My wife and I wanted nice sliding glass doors that opened easy enough that our 3 year old granddaughters could open them. After doing my studies to find a good reliable company, I found Skye Walls. Great company. From the first phone call with Vicki Kim, I could tell I wanted to do business with this company. They recommended a very nice sliding door made by Western Window Systems. It took a few months to get the door, but it was sure worth it. The installation was perfect. The door is amazing. I am a very satisfied customer. I highly recommend this company!

Contract signed in October 2020Contract terms clearly states 15 Feb 2021 completion date.Its 10 Aug failed miserably and will not return emails and callsThis is a $ 190K Contract and 75% is paidI will add communications with this company in a day. They just do not know how to make it right.I have posted these comments on their instagram page and they shamelessly keep deleting it.

The Skye Walls team was incredible! They did an outstanding job with my home office sliding glass door enclosure. From the initial design concept to full service installation, they meticulously handled everything with the utmost precision and care down to the final little details. Excellent communication and professionalism from Tom who ran point on the project from inception to completion. Several members of their team personally came to my home at least once during the process to make sure everything was on track and exceeding my expectations. I couldnt be happier with the outcome and I cant think of anyone I would trust more for a glass wall / door / window type project. You can tell they take pride in the quality of their work and their follow through is second to none. Highly recommend Skye Walls!

Eric showed up for a quote. Gave a on the spot quote of $27k. My planned budget was 25k so asked if 25k was possible. He said it’s close and he’ll ask his boss and get back to me.He promptly ghosted me(did not return a text, cell phone call, and msg left with the office). Unprofessional.In the end I should thank him because after some other bids I was able to get my moving glass wall for almost 10k cheaper(including engineer design and city permitting) than Eric’s quote.

Update on the doors. We had a rocky start to say the least but I have to say Skyewalls redeemed themselves with flying colors. The most important thing about any company is taking accountability. Things happen, sometimes out of anyone’s control, but being able to do what’s right to correct the problem and solve the issue speaks more about the integrity of the company then anything else. Mike Johnson the manager became my knight in shining armor in working with me every step of the way to address every minute issue from large to small in making sure I was happy with what was happening and what I got. He went above and beyond what was asked and accommodated every request I had. I couldn’t be happier with the end result and the beautiful doors we got installed. I would definitely recommend Skyewalls now to my friends and family. The best thing that sets them apart from other window companies is that they do everything from start to finish. There’s no middle man that says well that’s the installers job and pointing fingers saying that’s the window manufacturer’s problem. You have a problem it’s just Skyewalls you talk to and they will address it. Shout out also to Rocky and Sam who were also excellent in helping me get things set up and was able to add even more finishing touches that just became the cherry on top. Exceptional service.

Great Personalities they made appointment, on time, looked at ideas, open to thoughts and they have a great show Room of their product.I really have to see product and touch it to know if I want it. Was happy with everything they did.
