Nice and friendly. Secured parking lot and they had my truck running and waiting when we flew in the winter! The shuttle was very convenient and on time. I highly recommend this place!

Great place to leave your car. We had an extended two week trip and returned to find all in order. Our van died and they jump started it. Fast and free shuttle to and from airport. Awesome staff, great prices. I will leave our car here from now on and recommend Air Park to all.

Alaska Park has been our go-to Airport parking since they opened! There are always Groupons for 2 days of free parking! As we gather our bags from the baggage claim, you make a quick call to them and read your ticket number and they say, “we will be at bay 6 to pick you up”. It’s so nice to walk out to a warm shuttle bus, especially in the winter time. Be sure to have a tip for your drivers! They are so sweet helping with luggage after those long flights! The best part about Alaska Park is returning to your own warm vehicle! Water is free inside the building when you check out, and don’t forget your Groupon! Amazing set up! We will always be back! Thank you Alaska Park! I do wish to suggest setting up a Venmo account for tipping! We had forgotten cash upon returning home!

Returned to pick up our truck that was running and warm, however the diesel pickup next to our truck was exhausting into our vehicle, we got sick (vomited) and my truck on day 3 still has diesel smell in it. After a 2 hour drive home with windows down we survived. Called and talked with manager who had little to say and unprofessional to say the least, no compensation. We will pass on your service and pick an alternate service. Good luck

Super cool staff!I just want to park my vehicle and know itll be there when I return, but these guys treated me like a brother!My situation was bizarre, so I wont use it as a reference, but the guys at Alaska Park saw that I was in a plight and offered above and beyond to ameliorate my discomfort.Thanks a million!

OCTOBER 2019My daughters Dodge 1500 4-door truck was stolen from this place! Do not park here. The keys are within reach of a thief. The attendant wasnt inside with the thief! Plus how could the attendant not notice the truck lights flashing when he was trying to locate the truck as well as driving around the lot trying to get out. This was like 2am. Very poor staffing. This thief got a ride from Diamond parking after trying to rob a vehicle from them. Well he succeeded at Alaska Park. What a nightmare to deal with the insurance companies. This was all captured in security cameras. Park at Dimond parking or somewhere else with more experienced staff and better process for security. So disappointed with Alaska Park & Ride.

Very impressed!!! Professional, courteous, and reasonably priced! I was in and out quickly and caught my flight with plenty of time to spare. Little to no wait for the shuttle upon my return. My car was already in front of the office warming up as I got off the shuttle to pay. Ill definitely be using this service again!

First time user, temp was 4 degrees F and my door was hanging open, the heat only on level 2. My car has remote start, but instead the keys were hanging out in it. After paying I go to get inside and my seat was as far forward as possible, while I sit as far back. Would rather just pay for a ride home, and will next time.

Alaska Park is extra convenience. The airport parking has had too many vehicles tempered with. Just need more deals $ other than Groupon.

This is by far the best parking option at the airport. They are cheaper than the other options and are better quality. They offer discounts with a variety of employers. I dont know why anyone goes anywhere else.

Alaska Park staff are extremely efficient, courteous and professional! We were very impressed with the quick service and pickup at the airport when we returned. Shuttles are super clean and drivers are very polite. The check-in and valet staff at the lot are very informative and professional. Rates are extremely reasonable for the peace of mind you receive when leaving your vehicle with Alaska Park. We highly recommend their services!

Best airport parking ever. Fast and efficient

Usually, the time wait is good for the shuttle. During holidays, vehicles tend to be left unattended and, stack in line, near the check in office and help with luggage is a bit slow. You may want to get there early. Occasionally the shuttle makes drops and pickups at the hotel next door, so that slows things down a bit. Free water and coffee, is wonderful.

This is an excellent service. I fly a lot and have been using it for 3 years. There has never been a problem. High customer service.

They accidentally over charged, I paid cash. They called me up after I had left and told me they over charged, very honest, will continue to use their services!

Whats the point in Valet parking if your vehicle isnt even warm when you pick it up? Every time I have parked there they have either just pulled my truck up front or are just starting it. Ive had my center console gone through once that I know of and the last time I parked there, I come back to find a nice scratch down my running board and on my fender. The manager was very condescending and rude, not only with me but another customer that had their vehicle damaged on the same day. I will not park there again!

The prices are cheaper than the airport. The shuttle service runs 24/7, and you vehicle is snow free, warm, and waiting for you at the curb when you exit the shuttle. The staff are always friendly.

We went through Midnight rentals - they were great but Alaska Park rentals was down right rude and inexcusable. This was the most awful customer service treatment we’ve ever received. If I could rate them at a 0 I would. Our flight came in late 11:45 pm. The staff assumed we were needing parking and not a rental car. The main gal at the desk was so rude And even threw our keys across the desk at us - they gave us no information on the car and they didn’t even check our personal information prior to handing us our keys. We will never use their services again.

Its great in the winter time to have your car warmed up and the snow cleaned off and the staff is very nice

Very fast service and returning to a car that was warm and had the snow removed was a great experience. The price was comparable to long term parking at the airport; Ill be using them for my airport parking again in the future.

Do NOT take your car to ALASKA PARK!!!!! They destroyed my truck, they pulled off driver door handle and passengers door handle... They took a ice scrapper and scratched the entire truck!!!! My truck looked like someone keyed the entire vehicle....
