I had copies printed for a surprise project for my mom and did curbside pickup. The employee was great and previous experiences Ive had there were also good. However, on the receipt, they initial that they performed quality control on my copies before bringing them to me..unfortunately that wasnt the case, as seen below. I wasnt able to look through the copies until this evening and I fly out tomorrow morning, so I cant go in to request a reprint. I recommend customers check right when they get the copies to ensure theyre not put in this kind of situation themselves.
Michael was our cashier today and he was so polite and helpful. Michael chatted with us the entire time while cashing us out and it really felt like we were talking to a good freind😊.
I just had the best customer service that I have experienced in a very long time. Nice manager and they even helped me put heavy load in car for me. Super nice manager lady. I wish I would have looked closer at her name tag. Super nice!! Love this place ❤️
When someone finally answers the phone it is answered from the Philippines, and I can never get them to understand what it is that I want. I guess I need to learn the Philippines language in order to communicate with the Office Depot which is just down the road here.
Came in for some laminating sheets. Store was well organized. I was in the store no more then a few minutes. Cashier was super nice ane very southern comfort. Great smile and attitude. Will recommend coming here.
Tudor Rd location reps and managers are incredible! I’m honestly amazed. Very friendly and they know what they are doing. Great customer care is something like a unicorn. I’m convinced... they are unicorns ;) Please keep it up!
Awful. don’t even go there. the shipping service is terrible. waited ten minutes and no one would come to me. - only decent if you can drop off packages. the people who work at the shipping desk, had mental illnesses and couldn’t even understand what I was asking. then I called them once and they couldn’t even pick the phone up. this office Depop should be shut down. or the workers should be all fired. there was only once decent guy that worked at the shipping desk, he was very nice and knew I ran a business on selling items.. I am calling them to talk to them right now and they have hanged up three times. very pathetic store.
Sale rep Monica had the worst attitude towards not just me, but others as well. I wont be back to this location
Tried to go to print out an attachment they told me to figure it out myself or go to the library. Super unhelpful
Absolutely abysmal customer service. I placed a print order through the website and received an email saying the job was completed later that night. I was flying in from out of town and stopped by the store two days later. The print employee couldnt find my order after searching through the completed orders. After much searching, she found an incomplete order with only 1 out of 12 documents printed. She said they ran out of paper. They failed to call or email to let me know about the issue but just marked the order complete on the website. The documents were time sensitive and needed upon arrival to Anchorage. No apology or acceptable solution offered by her or her supervisor. Complete failure of customer service of multiple levels. I would highly recommend looking elsewhere for document printing.
I went in to this location with my boss to purchase Ink for my laser printer. I was looking at purchasing a new copier to replace the printer. The gentleman in charge of the printers and his manager were so helpful. They had done research on the printers, both laser and inkjet and were able to break it down by cost and quality per page. I ended up buying two new printers that day! Such honest customer service is a treasure.
All bad, all bad!I just needed the price on a couple of printers to compare them. The guy that was helping me grab the tags went to the backroom and never came back out.So I asked the guy at the check out & he wanted to take off..then I suggested doing it out the register and he says oh yeah why didnt I think of that.I think thatll be the last time I go there.
Staff seemed oblivious to customers, no acknowledgement or greetings. Took forever to try and send out mail, ended up leaving. Better cross training of employees and work on customer service skills. Thats more than half the experience of them coming back.
Local business owner.Came in looking to get supplies. The place has rarely any customers. I dont even know how they are still on business. I asked the front gal for assistants and she then radio it over to someone else. Ive waited patiently but no help was given or offered. I decided to leave.This location has employees but yet lack so much customer service. What do they do? Stand around...
Always have what I need... usually a little expensive, but available. Also a little slow but still good overall service
I had an issue with a print order and Danielle in the print center was very helpful in solving the issue and making it right with the customer.
As soon as I walked in the door I was asked if I needed help. Of course I did and the tech guy gave me several suggestions and took me right to the products. Nice!
7.2 magnitude earthquake hit while my youngest daughter was with me. Huge aftershocks shook the building. Took awhile to cash out.

I went to purchase a new laptop 3 months ago at this location. I told the assistant manager, Michael Teichler the laptop I needed. We were able to get it and he gladly matched the online price for all stores for that week. Michael Teichler deserves big kudos!!!
Honest folks in charge here and will help you best they can, even if it isnt in their store. I would certainly return and not feel bad about supporting the folks here.

Workers are always willing to offer assistance, but the checkout can be a little slow.
Waited forever to have one simple thing printed. Staff are kind of rude... could use a refresher on phone etiquette.

I bought a Brenton Studio task chair and it broke the 2nd time I sat in it. The welds around the wheel base snapped. I have to bring the chair back to get a refund. (220 mile drive!) Or the spare parts can be ordered and will arrive in 8 to 10 weeks! Terrible experience.

Print shop couldnt make a blueprint size copy, out of paper. Attendant said another store might have it, so I asked attendant to call. He called, but acted very put-upon.

The staff was amazing
If you need a package shipped out of the country, dont go to this location. It took them 20minutes to even notice that I was there and another 10 to tell me that they couldnt ship my package. They should really have a sign or something. It was also my first time trying to send out a package so that was a bad experience.Just go to a post office.
