0 stars for this company! I ordered a water slide from 1pm-9pm...they showed up after 1pm. The slide took up entire driveway and they never came to pick it up at 9pm! I had to call a few people at 11:30pm to come help move it so we can get at least 2 cars on driveway, Our city gives tickets when you park on the street from 3-5am and the next am was also street sweeping. They have no after hours voicemail, no one called me to say they were not picking up their slide. I tried emailing them...they do not do emails they said! It took an hour to move the slide....no compensation for that.... and one of our cars got a ticket. NEVER AGAIN!
I have been getting bouncy houses from jump for jun for YEARS! I get them for every birthday for Halloween and other special events.I have always received excellent customer service from the people on the phone as well as excellent service from the guys who set up the bouncer. They have always been on time and on occasion have allowed us to keep the bouncy house longer than I expected.I have given their contact to all my friends and family. Everyone has been pleased with their service and products.They have a wide range of bouncers to fit every need.
Seriously been using them for 20 YEARS and never had a problem - they should not have such a low review. I mean I guess sometimes things go wrong for others, but in my experience they have always had a great selection at the best price and always deliver early and leave it a little longer! They are our go to!!! So dont hesitate to use them based on a few bad reviews when there would be hundreds of great reviews if everyone took the time to do it. (you know when you are upset it is alwasy motivating to write that crumby review but when the service is as expected you dont alwasy take the time)

They dont even deserve a star. The only reason I used this company is because 3 others did not have a rental dunk tank. I was skeptical at the initial phone call with an unprofessional man and wish I read the yelp reviews before.Jump For Fun was absolutely disgusting to do business with. The delivery person showed up late and couldnt leave fast enough. He didnt set up the dunk tank, didnt give any directions on how to use, didnt check to see if it worked properly, and only left 3 tennis balls that didnt even work to dunk anyone. We filled the tank, went on with the event, tried throwing the tennis balls from 10 ft away, sometimes closer, sometimes further, and finally just hit the target with our hand. We didnt think to call the company because we were in the middle of the event and didnt have time to step away to call.Dont waste your time with this business. Their quality of service is horrible, their communication is rude, and their product is a disaster.
Ordered a blow up water slide for $341.00. The company delivered a slide with a hole in that would not properly inflate. They refused to come replace it, patch it or pick it up until the end of the 8 hour rental, at which point, the employees of the company who picked up the slide admitted that it had a hole in it for over a week and they dropped it off knowing that it was damaged. The company then refused to refund the $341.00. In addition, the individual from the company that we spoke with, Gibson, was aggressive and insulting. In addition to not refunding the money, he proceeded to charge an additional, unauthorized, $170. So, in summary, we paid $511 for a defective and unusable $341.00 slide that took up the entire yard for an entire day and ruined what would have otherwise been a fun childrens party.
I was about to rent a water slide for a party I’m having on the 4th of July but I’m glad I read all the reviews ahead of time. I don’t want my party ruined so I’ll rent from a more reputable company.
Horrible service and showed up at 10 PM to pick up the moonbounce. Would not recommend them.

Tip! Take pictures of the stuff they drop off !! Very dirty! I rented a bouncy house and three tables. Everything is heavily worn-out ! And the manager doesn’t care if you call to make a complaint he wants “proof”. I believe in giving companies the benefit of the doubt! But this one really is a bad one...
I attended a party for one of my clients kids Birthdays recently and the Jump For Fun slide was so cool! It was so big and the slide and obstacles were so fun for the kids and adults! It was on time, clean and the driver was so friendly! The party was amazing! 🎉
SUPER unprofessional and SUPER dishonest. do not do business here. You and your children will be at risk to COVID-19 as they do not clean the inflatables after and they come damaged.
I was happy I was able to reserve a waterslide..3 wks prior to the 4th of july I asked for a waterslide for boys a blue color they said that they had jaws I replied perfect the receptionist could of been more specific of what I was getting and the differnce of slides..On fri 3rd. They called said they would be here in an hour its understandable traffic and all I get a slide that wasnt jaws the person who delived told my son I should of got it whn they said they was gonna deliever 4 days b4 I would of got jaws..Lucily for him I wasnt thierthe big kahuna was what was left It very bumbed its was only a slide no pool at the end had I know that I would of asked that isnt that the recpetionist job Ill take the blame on that but not getting what you asked for I was bummbed probably wont rent again fr $233 I should have got what I paid for !!! Do not use this company over 2 hours late dirty jumper the management don’t care I would never recommend this company to anyone I never leave reviews but I would hope this would never happen to any other kids party my son was disappointed I was disappointed because it was a surprise birthday party my son arrived before the jumper my guest were waiting over 2hours and the jumper was filthy!!!!!
We ordered a jumper and snow cone machine and some other items and it was great! They delivered earlier than anticipated and picked up by the scheduled time. We had everything the whole day instead of a few hours. Jose was courteous and explained everything well. Id definitely hire them again. They seemed right on top of everything! Thank you.
If I could give negative stars I would. I have used this company several years to rent bounce houses and never had an issue before. Last year may 2018, I decided to try renting other items they offer on their website. I rented White pop up canopies, tables and chairs for an armed forces day parade party I host annually. The bounce house has always been decent but I do not recommend renting anything else from this company. They are terrible.The day of the party poorly maintained chairs and tables were delivered that had stains, deep gouges in the plastic and some of the chairs couldn’t even be sat in because they were in such poor condition. Fortunately I was covering the disgusting tables with table cloths and had guests arriving within two hours of the delivery so I was stuck using the rentals.The most disappointing part of this delivery was the white 10x10 canopy’s were anything but what was depicted on their site, the delivered turquoise blueish green camping canopy’s that ruined the esthetic and color scheme of my red white and blue party in support of our military troops that marched in a parade past my house.The delivery man apologized and said this was the last items in their warehouse and that they would discount my order if I called and spoke to the owner. It should be noted I called and left a few messages with no returned calls. Seeing as I used the items (even though it was not at all what I ordered) I had Better things to do than bother them for a minimal discount and let it go.As I have this party service annually and have not had issues in previous years, I Called to explain my dilemma from the previous year and advised them I would be willing to use their services again if I could be guaranteed I would receive white canopy’s and functioning tables and chairs. The man on the phone told me he couldn’t guarantee I would he receiving what I ordered. At that point I hung up, Id rather pay twice the price than support a company that doesn’t provide what they advertise.
10/26/19 I rented a jumper for my kids birthday. I experienced extremely poor service. They barely made it in time to deliver my boxing ring. The boxing ring was extremely filthy and the gloves and headset was completely worn out and covered in dirt. Upon picking up the jumper today 10/27/19 the driver returns without my security deposit and the manager threatened to call the police on me for refusing to return the equipment without my security deposit. After a few back and forth phone calls they agreed to pick it up a few days later when they have someone available to provide me with my security deposit and collect their equipment. I would not recommend this company.
This is a HORRIBLE COMPANY! I ordered a slide water jumper for my girls birthday and it arrived on time, however it contained two blowing machines, one of which didnt work. The driver could not get it to work and blamed it on my power. He said he would go to the warehouse and be right back with a generator. Three hours and about 15 phone calls later, I still never heard from, nor saw the driver. I finally called the company and was yelled at by the owner for not calling me first. He blamed me for only trying to call the driver. He then said he would send a replacement blower, which didnt arrive until 3 p.m. (the party started at 11). We then finally got it working and the kids played for several hours. At about 5:30 we turned it off to save electricity while the kids ate dinner. We asked for a pick-up time of 8-10 p.m. After eating dinner, about 6:00, I peaked out of the window to the front yard (where the jumper was placed) and noticed that the jumper was missing. I ran out and noticed three men driving away. I ran after the truck because I thought the jumper was being stolen. They informed me that they worked for the company and were picking up the jumper. It was 2 hours early and we didnt even get it working till 3 p.m.!!! So the kids were able to play on the $150 jumper for 2.5 hours. What a rip off!!!!! I always use Cindys Jumpers for myself and my school, however they were not available this time. Please use CINDYS JUMPERS for all of your future jumper needs. JUMP FOR FUN SUCKS!!!!!!
Ive been renting from this company for years. Never had any problems. Rented my last jumper on Wed. for a party Thursday. The person who answered the phone was great, the guy who dropped it off was super friendly and fit jumper in a tight space and the three guys who picked it up did a great job at folding it up and were also very friendly even offering to help me with drying something off that had nothing to do with the jumper. So dont let a few bad reviews discourage you from using this company. See for yourself.

I see some less than stellar reviews, but in my case everything went smoothly. I ordered the jumper approximately 2 weeks prior. It showed up on time with one person to set it up and it only took 15 minutes.The person returned 15 minutes after the scheduled time, which is perfect in my book, and, once again, only took 15 minutes to do his task.Smooth process overall.Thank you!
I ordered a Medieval castle jumper for my sons birthday party last year. The jumper seems really sturdy compared to other places I have ordered from before. Didnt bother looking at the reviews prior to placing my order though. I liked the easy booking online and how you just leave a deposit and the rest is paid upon arrival of the unit. I got a call a few hours before my scheduled drop off time that there had been a typo on my address. After that was all cleared up they showed up still on time and were very friendly and set up quickly. They picked up the jumper that same night no problem. Overall I really enjoyed the service and look forward to hiring them again!
Great serviced never had any issues with them although this did pick up the jumper a week later but that didnt bother me at all the money was well spent as you can say i will definitely order from them again
Stay far away from this company, they rented us a bouncer didnt come pick it up for a week. When they picked it up my property was locked, they broke into my property without my knowledge and took the bouncer. They broke my locking mechanism, my gate door and let my dog get away. I have filed a police report. PLEASE BE VERY Careful with these criminals. You have been Warned. Just look at their ratings, I cannot make this up
DONT USE THIS COMPANY!!! REALLY! I ordered a bounce house for Saturday delivery. They called to have it delivered on Fri. I agreed to 7 pm Friday night. They didnt call or show up until 10pm. Then said they had a long way to drive but I said they shouldnt have taken my order then. They ruined what was supposed to be a surprise and we had to set it up ourselves. Not worth the high prices. Better off hiring my friends uncle that works out the back seat of his truck. Never again. Oh and they charged me for a one hour delivery window.
First of all, I only gave it one star, cause it wouldnt let me do less. Beyond horrible. The worst vendor experience Ive ever dealt with. They were 3 hours late dropping it off. It had a hole in it (I found out, when the guy was having my 11 year old son help him DUCKTAPE it. when we asked for a replacement, the owner, Richard Gibson Von (real name....probably not), yelled at ME that I didnt answer my phone when he called. I was on the line with one of his customer service reps, then the phone was in my HAND for the next half hour. When he called, I answered, and he responded with, WENDY....WHY ARENT YOU ANSWERING YOUR PHONE!! And you LET the driver leave...what were you thinking? Now I cant get a hold of him! I was beyond stunned. And...how is this my fault? I first answered, thinking, well....things happen...as long as it gets here in time for the party. Well....the party was from 7 - 10. The replacement got here at 9:15. Really? When I called the next business day, and asked for my money back, he wouldnt talk to me. His customer service rep told me he said the best he could offer was 5% on my next order. I then asked to talk directly with him....and was hung up on. Before I was hung up on, I could hear him in the background yelling the womans name (Bertha, who was as helpful as she could have been) screaming, BERTHA!!! I NEED YOU!! Im taking him to small claims court. Ive dealt with many of these companies, and will make sure to tell EVERYONE I know not to use them. I am now going to YELP and any other social media I can to spread the word. THIS IS THE WORST COMPANY IVE EVER DEALT WITH. I was a buyer for a 650 store chain for 13 years. You take peoples money...you deliver the product. If its wrong, you fix it. If you dont...its STEALING. This man, Richard Gibson (the only name theyd give me). Is nothing more than a thief.
Zero stars if I could. I rarely hire somebody without checking yelp, but I was in a hurry. What a HUGE MISTAKE. I waited 21 hours past the verbal time and 18 hours past the latest written time on their contract for somebody to pick this thing up. At ten pm last night I gave up and went to bed. No phone call. No way to contact anybody at night when you call- just goes straight to VM. Per the photos below the driver drove like a maniac through the neighborhood. The supervisor, Gibson is verbally abuse and a pathological liar. I considered calling a male friend to be here if somebody ever picked it up because I feared for my safety after talking to him. Also had a big hole they tried to sew up and didnt tell me about. No refund was given which I was due for breach of their OWN contract. That’s okay. I have a great bank who will refund me. On google I read reviews that they cut people’s gate locks to access their yards after leaving their equipment for days or even a week with no notification that they were finally coming to pick up their equipment. The two boys who came and got it (MAYBE old enough to drive??) said he pays them cash under the table. I doubt the truck they were in is insured or registered as being used for business purposes. I could go on and on and ONNNNNNNNNNNN.
BEWARE!I encourage you to stay away from the company. We had a terrible experience. The supervisor does not supervise, he is basically the driver. Our jumper was not anchored and they forgot to leave a hose attachment for the waterslide. They jumper was not picked up until the next day; I stayed home all morning the following day, waiting for them to pick up. They did not return my calls. I stepped out around 5pm to pick up some dinner. Upon arrival home, around 5:30p, they jumped my fence to gain access to my backyard and garage. As I pulled up, I found the worker in my backyard. My husband confronted the supervisor and inquired about why they did not return our calls or call to inform us they were on our way. The supervisor then began to yell racial slurs. I will not recommend this company, very unprofessional!
I have been using jump for fun for the past 30 years. they have provided jumpers for my four children and are now servicing my grandchildren. We have never run into a problem and the service has been more than excellent
Worse service do not rent from them, they will give you dirty unsanitized equipment, is the worse of the worse.

Jumpforfun are very unprofessional and very unreliable . I schedule to receive an 5 in 1 Sesame Street Combo bounce house the delivery guy never showed up we called 4 hours ahead of the party straight we got no answer not until 30 minutes before the party started to check on whats going on with the bounce house the lady claimed they do no re-delivery that THERE WAS NO MANAGER AT ALL THAT WAS IN . I MEAN SERIOUSLY NO MANAGER AT THE TIME THERE ARE EMPLOYEE WORKING YOUR COMPANY. the worker was just very disrespectful and careless . DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I REPEAT DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY I HOPE THEY SHUT DOWN
Reps are not very friendly. Jumper was dropped off the day before my party so we had to set it up, they never picked it up in the evening so we had to drag it and keep it in our driveway. Its now Monday and they still dont know when they are picking it up. NEVER will I rent from them again. I dont recommend anyone else to.
Worst experience ever! I ordered a castle and the colors were all faded, I called the company to speak to whoever was in charge to see if they can bring me another jumper since that one was not what they were advertising! which by the way I called it fake advertisement and the person that I spoke to was very rude... He Excuse himself by saying that I probably had high standards and told me to take my business elsewhere since they didnt need any customers like me! Very unprofessional they need to learn how to do customer service! I regret ordering from them and Im glad I only lost my deposit since I asked him to take their jumper Back!
I should have read the reviews. The owner of this company bullied and harrassed my teenage daughter for $20 that he claims was the overnight fee. . . They actually just never came to pick it up! We waited up after the party Saturday night until 1:00 am, then all day Sunday. They called me at work on Monday. I had to have my daughter run over to open the gate. They would not leave until I was forced to pay them. Bluetooth didn’t even work properly. HORRIBLE customer service. Run AWAY!!
Rented the big kahuna water slide for my daughters birthday party today 8-27-2017. slide looks old and beat up and definitely proved it throughout its performance. I literally had kids disappearing into the end of the slide because the stitching failed. I kid you not kids slidingto get interior of the slide than reinflating around them. I called the office who referred me to some manager who didnt seem worried about this. So I sent him a video of me a grown six foot five man with my whole legs in the slide. In which case he told me to go ahead and punch holes in it and zip tie it although this did remedy the situation until it ripped further and is unusable. So I rent a slide and I have to do a patch job maintenance on there equipment. If they dont care to inspect there equipment and ensure it is safe than I will not have children on equipment they provide ever again. There equipment will literally kill someone some day soon
If I could give no stars I would! This is the second time they have “cancelled” the jumper and haven’t even told me. This time I found out it was a no show by calling myself an hour and a half before the party and they tried to tell me they called me to cancel but I’d never received a call! Gave them a second chance but won’t be using them ever again! Would never recommend
I ordered a bouncer and cotton candy machine had 2 different drivers pick up material now being accused of stealing product. Unprofessional owner stated maybe my family took product. (Kids) Lost me as a customer. Do not recommend. Unsanitized products...

Ordered a jumpy 4 weeks ago for a combo jumper for this weekend for my 3 year olds birthday. 5 days before the party I received an email telling me there would be no jumper and that theyre closed for the rest of the winter season! They didnt even have the decency to call me! I am beyond upset! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!

Owner Richard London failed us in every way a business can fail a customer. From his beyond rude attitude to trying to deliver an extremely heavy jumper 2 days early to complaining to us about how hard its been for him to have to deal with all the business hes unable to process effectively. His staff (who he derogatorily called busboys) had even worse things to say about him than we did and thats saying a lot.
The worst! I booked online, made a deposit and got a receipt to finally get a phone call a few days before my party to cancel on me!!!
1) The Jumper was delivered two hours late on a Saturday.2)Jumper was not picked up that night Saturday or the following day Sunday.3)The company never called to inform us that the jumper would not be picked up.4)The company attempted to pick up the jumper on a workday (Monday) morning without notifying me. People do work.5)I called and requested for them to pick up the jumper after I returned from work and they said they couldnt. Their customer service said they were short drivers.6)Their customer service agent was rude and used foul language when I demanded they pick up the jumper.Its sad that I have to give this company one star. Weve been renting from this company for three years, but after reading some older posts it is clear that other customers have had my experience. The customer agent Richard who I spoke to on the phone is unprofessional and has no business dealing with customers. If I was the owner I would be ashamed of having an employee like that working for my company, but he is probably clueless as to what this guy is telling his customers. Who knows...may I was probably talking to the owner.

I thought I was getting great service, until they showed up. I had ordered a canopy because it was going to be very hot the day of my Daughters party. When the delivery guy came he tells me that the canopy was damaged, he decided not to bring it even after the owners told him to bring it anyway. In turn he deducted money off my order but I was still out a canopy for my guests. Luckely I had one that I had to modify to accomodate my back yard. I also ordered tables chairs and a snow cone machine. Which were all dirty and damaged I had to try to clean before guest came. Then they proceded to tell us that the pick up time is between 9pm and 12am so my husband and I gather all their stuff afte our party that ended at 8 that night and neatly put it away and waited till 1:30 am with no phone call or any communication from the driver or company so we went to bed. Well 9 am rolled around next day and still no one from this company has tried to communicate with us. Unfortunatley I had an emergency and had to leave so we ended up calling the company and they stated if we left we would be responsible. Mind you they left their stuff over night without telling us but its our responsibility if we have to leave in an emergency. LOL!!! anyways the phone person of course could care less and kept saying we would be resposible so I just hung up she was annoying anyway, and we left. My on got home at 3pm and he said they had just showed up as well. These people did not pick up their tables chairs jumper and snow cone machine until 3pm that day. And we were suppose to stay home all day and wait for them LOL!! sorry we paid you for a service are you going to pay us for our time babysitting your filthy damaged equipment?? HAHA NOT!! I have to rate this at least 1 star in order for my warning to post, I rate this business a BIG FAT ZERO. Never again will do business with this place! Bad customer service and dirty damaged equipment. They dont care if they lose your business and it shows in more ways than one! TWO THUMBS DOWN!!!
I used this company 10 years ago 3 times a year plus ! I just looked them back up as they then were amazing !This time was the worse experience EVER . A party was booked bouncer was to arive by 9.30am party at 11.30, by 10.30 I called .... driver had overslept and could possibly deliver the bouncer in the afternoon !Who runs a business like this ??!!Bouncer did not show .Luckily We got our money back .Reading other reviews this company has sadly gone down and they don’t care .

STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY - I booked with them several weeks before my party, then on the night before they called me and said they werent coming. They were very rude and hung up on me. I called and demanded to talk to a manager and they left me on hold for 20 minutes before disconnecting the call. Still no word from them, they obviously dont care about their customers.
