without knowing The Plan I was unable to achieve my plans that day.

I had a water loss in 2016. I called another company but they didnt answer, so I called Dry Out, they were at my door in about 35 mins. I called the insurance company and they had someone over the next day. A crew member from Dry Out and the insurance adjuster showed up at the same time the next day. The insurance denied the claim. Dry Out said it should be a covered loss, and if it werent they would dry it for free. They were honest and took care of it. When they pulled the fans out of the house, it wasnt covered yet and they were fine with it. They did inform me that it should be and I would have to fight get it covered. Also, there looked like there may be mold in the area that was wet. Sure enough there was! I listened to what Dry Out said and after a month of fighting with the insurance we were able to get it covered. I would recommend these guys to everyone!!!!!!!

I am a first time customer with Dry Out System’s of Alaska, I was so pleased with the service I felt the dire need to write a review. I was so impressed with Dry Out System of Alaska and there quick response and quality work. I had called two other companies, The first one told me it would take approximately one week before they could come out and take care of the matter. Another Company told us that they could be here in two days. We just couldn’t wait that long considering of all the damage that was acquiring from the leak, So I called Dry Out System of Alaska, this was about 6.PM . I told them about our situation of the leak in the top bedroom and that the rug was soaked with water. Fearing for the worst scenario, that they would not be able to come out till the next day or two, like the two other companies, the person from Dry Out System of Alaska said he would be out to the house within 1 hour. We were so pleased and impressed by their work, and we were so happy and relieved to know that they would respond so quickly. This gave my wife and I, enough time to move out, most of the furniture from the room. The person from Dry Out Systems of Alaska came in the bedroom, then went to the truck and brought out all the equipment that he needed to start the clean up. He was here for approximately 3 hour. He set up every thing to dry out the room. He explained every thing in detail, of what he was going to do to the room. They retuned the next day and completed the work in the rooms. They sent a person that lived in the Mat Sue valley that would be able to come out more often to check on the progress. He also was very professional and very friendly. They came out in the morning and evening to check the progress of the room. I was so impressed with there work and how quickly they got the job done . I was very grateful for the work and time they took to take care of our situation with the leak. Quoted me $6k then charged over $13k, they were suppose to show up at 10am and didnt show up until later in the evning AFTER I called and bugged them. Complained to the owner about having to micromanage his employees, my insurance calling me because a month later still hadnt gotten a bill from them and of course for being charged more than double what I was quoted. His response was they dont give quotes so hes not sure why his employees quoted me any kind of figure (not sure how you stay in business if you cant give a bid/quote but ok). Told me Im not paying it my insurance was and when I said it was the principle that you shouldnt quote something then charge more than double without the scope of work changing or discussing anything with me he said the bill was accurate. I told him Im pretty sure they charged me for more equipment than what was brought in and used and for stuff they didnt actually do but since I dont have actual hard evidence like pictures to prove they padded their invoicing theres no disputing it. The owner did take $500 off after all of my complaints which covers half of my deductible but Im still pretty upset that had my insurance not involved me I wouldve never known they charged over double the amount I was quoted. Save yourself the hassle and spend your money elsewhere! Would give zero stars if I could. Lets just hope they actually did what they said they did (which i do not believe happened but only time will tell) and sprayed the antimicrobial so I dont have a mold issue later.
