Always have a great experience with AAT. I fly with them often for work.Flights are usually on time or early, the staff is always helpful an willing to answer any questions one might have.The parking is convenient too, especially if Im out of town for more than the day.Safety and comfort always seems to be at the forefront for them, which is great for travelers not used to smaller aircraft.

Smooth, professional and clean

Alaska Air Transit have excellent employees. I arrived early for my flight, so there were hardly any customers in the building. It felt great to take my time and the employees werent rushing, so they had plenty of time to help me with my questions and luggage. My truck was parked in overnight parking, so no worries about parking. The pilot was very funny and also very polite. The flight was very quick, so dont get too comfortable. The seating is great for standard size folks, so if youre taller or wider then you may have some space issues. All my luggage arrive in one piece, so I cant complain about anything! Great service and the lady at the front desk was very accomodating

AAT is the BEST! We always have safe, excellent service, with highly experienced pilots and get to fly in the newest planes making flights to our region. They just added a direct flight to/from McGrath-Anchorage in addition to their USPS Mail flights to Takotna and Nikolai.

Good place

Ive fly commercially a lot all over the state. Alaska Air Transit is one of the best, by far. They have nice planes that are well maintained and clean. The pilots are fantastic. Great job AAT!

Always a great flight

Ive flown commercially a lot throughout rural Alaska over the past 30-years. Small regional air carriers throughout the state do a great job. AAT, however, goes above the norm and has exceeded my expectations on both times Ive traveled with them. They are well organized (the two office people are great) and their planes are well kept and maintained. Since I do most of my flying to and from Fairbanks, I rarely fly with ATT. If they were located in Fairbanks, they would get all my business.
