I took my Land Rover LR3 to Far North to be serviced. I had the opportunity to meet both Kent and Wallace. The service was excellent. Kent was very polite;warm welcome . Wallace discussed in details what I needed to address besides the service done to my Land Rover and the priority. The price was reasonable. I am happy I chose Far North. Don’t think I will take my vehicle to any other shop. Wallace was so gracious. He realized he missed charging me for something when I was ready to pay, after he gave me the total. We Moved to Alaska last winter from California and couldn’t find a Landrover dealer anywhere for service. I checked around at a couple other local places and they just didn’t know anything about my D2. I do most of the service and maintenance on my wife’s and mine. On occasion I don’t have time to work on them, or have questions about certain things that I need help with. Wallace has always been there for me. Every time I call he answers right away, Doesn’t get frustrated at the questions I ask and is always extremely helpful.I have been a service advisor most of my life for BMW. I know what it’s like dealing with different customers and helping people with automotive issues. Not easy and can be very stressful.Wallace I just want to thank you for being very easy to talk to, and extremely helpful regardless my situation. The thing I appreciated most about Far North rover is that they gave me the piece of mind you get from speaking with someone who thoroughly understands your vehicle and is willing to answer questions. That alone is worth spending money on to me. The lead tech went on a free test drive with me and answered everything I asked. At no point during the experience did I feel that I was being sold anything more than what I/my vehicle needed.

Fantastic experience from start to finish - had a minor issue with the trailer hitch on my ‘17 RRS and Far North was able to get the part in quickly and install it no fuss. Highly recommend - very knowledgeable owners, and friendly shop dogs too!

While I was looking at the limited inventory walking through the parking lot late night a guy came out blinding me with a flashlight and socked me in the face, a lot of the interiors of vehicles are stripped making me wonder what really goes on here, violence is unnecessary and all he had to do was ask me to come back during the day, Im always curios to look at land and range rivers, wasnt hurting anything
