I used Yennis Party Rentals a few days ago for my moms celebration of life get together. I choose round tables, natural color linens, white padded seat chairs and their new wood pole umbrellas. Everything was clean and of nice quality. I received many compliments of how nice the rentals were. They delivered at the time they were supposed to and even called to let me know they were 15 minutes away, that helped to take the stress off of wondering if they were going to show up. They were also on time for pick up. I called around for pricing and found them to be fairer then most rental stores. I’d definitely recommend Yennis for all your party rentals.

Called multiple times. For an unexpected Funeral gathering. Went serival times and doors were locked and answered my calls and said nothing but lies. Stating will be there in 20mins and 1 hour later I had to take my business else where. Event started very soon and I didnt have time to play games. It was urgent! And other party rental place went beyond and helped me. My $ was well spent elsewhere.

DO NOT RENT from these guys. I paid in full upfront for tables and chairs to be delivered by 10am at the latest. I live less than a mile away from their shop. By 1020am I kept calling and text with no answer. I attempted to call 10+ times and by 11am, when the party started the driver called and said they didnt have the right address and phone number (some bs excuse). Then the office called me and made more excuses about the weather (it did not rain or anything) and that the delivery window was 7am to 12pm and an additional fee would be charged if a specific time was needed (which is absolute BS because we agreed from 9am to 10am originally). So dishonest. I told them do not even come by...party was ruined already and I had to borrow tables and chairs from a neighbor just so people can sit and eat. Rediculous. They did refund my money, but still...no clear communication and no ownership of their mistakes. DO NOT do business with these guys unless you want to stress out and have no seats for your guests.Update 3/17/20: The owner reached out to us and apologized. This was all I was looking for...to be straightforward, apologize, and make things right...instead of making excuses and telling us about unknown company policies after the fact. They ensured this will not happen again and will take care of future customers.

I had the most wonderful time at party rental while ordering my chairs and tables. Maria was very nice and even helped me with ideas about the colors and how to make my even remarkable. Also guys that delivered and picked up were very professional. I will use Yenni party rental anytime. They are good people 👍👍👍👍👍

I made contract for sat for a medium jumper size. They delivery at 3pm when they schedule at 1pm.. When is supposed to be a day rental. They charge you the same price, the very next day they pick it up at 11 sharp.They dont answer the phone and even when you ask them to leave it for another 1hour to make the time of rental. They dont.I think they rent it avery day to customers so they dont care if they are late for the rental. They make momey renting it every day for a half day of the stated agreement.I wouldnt recommend this place anymore.
