I bought a car was wrongly advertised and I had to wait for the vehicle to be prepared and when I arrived, all the equipment were not the same as described. Thankfully for the sales manager Rufus Keller for understanding and dealing with the issue. I would recommend this dealer to all my friends, specially to Rufus.
Left after waiting for 28 minutes for my car to get checked in. This happened with an appointment. No cars were in front of me and three employees made eye-contact with me, none of which acknowledged me or let me know that they would get to me at their earliest convenience. I have never waited this long to merely check-in. What else is there to say? As a loyal customer, I am highly disappointed with their customer service.
I went on Saturday 5/29 and was blown away by the hospitality, care and attentiveness I received from Ignacio and Josh M. Ignacio was quick to show me the cars inquired about and gave me honest feedback. He is such a pleasure to be around and definitely made my experience 10x better. Josh M was also a delight to talk with. He explained everything thoroughly and was extremely patient with us. Josh was extremely amiable and also a pleasure to talk and joke around with. Would give Miller 10/10 stars if I could. Honestly a great car dealership with very helpful workers. Jaime, Edgar, and Juan were very accommodating and were quick to help us out in finding the car we wanted. Jaime was honest about their cars and prices and went out of his way to work with us. Really loved how they try to work with you and your budget, if you have one.
Jamie Flores and Gloria are really helpful and give us a good discount on the Corolla Hybrid. They did not over charge and we had a good deal for the car. Came this Friday before the Memorial weekend crazy crowded. Highly recommended!

Worse service I’ve received from a dealership. Bought a used truck from Toyota and when they cleaned the engine bay they pressure washed the engine and got water inside the engine and had to be fixed. I was told it would be ready in 3-5 days and here I am over a month later still waiting. I was called and told the truck was ready for pick up and when I arrived the truck wasn’t ready or even in their lot. They wasted my time driving there (I live an hour away) when the truck was not ready to be picked up. I’ve called for weeks asking at least for just a simple update on what is going on and they always redirect me to someone else to leave a message or they say they will call me back but never do. I’ve left messages with the sales people, service technicians, and used car managers just asking for a call back. Got to the point where I had to call corporate and they had to have someone investigate what’s going on. Purchased my vehicle august 20, last update was august 28 saying truck was ready when it wasn’t, now it’s September 21 still waiting for a call back or an update on what happened or what’s happening.

Karla the GSM is the GOAT of getting you approved with shaky credit. I cosigned and had a repo from a past relationship. She got me approved on a 60k tundra with 2,000 down and a monthly payment I was going to pay on a 35k truck. I am beyond pleased with the service and salesmanship of Corrina was beyond out of this world. I was nervous about buying a vehicle. She made it beyond easy and painless. Was in and out within 60 minutes.

Dealer tried to sell a car out from under me AFTER I had already completed the remote purchasing process. I waited all day for an explanation for the hold up only to learn that they had unsuccessfully tried to sell the car to another buyer. These guys are liars, and try to play buyers off against one another. Hint: If youre waiting too long for a response, it means theyre entertaining other buyers. Needless to say I told them to sell the car to someone else because I refuse to be strung along like a desperate child.

Just finished replacing the whole engine on the car I bought from this dealership 2 years ago. Ive been taking it in for maintenance and repairs since my second week of owning it trying to figure out why the car was having issues and lights kept coming on. The general manager has refused to talk to me, and Ive been hung up on more than once. Currently working with a lawyer to file lemon law suit since its been proven through private repairs that the car was sold to me with underlying issues. Beware of this dealership.
Ive had two experiences here. First was a new vehicle purchase. Despite being in some sort of national truck shortage, they were the most prompt of ALL local dealers to respond to an initial inquiry. They had a truck that was a great match for our needs. We were able to get everything worked out in under an hour (including test drive) and they delivered a great truck to us the following day.Went in for routine service recently and they actually called me 10 minutes before their estimate for completion. The customer lounge is comfortable and well equipped for these times.To top things off, every person Ive dealt with at Miller is beyond friendly and seems to care about the customer. We may have found a new forever dealership.

Every time I come here for service its always the same, over 40 minutes of waiting before any one approaches me about what I need to service on the vehicle. Although this was still the case when I came in February, that wasnt the worst of my visit. The service advisor, Lee, was super nice up until I turned down the recommended service - once that happened he was very standoffish and wouldnt even make eye contact with me when billing me for the service.
Ive got to admit I was weary going to a dealership so far from home but since we were going through the Costco Auto Buying program, I said let me trust in their recommendation. Costco recommended Miller Toyota. There was a mix up with our Camry and the dealer almost didnt go through but low in behold Karina Cardenas came through! Honestly rom the first day she coordinated our appt to closing, she was a SAINT! I cant say enough about this girl. She truly went ABOVE AND BEYOND and is the reason why we finalized our purchase. What I dont understand is why isnt she a manager? If Miller is reading this, you have the wrong people in charge over there. Do yourselves a favor Miller, get this girl in management position. Here to pay off a vehicle I leased. I’ve been here three hours!! I’ve provided my address more than three times and they still don’t have it right. Disgusting.
The wait time to have my car serviced was 2 hours. However, I didnt have an appointment and it was a busy day. The staff was super friendly, as always. Vince helped me out. He was a very nice guy!

Went there before my 7am appointment, still a long wait. After repair, driver put the car key 🔑 in the wrong room. At pick up time, I asked for the key 🔑. The response was that the maintenance has not finished yet. After challenging the timing, customer service found my key; however, pick up guys took their sweet time to bring my car out unwashed. I am very disappointed with their customer NO service.
The oil change coupon is a great bargain. I made an appointment and took my car in for oil change. My car has six-cylinder and would take 5.5 quarts of oil when I change oil myself. The advisor told me the coupon $14.95 is for a four-cylinder car. Oil change for my car would be $30. If they use half quart more oil and want to charge double the coupon price it is NOT reasonable. It is BAIT AND SWITCH. By the way I had services by Miller Toyota before and was happy about it.
There were many friendly staffs and one of the best Toyota Dealerships that I have been through in my life. The waiting area was great where there were many Pretzels, Cup Noodles, and Donuts. Also a variety of drinks that they offer. My parents just bought a 2019 Toyota Camry SE here and we got an offer of free optional accessories that came included with the car. I would buy another Toyota car at this dealership again if it were to offer this again.
My service appointment was going just fine until one of the employees walking around inside called me, “Sir.” When I’m clearly a full grown woman. He didn’t even apologize when I corrected him! He was so rude and almost made me want to leave before my car was ready! It makes me question if I should ever return here or speak well about this business location if that’s the kind of employees that work here!

Roberto, John G and Fernando are the guys I spoke with during my vehicles servicing and they did it.. they got a perfect score from me and that doesnt ever happen. They worked on my vehicle like it was there familys. I am thankful I came to Miller Toyota and nowhere else. They called me back a few times to workout the deals. It was just a good experience all around. I tried to give Fernando a tip for taking should good care of my truck, he politely refused and said doing a good job our your truck was tip enough . Took my 2018 Camry for PM service. Omar explained services well. Was some what satisfied with 1st service. Took car in again for next schedule service. Roberto attended. Noticed transmission work actually helped car function this time around. 1st time didnt notice a difference. However, dealer intentionally caused AC issue and was charging $600 to repair. Took car to alternate shop. Nothing wrong with AC and fixed problem. This dealer ship runs a fraudulent business. Took my 2010 Camry 4 years ago to this shop and the charged me $600 to diagnose an issue that later reappeared. I decided to try these people out 4 yrs down the line because of Omar but they proved themselves unworthy. I dont recommend them. They dont service your car correctly and cause issues to later charge you more.
Service advisor was great ! Crown and Roberto did a good job Can’t complain about how they deal with the service and communication but, overall the Mechanic who service my car wasn’t even able to check the air filter in the minor service I request, he just change the oil and barely rotate my tires and didn’t take the time to check my brakes since I measure them one day before to get my car to them and they gave me a complete wrong measurement assuming he just saw them and wrote a number, and also leave his hand marks over my dash and some scratches where he replace my airbag, however I think I was spectating a courtesy wash or vacuum inside but nothing so that’s why is a 3 starts just save it by the advisors and the team of marketing calls.

I was really excited about Miller Toyota. They have a ton of good reviews, but also less than good reviews. I read through quite a few of them before my visit, especially the service department. It seemed like a mixed bag. But, that happens anywhere. I decided to try them out anyways.The issues started right as I arrived at the dealership for my 2:15 p.m. appointment for an Oil Change. I arrived at 2:00 p.m. sharp, I pulled into the service bay marked for scheduled appointments. I was not greeted by anyone until 2:10 p.m. when a older gentleman walked by and asked what I was there for. I gave him the information he needed, and was told to wait. He would go and find someone to assist me, and the other customers waiting.At 2:18 p.m. a service advisor starts putting protective sheets/mats into cars. He gets to my car, and it’s locked. No one told me to keep it unlocked, so I locked it out of habit. He scoffs, and shakes his head. As he starts to walk away I unlock the car, he looks back and sees me unlocking the car. He then tells me I should be standing by my car, and that’s why nobody has assisted me. This came off very rude to me with the tone of voice he had. I pushed it aside as everyone has off days, especially since COVID-19 has happened.I told him that earlier I was told to wait near the other customers I was standing near. I was no more than 3ft from my car. He then asked me to pull my car forward (prior cars were parked far apart) so that customers behind me with an appointment could also pull forward.I get out of my car and Roberto the service advisor helping me, scans the VIN number on my car. He starts asking for information, starting with my name. He couldn’t quite make out my name when I spoke the first time (I’m speaking through a mask, and trying to some distance) and I tell him it’s pronounced Colby, like Colby Jack Cheese. He laughs a bit at that and continues with asking for information. We get that all sorted, and he starts saying something. It was hard to hear what he was saying, as the mask made everything sound like it was mumbled. Next thing I know he’s having me sign off on his tablet, tells me the Oil Change will take 2 hours.I’m stunned and say okay. I understood they were a little busy, but it wasn’t as busy as I’ve seen dealers get before. I tell him I’ll wait for my car to be finished, and go take a seat in the waiting area. I should have clarified everything with him before I went, but I was sure he had my name right. I then get a text message from Roberto saying I could contact him with any questions at that number. I noticed my name was spelt wrong. Coldy. I tell him how it’s spelt and reiterate that this happens all the time. I get no response back. Fine, I trusted that he’d correct it.I wait. My car is first moved starting at 2:25 p.m. and a few more times, before I finally regain possession of it at 5:05 p.m. I waited nearly 3 hours for an oil change I was told would take 2 hours! The most any other Toyota Dealership has needed was 1 hour and 30 minutes tops. If they needed it longer they let me know ahead of time, without me having to reach out to them.They only response I got from Roberto is after I asked. His response was “should be coming up shortly”. I then had to wait another 50 minutes, before I saw my car moved again. I know when my car is moved because, I use a mileage tracker/obd2 reader that notifies me anytime my car is started/stopped.The only good thing about my experience was with the front desk lady. She was very kind, and helped schedule my appointment over the phone.I enjoyed seeing her smile and her help when I needed to find out who the service manger was as well. Turns out it was the man who left a sour impression about standing near my car.I decide to check my car. I always do this after any service. I end up finding that they damaged my rear passenger tire. There’s a small slit, and a few puncture marks.I didn’t speak to anyone about this, as I was ready to leave. Overall, I feel like I waisted nearly 3 hours of my day, for terrible service.
Best experience I’ve ever had at a dealership by far, which says A LOT. Roger Sanchez and Emil were the most helpful, friendly, and hard working people. I’ve never seen anyone care so much to work so hard to get us such a great deal with the budget that we could afford. It was really shocking how extra they were with giving us the best deal possible and then even better. I’d never want to go another dealership because of their honesty, dedication to the best deal possible, and hospitality. Roger and Emil genuinely cared and did an amazing job getting us a new lease.

The service rep responded without delay when I pulled in. The following periodic service needs were discussed and the vehicle was taken into the service bay. Service was completed in the estimated amount of time needed, final paperwork was completed and I was on my way. What better than that.
Worst place to buy a car... paid for speakers and the car didn’t come with the speakers I asked for and paid for and even the trunk don’t have the holes for the speakers they going to tell me that I should of looked before I left wow never again coming here... it’s there problem and never tried fixing it... really bad place

Good dealership. Sales manager is pushy. He must have asked me 10 times, “what can we do to earn your business today”...and at the end when I didn’t buy a car he said, “I’m not trying to be pushy.” I had a great interaction with the rest of the staff though.
Before I purchased my Tacoma, I was offered a warranty for a couple of thousands more and I bought it when I was specifically told that if my car gets scratches or dents from bushes and rocks while off-roading, the dealership could fix it. When I called to have my car serviced and have my scratches fixed, I was told that at the start that the warranty doesn’t cover scratches.Why on earth would you tell me you can fix it and then after the deal was made, disregard what was promised?But hey, to that person who sold me the car, you were pretty good fooling me into spendings few thousands more into buying the useless warranty.By the way, the free ceramic coating I had? I received it with scratches under it and the black color of my fenders faded, I didn’t bother bringing it up anymore because of how easy for the employees there to dismiss the issue.

The team was extremely helpful when listening to my concerns and needs. I got the most value when selling my old car and found a new car that I love within my budget. I purchased a new Toyota there few years ago and looking back I won’t be doing that again due to terrible customer service. I had free maintenance with the purchase for 2 years and whenever I had Youbert all went well (he provides great customer service) but all others were terrible. They recently offered me a free oil change to get my business again and I was told it would take about an hour with an appointment. Today when I arrived for my apt Youbert wasn’t there and I got this young guy Fabian. First thing he’s telling me I need new tires (I had only 24k miles on the car), then he didn’t seem to know answers to my questions and his response were it should be… I won’t bore you with details of the terrible customer service. It had already been nearly an hour, 4 other cars that got there after me had already been driven into the dealership and mine was still waiting in the driveway. I told Fabian I had enough and left. No attempt to try to understand what went wrong, how he can help or try to resolve the issue and no respect for my time wasted. This is similar to my past experiences. I won’t be going back, not even for a free service.
Great costumer service!! I’ve made appointments at other Toyota dealerships but have canceled or left from the appointment line due to poor customer service. Even on a busy Saturday I was gladly surprised by the great service I received.
Excellent service - Youbert is a great service advisor. Very informative and efficient. He told me that it would be ready around 12:30 and it was done an hour early! I also appreciate how different they run their service area in comparison to the Buena Park and Cerritos service areas. Would recommend to family. Thank you!! 😄
The service went smoothly. First making an appointment was easy. I called the Toyota recall repair and they transferred me to the closest Toyota to me. I had to wait for them to receive the parts I needed for the recall but as as soon as they received it, they called me and I was able to make my appointment. When I arrived, I went directly under the “Appointment” line and they asked for my info so they could contact me once the repair is over. The Service Advisor, Omar, told me it will take 3-4 hours but it only really took an hour! Definitely recommend their services!
Everyone was so helpful and the process of my car trade was smooth. Karla, the manager was so helpful along with all of the rest of the staff. I usually hate going to dealerships but this experience was so much different. My partner and I traveled from LA to go here because it’s such a great environment and everyone is so helpful. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!!
My brother got a new Tacoma at this dealer everything was ok then at 25xxx miles a noise popped up in the engine and I was able to spotted it and was one of the pulleys I took the truck to service and explained the problem to them and told them to replace the pulley they didn’t do it, so now the truck has 28xxx miles and the problem still there and I have to mention that the last 3 or 4 visits I did to their service I told them about the problem and they never fixed it, tomorrow 3/26/21 i scheduled another appointment for the very same problem, looked like they just waited until the coverage was over so they could charge the $ 400 for the extension, this is bad service, I even spoke face to face with their service or maintenance manager who was this lady I don’t remember her name being honest, the problem was never fixed I hope tomorrow I can solve this once and for all.I’m currently looking for a new car and I thought to buy In this place but since they have been giving a really bad service I’m going somewhere else.
Service center and customer service center is really Bad, that was the first and last time to visit that place, I drove my Camry 2020 car for service and all what I wanted is to check the window mechanism noise, and to check the engine weird sound when in reverse position, the agent said 3 hrs, I told the agent it’s fine but I have a doctor’s appointment and if you can’t make it by then let me know. No calls or updates .. waited for the 3 hrs and then After 3 hrs I went back to ask him and was told by Isaiah that they will now start to have a look .. unfortunately had to leave and will not come back there ..
Me and my family have been getting cars here for about a decade! Everyone here is super efficient and helpful. I went by myself last week to get a mew car, and I was helped by Emil, Johnny, and Roger. They were super nice and understanding and really respected what I wanted and worked a long day in order to make sure I got it. I would say they went above and beyond for me and they would definitely do that for you too!

Cherie (one of the managers) was so patient and kind and was willing to accommodate me in any way! I loved the professionalism and kindness that came from the staff at this dealership. I highly recommend them!
This was my 4th or 5th visit. The experience was completely different. I will not go back again and would never recommend. The staff was rude, i had to wait 15 to 20 min after booking an appointment. I was asked to present physical copon for oil change when their own website did not allow print.
If you need a car, here is the best place to buy it. I bought two here, and everything is perfect. Everyone is very kind. They make you feel in confidence. If you have any doubts, even if it is minimal, they help you without problem.
Last min appointment, got help about 10.min after I arrived on time. Waited an hour for an oil change which is understandable. I appreciate the guys trying their best during these horrible times. Thanks so much for caring for my car. Much love.
All I can say is if you have any servicing needs for your vehicle this is the place to go! Omar is the BEST! He is truly one who knows his stuff! I’ve taken my car elsewhere at times when I needed things done but after my experience with Omar this will definitely be my only go to place!

First, Id like to thank Daniel H for assisting us in our new car purchase. If you guys are looking for a great, patient (super patient) friendly sales guy, Daniel H is your man (he speaks Spanish! So to my peeps, please go to him)finance department, and the Finance manager are the WORST! I had and issue with my vehicles alarm system and tried speaking to them about the issue but like most Finance people its not their problemWe were sent from one person to another, the so called Finance manager was a condescending son of a gun (for the sake of this survey)Service department: was somewhat helpful...Please be aware that the newer car models no longer come with an alarm system so save yourself some money on the monthly payment and get an alarm elsewhere.Love the car... but HONDA will ALWAYS provide BETTER customer service. Toyota has always been and will continue to be D*cks AFTER they get what they want. All you are is another $ sign to them. Daniel, keep doing what you do! You are a great sales person, just hope these people are treating you right. YOU deserve 10 stars but the rest of the team gets a negative 0 (if it was possible to give such rating)
This is my third Prius, and every time the technology and service gets better and better. First time at Miller Toyota, and the staff here is clearly a well run, highly communicative and well connected team. It’s kind of expected to hate car dealerships/sales people, but there was nothing skeevy about this place/team. They clearly have some great leadership, were respectful, welcoming and hospitable to not only my partner and myself, but also to our dog. Great experience all around. We were in and out with a 2021 Prius prime in 3 hours. My partner will be buying their next car here, and I’m also sending a dear friend their way this week. This is a great time to lease a Toyota.

My car was due for service and a man named Youbert was so kind and helpful. He quickly assisted me and took care of me and my car. He explained everything in detail and left me satisfied with all my questions answered. I normally don’t have a good time coming to car dealerships but he made my experience so enjoyable and quick that I’ll be coming back. Thanks again Youbert!!!

I had an appt. but yet I was attended to after a few people who either did not have appointments or had appointments after me were taken care of. Also, with an appointment; why did I need to wait for an oil change for three hours. I asked the service advisor why did I need to wait almost 20 minutes for someone to acknowledge my existence if I had an appt. and he proceeds to tell me about the policy for people who do not have appointments! You should take a page out of the customer service book at Oxnard Toyota. They know how to bring a customer back.
Brought my car in 12/19/20 to have my brakes done. I was taken care of quite well. Service was done within the amount of time expected. Staff was professional and courteous.Thank you Miller Toyota!

I found it to be an easy experience. I showed up very early for my appointment. I thought perhaps to early! But they took my car, answering any questions I had along the way. They sent me ah detailed but easy to understand description of any work that could be done or should be done. Including estimates. I was able to accept or decline on-line. Pick up was easy and fast. Everyone from my service rep to the parts people were great. I would happily take my car there again.
First time and last time. Made an appointment in advance and was told an estimate wait time of 2 hours, so I waited 4 HOURS for an alignment and a partial brake job!! It wasn’t even busy and there were workers standing around!? I asked why I waited so long and was told they had to layoff workers?? It would be nice if I was told that in the beginning. I think I’ll go back to my regular dealership now.

Great experience at Toyota of Anaheim! I was told the recall process could take up to 4 hours and I was done in an hour and half. Omar assisted me and was very helpful. He was professional and kept me updated of the process throughout. The waiting room was clean and spacious, with tables and chairs being regularly cleaned throughout the time there.
They were quick and courteous for checking in and checking out. They really couldnt have been nicer and more upfront about pricing. Customer lounge was neat and spacious although I only walked through it. It was definitely nicer than another Toyota lounge Ive recently visited. The online coupon for the brake service made the price pretty good for dealership service. I was easily able to make my appointment online. My one complaint was that when I asked about cleaning my vehicle after service, the associate explained that they sanitize the steering wheel and put a wrap on it until the service is complete. There’s probably a dozen other surfaces on my vehicle that they touch and the steering wheel is the only one they clean during my visit. That just soured my feeling about it all a bit. All in all a good place and worth going to if you want service on your vehicle. Just clean it after.

I was promised carpet style floor mats, they were in boxes when I examined vehicle but when I picked up vehicle they were gone! Mysterious?! I have made numerous attempts to get my mats and have received zero response! It appears promising these mats was a ploy to get me to purchase vehicle which I did. I feel like a real SUCKER!!
Wow. Nice dealership, nice lobby and lounge, some nice employees...BUT. Your time and property will not be valued here. I had my oil changed and got a tire rotation, which took two hours. They did not properly secure my skid plate, and it started dragging on the ground. I went in the next day to have them fix it, and had to wait two hours again, with no promise of refund. Do not waste your money here.

So happy with the service I received. My car suddenly went off. I contacted Miller Toyota and was helped by Omar. My car was taken in and repaired immediately. He’s extremely professional, knowledgeable and answered all my concerns. I highly recommend Omar and Miller Toyota and will definitely use their services again.
Miller Toyota went above and beyond in my car leasing experience. Carlos Perez (manager), Francisco Delgadillo (sales associate) and Jaime Perez(finance manager) all made the experience absolutely seamless. They made sure to find the Highlander I wanted, in the color and with all the amenities. I would definitely recommend this dealership next time you are in the market! Ask for Francisco- he has a wealth of knowledge and has been in the business for many years. He does not play games! Down to earth, honest and a hard worker.
