Dr. Ryan is amazing and her assistant as well! Both of my kids had to get dental work done that took over an hour and Dr. Ryan and her team explained everything into detail with the kids as well as with myself on exactly what she was doing step by step. The kids were nervous as first but as time went by, they realized that they were in good hands. We look forward to going here until the kids are adults! Great experience with the staff and dental team. They really go out of their way to make everyone feel comfortable. They have iPads above the kids’ exam chairs and wireless headsets to watch movies on while the work is done. They even have the ASD calendar at the front desk to help you figure out your next appointment! Everyone I’ve worked with has been so kind and considerate. I guess as a result, they’re booked out pretty far, which makes it hard for people with work schedules that change frequently. I’ve had great luck with their cancellation lists, though. These people bring their A game to work every day. I almost took away one star for the scheduling, but you can’t blame people for doing a good job and being in high demand.

I’ve been taking my kiddos to Kids Dental Tree for 8 years now and we have had fabulous experiences each and every time. Dr. Ryan’s bedside manner is top notch. In addition to being a highly skilled Dentist, she is incredibly kind and comforting and has taken wonderful care of my daughter through multiple extractions over the last couple of years. Dental Hygienist Terry has also been a godsend with her gentle touch and encouraging words during cleanings. We are blessed beyond words to be in the care of this wonderful practice and I would highly suggest Kids Dental Tree to anyone looking for a pediatric dental group in Anchorage.

Before Kids Dental Tree,I was losing hope that we would find a permeant pediatric dental practice. By age 3 my daughter was a screaming, biting, rather difficult patient. We had been to three other practices and were unable to work with her. When we came to Kids Dental Tree I was truly concerned for my daughters budding dental health, self esteem, and overall happiness.From our first visit, the staff at Kids Dental Tree have always been kind, welcoming and amazing. When we first started, her teeth were in bad shape, because she was never able to get through a full cleaning elsewhere. They treated the both of us with such kindness and never judged me harshly. Dr. Keller sat us down to make a plan about what to do fix things. I cried because it was the first time a practicioner saw a future for my child’s dental care.This was ten years ago, she is now a 13 year old who is really happy with her smile, and is actively involved in her dental hygiene. Their patience and professionalism has been a great asset in eliminating my daughters fear of the dentist. My daughter has gone from being a small terrified child, clinging to me in the dentist chair, on our first visit. To today, telling me she doesn’t need me to come back with her anymore.They have also made me as a parent comfortable with bringing her to the dentist. They explain everything to me, from what a sealant is, to the types of toothpaste that are best for kids with braces. We have been through so much with Dr.Keller and Dr.Ryan, from emergency dental trauma from falling off her first bicycle, to working around her braces brackets for her cleanings. I feel like they have made me more confident as a parent regarding my daughters dental health, and overall happiness. They have worked seamlessly with my insurance, even when I switched jobs.They have given my child her smile back, boosted her self confidence, as well as helping her towards healthy future. They have been a true treasure. 10/10 would recommend.

Our first time here for our daughter dental check up, out of 2 dental clinic we went this is by far the best!!we got checked in by kind receptionists. Dr. Ryan and her dental hygienist are very sweet and patient they made sure that our daughter wont feel traumatized on her dental visit . Everytime I take my kids here its always a pleasant experience. The staff are all kind and patient with them. My youngest is 2 and hasnt been around others much because of covid . He is very shy and they do everything to make him feel comfortable. Both Dr. Keller and Dr. Ryan are great at what they do! I wouldnt take my kids anywhere else!!!

My son was referred here because he would not open his mouth after multiple attempts with the other dentist. Today was his first appt and let me just say 👏 I love this place. It is clean, welcoming, great energy vibes. Theres so many good things I experienced here. To see his Dr. Take his time with my son and speak to him the way that he did I was in awe. I left there with a big ole smile on my face because my son for once was OK with the dentist. Although he still wasnt able to get his teeth cleaned. The doctor was able to see that he had No cavities and for now thats okay until they build that trust. The doctor was super kind he explained to me how for my son its important he sees the same people and setting since my son might have a sensory issue. After the appt my little one was so happy with his toys and that he had beautiful teeth. The front staff is 💯, his dental assistant is 💯 and the doctor is 💯 as well. Our first visit turned out great.! All the staff were friendly and did a great job. My son was anxious at first because of a bad experience from his previous dental visit, but here in Kids Dental Tree he said that he loved it.

I was very disappointed with this office for my kids last visit. They tried to charge us for things covered by insurance as well as unnecessary services. They were trying to charge for Nitrous Oxide they were apparently going to give my child for sealants! Why would you automatically resort to using a gas on children for sealants which are a simple and should be a painless application? Will not be going back!! Please double check any invoices they give you before signing and ask questions.

Kids Dental is amazing. From the staff to the doctors they go above and beyond to make my children feel at ease. I will never take them anywhere else! Excellent work and excellent customer service.

Weve been bringing our 2 toddlers here for a little over a year now, and we couldnt be happier. Dr. Ryan is fantastic with both of our boys, 1 being a little more hesitant than the other with dental visits, but even his appts always go so smoothly thanks to her and the dental assistants. Highly recommend this place, especially for those with young toddlers wondering where to bring their littles for their first check up.

My son and daughter have been with Mark since their first cleanings, the staff is great they send out reminder texts so you dont do forget to get your kids in every 6 months for cleanings. The staff is so great with kids, they help make them comfortable, my daughter had her first cavity and they let her do the laughing has to keep her calm cause shes a little drama Queen, it worked like a charm she had her cavity filled and she didnt event squirm or cry or anything!! Awesome job to the staff definitely five stars all around!!!!

This place is amazing! If I could give more than 5 stars I would. My daughter has had some pretty traumatic dental work done, and our last few dentist visits have been nightmarish. When we came here for her cleaning she was terrified. The hygienist spoke to her in such a way that she was immediately calmed. She showed her every single tool before she even used it. My daughter happily laid in the chair and let the hygienist do her cleaning then the dentist do her exam, with no problem at all. The next day my daughter asked if we could go back to the dentist! And was sad when I said we had to wait for her next cleaning.

My daughter is 6years old now and shes been going to Kids Dental Tree for 4 years now. She loves going to Kids Dental Tree for her dental check-ups because she said all of them there are friendly. She likes her dentist and she said that she is so nice. The place is very nice and kid friendly as well as all the associates that work there.

This place is incredible! My 2 year old had some issues that had to be dealt with. Dr. Ryan was amazing, and so patient given that my 2 year old hates going to any kind of Dr. office, she flips out. My daughter had to be put out to do what needed to be done. I was a nervous wreck but the entire staff was so helpful and calming. The procedure went off with no issues and no trauma to my little one. I am a very relieved and happy mommy, and am SO happy I chose to take her there! Thank you to everyone at Kids Dental Tree!

Dr. Keller and Dr. Etter are amazing!! They are so kind and gentle with my little ones. Both kiddos needed extensive dental surgeries and they did everything they could to save as many teeth as possible. I have been taking my children to Dr. Keller since they were 18 months old. He is a very friendly doctor who gets to know your family. I love the way he doesnt push procedures on you but offers whats best for the child. Its an overall welcoming atmosphere and friendly staff.

I worked in the dental field for several years and to say i’m obsessed with teeth and anything teeth related, would be the understatement of the century. in my opinion, customer service, all around, is one of the toughest things to master. period.before my sons’s very first appointment with kids dental tree (almost 2/2.5 years ago now) i remember thinking to myself ** i hope they’re nice and extra patient - ESPECIALLY for my kid ** and instantly following that thought, i reminded and calmed myself by ** it’s a KIDS dental office, they see, deal with and treat KIDS all day .. there’s no way they could even be non-patient because, let’s face it, kids are challenging and “test-y” (to put it mildly) but even more so in a dental chair. **from the SECOND we walked through their doors up until now, (his last appointment was 3 days ago on 8/15) they have done nothing but go above and, most definitely, beyond. i mean everything from customer service in person and on the phone to their bedside manner while my son is in the chair to their patience and kindness while me and my 1 year old daughter wait in the waiting room and to the all around smoothness of how their office runs as a team. i really pay attention to details like that and i’ve been told the things i see and question/comment on are “things that no one else would even think about focusing on” but i’m me and that’s that.my son’s main dentist from day 1 has been dr. keller but he’s also been seen by their other dentist, dr. ryan and both of them, as individuals and together as a team, really have and continue to exceed my expectations.i would drive from fairbanks if i had to just so this was our regular kid’s dental office - THAT’S how highly i recommend this place.5 stars, 2 thumbs up and for sure a 10/10 from our family!MAKE AN APPOINTMENT WITH THEM IF YOU HAVE KIDS AND YOU TAKE YOUR CHILD(REN) TO THE DENTIST REGULARLY LIKE A GOOD PARENT!

Best quality care and the kindest, most understanding people are what youll experience at K.D.T. Dr.Keller and his team have always given my son (8yrs) excellent dental care and are also the only ones I trust with my daughters (1.5yrs) dental care. If I could have my own and my husbands dental care done there I would do it in a heartbeat.My daughter hurt herself (fell off her tricycle) and injured her two front top teeth and mouth yesterday night. After an ER visit I was told to follow up with her Dentist and am so glad I did. I called this morning (worried due to insurance issues) explained to Raquelle, what happened with my daughter and she got us in a couple hours later. (THANK YOU RAQUELLE) Nurse Ann and Dr.Keller did a quick check and told us what had to be done, set up a payment plan that was affordable (THANK YOU DR.KELLER) and took care of her dental needs quickly and carefully, all the while making sure she was as comfortable as possible and that Mommy and Daddy understood exactly what had to be done, why it had to be done and how to care for her at home. I would recommend K.D.T. to all parents. I cant express enough how grateful I am to have them as my childrens dental team. (THANK YOU Kids Dental Tree!!!)
