Chantel brought me back very shortly after filling out my paperwork and was very gentle while taking x-rays. The dentist came shortly after to look at my x-rays and help me understand what work needed to be done. I had my first cavities ever that needed to be filled and I was nervous but that worry was very quickly abated by the dentist. He and the assistant, Ell did a wonderful job of making sure I was comfortable and not in pain. He told me exactly what to expect before each step and always asked how I was feeling after each step. If you are nervous about the dentist, this is the place for you! There are lots of different options to help calm nerves and get you through the appointment with as little stress as possible.

This place saved me 1587.00$ and my smile. Quick and efficient. All who helped me had great sense of humor. Took away the anxiety of just being at the dentist office. First time back to a dentist office in over 16 years. Highly recommended.

I went in for a cleaning and exam for future wisdom teeth extraction. They ended up being able to remove them that day and the procedure was quick and painless (with Novocain and laughing gas of course) staff was friendly and professional. Lets start this off with not very friendly. When they were doing xrays they asked me to bite down on the piece. I couldnt because it was hitting the roof of my mouth and now its raw! Ive never had a cavity but have been having tooth pain. They told me I had 6 cavities, receding gum line, needed braces, and the cavities arent deep enough to bother me when I eat. Ive never had any issues with my gums or mouth in general. Im going elsewhere for a different opinion. Also when the dentist came in after his assistants were done he didnt even introduce himself or say anything just lowered the chair and started. Not very friendly. Disappointing

The working people treated the customers kindly, so I received medical examinations and treatments very comfortably. I had an implant and a molar denture.

Glacier Dental did an excellent job at doing my cleaning with braces. Not everyone is skilled in cleaning braces, but they did a good job. Also, they made sure it was as painless as possible. 10/10 recommend.

My daughter and I have been coming here for the past couple of years and we are always happy with how well were taken care of.Was here for cleaning and exams and turns out I needed to get two crowns done. Dr. Hyung, Alberto and Ara was able to get everything but the final crown done since it does need to be made.Very happy with staff and service and I highly recommend coming here for dental needs!!!

Trust me on this. DO NOT GO HERE. There’s a reason they have so little clients that you can get a same day appointment every day. Any dentist that is still in diapers has no business working on anyone’s teeth. All employees were still teenagers. I’ve had 3 fillings just fall out within a year or less. Ill never trust a dentist that is under the age of 50 again. Oh yeah, 200 reviews? Looks like their staff is working overtime writing them. People generally write about bad experiences, not normal ones. Look at the info in the reviews. They are advertising that you will not have any out of pocket money owed.

Upon my visit at Glacier Dental, I met Semi who happens to be the dental hygienist that was taking care of me that day. I want say that She is an amazing person. I had a tooth extracted with Dr. Jones and it was not an easy job. It took Awhile. I was experiencing pain and discomfort during the extraction but Semi, was very Professional caring and very concerned for me and she did everything to make my visit as comfortable for me as possible. If it wasn’t for her I am not sure I would have endured. Thank you for Semi I will never forget her and I will always have my dental needs done at Glacier Dental.

I recently had a tooth pulled at Glacier Dental. Dr. Park was amazing! The reason I say this, I also had work done at another dentist in town and my whole mouth was sore for two weeks! The other place was so rude and impersonal. At Glacier Dental they took their time, they were very detailed in explaining what they were going to do, the nurses / dental assistants were so sweet! Definitely FIVE STARS!

If you want to discuss about your concern regarding your teeth, they will kindly answer toward all questions you ask. Two of warm and nice staff, Mackynzie and London, helped me while I was having a treatment. Also, they explained very detailed common risks I might have after treatment. This is the best dental experience I have had in years. I had a lot of work to be done as I had delayed getting in to see a dentist and my teeth needed descaling and several fillings. Work there was so quick and smooth and painless that I did not have even mild discomfort and my teeth after fillings, scaling, and cleaning looked like a million bucks. I have anxiety and the staff was kind and patient with me despite my fear. I left with a new respect and admiration for technological advances and for the dental profession at this clinic. Truly a pleasure, in as much as any visit to the dentist is a pleasure.

Dr. Jones had an attitude while performing a root canal and told me I do not have to react the way I was reacting to my pain, which is by the way the most common reaction which is crying and making noise. I was really in so much pain even when I had the numbing injected and laughing gas together. I feel like she couldve at least been more empathetic and sensitive. Very rude!

I walked in here to have a Dentist look at my tooth that was bothering me, my first impression was not bad type of environment and when finally I met Dr. Jones, and I never had a female dentist so this is my first female dentist, and at first I was a little uncomfortable, but when she started to work on my took, it turn out great! Dr. Jones was very professional in her field and I think Im going to keep her as my dentist. The staff here were very polite and knowledgeable, Genesis was the front desk personnel and she was great and had caring personality, I didnt have to have my daughter come in to pay for my portion, but instead they took her information that she text me. Tang was helping Dr. Jones, she really good, but she could be gentle with using that thing they use to suck water out of your mouth type thing. But my visit to this dentist office was pleasant, and I am going continue using them for our family dental needs.

I usually dont bother writing a review but I have to let you know that I love coming to glacier dental . I just had tooth extractions done under IV sedation this evening. The entire appointment was efficient and optimal. They were working with my schedule and talk about treatment options and my visit went really well. Hannah front desk lady was very helpful and kind. Dr. Lee and Dr. Park sincerely took care of my visit and treatment as well as Ara and SJ and Sunhees assisting. They are all true experts! I highly recommend anyone to visit glacier dental. Due to having medicare, tricare, and medicaid; I did not have any out-of-pocket expenses for my wisdom teeth extractions, rotten teeth extractions, and dental emergency chipped front tooth. They did an excellent job. I recommend this company to families.

I went in a couple of times to Glacier Dental off of Tudor road for the past two months. The doctors and staffs there are friendly and professional. They have great bedside manners and made me feel comfortable in a health setting. The doctors are informative about the procedures that were going to be performed. The cost of dental procedures and why I need it were thoroughly explained during my first visit. I have liked my experience here compared to the other clinic that I went to so far. First, let me start off by saying this was my first time to glacier dental. I have been routinely going to another clinic, however decided to try glacier dental after recently switching my insurance. I am also a person who has been diligent in going to the dentist annually since I was a child.Everyone was very nice and attentive during my visit. I believe that this clinic has good customer care and nice staff...just not adequate dentists.During my visit (which I scheduled for a cleaning only), they told me I needed 7 fillings which were probably unsanctioned (since I was just seen 1 year ago by my previous dentist with a good bill of health and have never had more than a handful of cavities in my life, let alone within 1 Years time). Additionally, they decided to do these fillings in ONE 2- hr long appointment. Never in all of my years of dental visits have I ever had someone rush through a filling so fast nor been in such pain after the procedure.This visit got worse when they had to numb me in 3 different areas. And then go back to numb me an additional 3 Times after pain with drilling.The visit finished with a 10 minute cleaning that was done by the dentist himself rather than a dental hygienist. I was appalled. Every other time I have received a cleaning at another clinic this is at least a 45 minute procedure.The total bill of this 2 hour horror story was approximately $1200.Long story short please be cautious of going to glacier dental, and know that it is ok to get a second opinion. I wish I would have.

Booking the appointment for my exam was easy. When I came in, I was seen right away. There was a small but understandable wait between the x-ray and exam. Dr. Lee, Courtni, and Sarah were all very helpful. The exam itself was comfortable and quick.

I walked in early in the morning without an appointment and I was able to get right into fixing my teeth. I needed 2 root canals and a bridge to be done. Im impressed the dentist got it finished within 3-4 hours. At a different dentistry, it took the same time for one root canal. I recommend this dentistry.

Everyone was super nice, the staff is professional, and I got a great referral from here. I had a particularly hard case that I feel like could have been stopped early. It felt like they took on the case and didnt know when to quit, which is great, but the job didnt get done here in the long run. Follow ups were great. Dr. Ohsie and Dr. Abosede were both really good.

This was my first visit to Glacier Dental, and it was positive in every way. First off, I was pleasantly surprised when I called to make an appointment. I was expecting that the soonest I could get an appointment would be several days to a week from when I called. But they got me in only 5 hours after I called. I went in to get a filling, but after looking at the X-rays, they recommended extraction of two impacted wisdom teeth. That was more than what I expected and I was uneasy about it, but they clearly explained the situation and that it was best to get it done now rather than wait for problems to develop later. They were very friendly and informative, and answered all my questions and concerns, which put me at ease. I was amazed at how quick and painless it was. The entire procedure took only about five minutes. Amazing. And of course they took care of all the insurance paperwork, so I didnt have to deal with that. Everything about my visit was top-notch. I highly recommend Glacier Dental. Go see them. They will help you out!

Wonderful staff! I just moved to Anchorage and wanted to find a good dental clinic. Decided to come here and did not regret it. The overall staff was wonderful! I had a great experience with Dr.ohsie and claribelle. I showed up at the last minute and unlike other dentist they did not rush and stayed after hours to deal with my poor maintained mouth issues. I give a five star and thank you. You guys made me feel more comfortable and didnt leave me in pain. And took extra care of me, thank you again!

I came to Glacier Dental on the 9th of August. The front office is to emacculate expectation and the receptionists are very polite. My wait time was minimum of 5 min upon my arrival. :) Willow was the Dr. assistant and helped me stay calm through the procedure. Ara and SP were the assistants who polished my teeth and settled me in. I have been coming to this location for years and I am always more than satisfied with my visits!

My appointment started at 3pm and i didnt leave until almost 1 in the morning! They INSISTED on doing work I didnt want done until i gave in. At one point I started crying and telling them to call my fiance to pick me up, so they INSISTED I let them put me under so i wouldnt feel anything. I woke up that morning in my bed with blood all over my face and no clue what happened. Turned out, they didnt even let me wake up from anesthesia before having my fiance take me home. THEY DIDNT EVEN GIVE ME GAUZE! I strongly recommend you find a better dentist to go to.
