Been here to pick up packages twice now and both times the staff were friendly, and didn’t make me feel rushed! I wish I knew the man’s name that helped me, he made me smile and heck I feel like I might just have my packages delivered there so I can spend a few minutes with him as he seems like a genuinely great person! He made me laugh today when I told him the email I received said their hours are 10-2 and he jokingly said “huh… maybe that’s why it’s empty here after 2.” I like that sense of humor :P for the record they are open (I think he said) 9-6, maybe 8-6, haha. Thank you and keep up the wonderful service, it’s appreciated, especially with the way the world is now!

My package was stolen and re-taped at this facility. I sent in expensive trading cards to get graded, but the box arrived to the company empty. All I received was $100 standard insurance coverage.. this no where near covers the cost of what I shipped out.. No support from UPS on finding out what happened and putting in a claim was a very difficult process to deter you from making a claim. Very disappointed..

Everyone wore masks 😷 but they were a little slow. Two people working, one helping someone pick up their package and the other taking collecting packages to ship. Took me about 15 - 20 minutes just to drop off a package and get a receipt. Also the way they have you line up, everyone leaving the store had to walk right by me. I am thankful I wore a mask and a sheild. I think next time I will go to the smaller UPS stores. They seem to have faster computers.
Seems like this location has some shady stuff going on. Tracking number says that there was a customer request for the package, which is fraudulent. We never requested any changes and if we requested a hold, it would be at our preferred location in Tustin. Definitely not Anaheim. Check yourself, UPS. Customer service is not helpful and tried blaming us for the discrepancies. Target was helpful in trying to assist us and they’re tracking shows accurate info. It seems like others have had similar problems with whatever distribution center in Anaheim (I.e. this location). How does a UPS tracking number show that it was shipped and received in Anaheim, then suddenly a request that wasn’t initiated by us pops up? Now, there is a very convenient lack of updates. Read through the reviews and there are oddly familiar events happening to other people.

There was a typo on my address. I immediately called to update the info and I was told that they would redeliver it the next day. I then received a call from this location saying that I needed to pick it up (from a 714 number that just rings busy if you call it back) . What UPS didnt say was that they are only open Mon-Friday from 10-2. Since I work from 10-3 I couldnt pick it up at this location. The gentleman on the phone told me that they couldnt redeliver and couldnt redirect it to another UPS location without an almost $10 fee. So now after one attempt my package is going all the way back to the sender. The company I work for uses UPS and the guys who pick up are NEVER wearing face masks and are always 45 min to an hour late on pick ups. Between these two things I think I will probably not be using UPS for any of my personal use and will probably not order from Sephora unless they change mail carriers. Super disappointing

The employees were obviously under stress, and didnt have appropriate PPE. There is only a single entrance/exit, so it is impossible to maintain social distancing while there. Parking signage is unclear where customer parking is located (the most obvious sign only described employee parking). There was very little done to give people a clear and organized path to follow for customer service. Overall, this location displays a lack of commitment by UPS to keep its staff and customers safe.
I dont know why my package was delivered here, when my access point was totally available. Maybe the driver didnt want to make the stop at the access point. This was an extra 2-3 miles out of my way. There is no visitor parking, so you have to park in the employee lot. They tell you it closes at 2, yet hours posted on window are different.
I use UPS MyChoice and have REMOVED any alternate location where my packages can be left. My package containing $300 worth of goods was MISdelivered to my neighbors unit on 9/5/2020. She left immediately after placing my package in her home and I had to wait SIX AND A HALF HOURS until she arrived home to retrieve my package.I called the 800 number TWICE. The first time I was told the driver who delivered the package would call me within an hour. That never happened! The second time, an agent admitted the above mentioned mistake.The phone prompts are quite longwinded and contain lots of abusive orders. You need to provide a tracking number... You must this, you must that. YOU MUST STOP ORDERING PEOPLE AROUND!!!

Small package of about 100 gramm weight needs full 14 days from Germany/Berlin to Santa Barbara/CA !!! For the price of about 50 $ that is an absolute poor performance. If I order something at amazon, which comes from China, the delivery will be (and was) within max. 5 days. UPS . . . Never again, but German postage service (DHL) actually is not allowed to accept letter-postage . . . . I wonder, why. . . . Oh, I see, the elections and that idea of fraud everywhere from someone at DC . . .

Ive been coming to this location in Anaheim for about 3yrs now, And my thoughts are I dont like it! Customer service has always been subpar, They take a long time looking for your package and they are not very helpful. I dont usually give bad reviews but 3yrs seeing the same thing will do that😐
For 5 straight days UPS said my package was on truck for delivery so I waited and waited. 5 straight days it was then changed till next day. Still have not received package after calling customer service. They insisted the package would be delivered today. I laughed at them but they insisted. This happened on 2 different occasions. Being at the end of a UPS ROUTE SUCKS
Worst service ever. Their Veteran driver decided not to deliver package and claimed to have made an attempt but I was not on the lease. Escalated the situation and spoke to my apartment manager and sure enough, they never made an attempt at all. They totally lied. Then spent hours and hours (not kidding) on phone calls trying to get someone to sort it out. Finally got in touch with Robert the facility manager here and sure enough, his phone doesnt work or something and hangs up. No call back. Still in the middle of going through all the steps again currently, still have no package. The best part is Robert cant even get me a time window for re-delivery. WORST service ever from UPS, makes you question whether they are working or just trying to do less. Lazy, inconsiderate people here. VERY upsetting and ruined my whole day being on phone for hours.
I have yet to receive any package from ups. They’re always sending the packages back to the sender without notification. The site is difficult to navigate through to answer questions. I now have another package that was “out for delivery” then changed to “delivery change requested” within an hour of departure. They rely solely on you to check for their updates and changes.
Mark at the front desk went above and beyond. He agreed and remembered to call me on my cell phone early in the morning and allowed me to pick up a package early. Truly a great person and saved the day for me! Can’t thank you enough Mark. UPS is lucky to have you as an employee.-Mike

Next day air envelope sent to me was supposed to be delivered Wednesday the 17th before 9:00 PM - it wasnt, then it was Thursday before 9:00PM - again it didnt happen. Friday before 9:00PM also didnt happen, but got a message that it has been rescheduled for Monday the 22. Every day I checked with UPS after the first failed delivery and I was assured by the service center it would be delivered that day. Each day the track a package and my choice app. showed it was on the truck for delivery. Im glad the pkg wasnt sent by ground. Really?

Had to get legal documents signed, fast friendly and cheaper than expected, everyone was friendly and explained things to us with out making me feel like an idiot for asking simple questions .. other places have rude people and just want you to hurry and leave, but not here, thank u ups for a great visit

Elizabeth from UPS in Anaheim tried reaching me back to back to make sure I recieved my package after the sender not only misspelled my name but printed incomplete address. She made the effort to do a search on my name to acquire my phone number to let me know my package was sitting and wanted to make sure it was delivered to me and not sent back to sender. Super busy because of the holidays! But thankfully I was in and out in under 5 minutes.
The driver made one attempt to deliver my package and left a note that he would try again. He did not. There was no information about where my package was on the note, no tracking number or phone number, so I had to call customer service for the company that I made my purchase from. After 1 week of tracking it down I finally was able to get my package. It took all of 3 minutes to pick it up at the facility. Frustrated that the driver made me jump through so many hoops
Received an invoice that said they made a delivery attempt that was “oversized” and that they would try again the next day. It was a comforter set... I waited at home all day the next day only to receive a notification that they had made another delivery attempt. They didn’t even try.
Picking up my iPhone here very quickly if you dont want to wait for the delivery truck. You have to bring your ID card with you. ID card should have the same address with thr delivery address on the package. Otherwise, you have to show them your email order confirmation. Before the day you come to pick up, you must call UPS first to let them know you will pick up your package there, so they will keep them there for you. If you forgot to do that and your package was out for delivery, you can ask them what truck your package on, then ask them where that truck in at that time. You can also ask them the route kf that truck for whole day, so you can follow and catch them at some next delivery destinations.
Whenever I have a package that comes through their Anaheim location, there is always an issue. Multiple times they have left the sticker that said that they would try to deliver the next day, never saw them again, I had to drive all the way over to Anaheim and pick them up. Now I have ordered some prescription sunglasses, which were expensive and they were “out for delivery”, but then were never delivered. Knowing this location has issues, I filed a claim right away because they “investigate” claims for 8 business days. So now I have to wait 8 days until they let the company that I purchased the glasses from know that the driver took the sunglasses home. THEN they have to remake the prescription sunglasses and it will most likely go through Anaheim again and that driver will take them home and it will start over again. Instead I will have them ship them to a store and pick it up there.

I received quick and efficient service, but only had to go because they didnt give my dad one of his packages. My advice is to have tracking information available to take care of all pickups at once. Other than that, they know what theyre doing!

The drivers do not even bother trying to find your apartment if it is not convenient for them if you live in an apartment complex. They just put delivered and that’s it no slip no nothing. Even have had residents that have cameras that show no driver pull up and they still put delivered.

I am so shocked at how amazing this place is! I used to go to a UPS store a few minutes away and once they charged me $54 to ship a coffee machine to North Carolina. My dad brought me to this location and I paid $75 to send 32 lbs of clothe & baby books over! Plus they spent so much time wrapping everything even the chips I sent my sister were bubble wrapped! I love how much they care that your stuff gets there safe and in one piece. I would never send care packages to my sister because it was so expensive to ship but now that I know about this location I will be sending her stuff alot more often! Im so happy!

I am quite furious with the people here. In the past 24 hours I have tried to figure out why they cant deliver my package to the apartment door. In there files they say they will send it to my door, so I was right next to my door the entire day. Later when I checked the status of my package it claimed they attempted to, but wasnt able to. I was next to the door the entire time. I called ahead of time to confirm what they will bring it to the door and they said they will. I have called the same UPS number 6 times and EVERYONE is telling me different things. This UPS store/ number needs to get all their information relied better.

Jessica was incredibly helpful. I missed a home delivery, so I went in to see if there was any way I could get my package. I couldnt pick up my package on the first visit because there was literally no way for them to get it at the moment. But Jessica took the time to look up where the package was, and make a note to put it aside so that I could pick it up at will call later that night. I was very impressed by this given the huge number of packages and people moving through that facility. I also want to give a shout out to Brian for calmly and collectedly handling a difficult customer service situation while we were there.
The ups drivers and their supervisors are using personal matters to effect the ups business I have had multiple problems with my ups driver he keeps rescheduling I watched him come to my house with a delivery and drive off and scheduled it for a pickup I spoke to his supervisor which told me thing’s would be normal after arguing with me and blaming me for the issue with the driver being completely unprofessional it’s obvious these two guys know each other and are abusing there power for personal reasons I am the customer and I called the ups customer support only for them to open three claims and push my order to prioritize delivery which still has not arrived the driver keeps rescheduling all the way from 1030 to midnight multiple rescheduling at least three time a day.
Friendly, civil and incompetent. How bad could it be? Believe the one-star reviews. I missed the delivery of a package that required a signature (because I was in the bathroom and did not hear knocking over the sounds of construction). I called the central office. I could drive twenty minutes to pick up my package at this location, I was told. Will I have to arrive before the office closes at 7:00 PM? No, I was told, the place stays open late for people like me picking up specific packages in response to missed delivery attempts. Id be called when the package was ready, I was assured. I was not called. So, I drove to the center. The security guard told me I could no longer pick up the package. The office closed at 8:30 PM for everyone. What? I was not warned about the 8:30 PM deadline when the friendly customer service representative promised a phone call. I appealed the security guards decision -- right to the central customer service office! I could return at 7:00 AM. Fighting through teeth of Southern California rush hour traffic sure sounded tempting, but ... Can I have the package delivered like it was supposed to be? No. Why not? The status has been changed to hold for pick up. Change it back? No, I had requested the change. But, wait, I asked to pick up my package at the shipping center only because I was promised a phone call and the ability to pick up my package after hours. I am one of those (registered) deviants who has no abstract desire to visit an industrial park in Anaheim. Please, just change the status of the package in the system be returned to deliver from hold for pick up. No. The central system could change the status of the package from deliver to hold for pick up, but could not return the status of the package to deliver from hold for pick up. Isnt everyone at UPS connected to the same computer system? Yes, but only the local center has the power to make such changes once the package is in its possession. Wait, but in whose possession was the package when the status was changed from deliver to hold for pick up? And, so ends the conversation with my only solace being found in the Bible, Romans 11:33-34 (How unsearchable are his judgments, and his ways past finding out! Who has known the mind of the Lord?).

I ship here on a weekly basis and have always had a good experience. Staff has always been great and willing to help with delivery or pick up. You can also ship as late as 7pm, where UPS store stops at 5pm.On occasion, I do see other customers have issues and its usually the customers fault for being impatient, improper documentation to pick up their parcel, or upset because UPS didnt deliver to their apartment for liability of packages being stolen. Its a UPS policy to save their butt, nothing to do with UPS counter employees. Give these folks a break, the only knowledge they have about your package is in the system, its not their fault.

Poor package handling. I arranged to pick up my package at Anaheim UPS Depot, when I arrived they were already prepared to tell me they lost possible stolen my package (new mobile phone) driver never logged in back into lock up for high value items. A wasted trip and causing a bad snowball effect.

I arrived at 7:28 am to pick up a package. There was a security guard in the lot to help me find the customer parking. They opened promptly at 7:30 and were friendly and efficient. I was in and out in 5 minutes and have no complaints.

Your UPS guy doesnt know how to read English on the receipt for a package from Canada to US. It clearly showed that driver needs this receipt for delivery. He still wants us to pay the broker fee even we already provided him the receipt.At the very beginning I dont know my co-worker already paid for that, and this driver just ask I need Check for this. I ask if credit card is fine, and he said, do you need the package or not. After I showed the receipt to him and mentioned that we will keep the package since we already paid the broker fee and he said I will need to have package back, and I will call the Police if you dont return the package. I said of course no and you could call the Police whatever you like.He then talked to your UPS center and said he never worked this way before. Emmm... It seems that this is not a qualified worker and its ridiculous UPS hired this type of person. If you want to check the details, its the driver dropping off and picking up stuff on Oaks Ave., Chino, 91710. This issues happened on 1/11/2019 3:10 pm. This driver is lazy and he will require you to schedule another pick-up if he comes here for the package pick-up, and therere more packages available as well. Come on.. Fedex do whatever they need to satisfy customer, and UPS just send this kind of lazy guys running the business??
If I could give 0 stars I would. I ordered a tablet from Sprint. Was supposed to be delivered next day but do to Thanksgiving it was due to be delivered Friday. UPS stated that the business was closed at 11:45 am which is a lie since it is my apartments and the office is open 9am to 6pm. Plus I was home and he never came to my door. Now I am dealing with UPS so I can pick it up instead of having it delivered. Don’t trust that it will be delivered in one piece. UPS needs to look at the drivers they hire. This guy should be fired for lying.
Thank you for incorrectly sorting my package that was already a day late and now will be another day late! The only way to get my package quicker according to them was for them was to hold it and I could pick it up the next day. Why would I leave work, where it is supposed to be delivered to, the next day to go pick it up? That was their only solution. Customer service blows, so does this distribution center! FED-EX would never make this mistake.

Someone who works at this location changed my delivery information without receiver and shipper permission. My packages should be delivered at my address but they requested to be held for collection at the UPS facility.I had to call the customer service to dispute the delivery request.
If i could give 0 stars or less, I would. This facility has the laziest and most incompetent drivers. I had a time sensitive shipment that was supposed to arrive today. I was home all day sitting in front of the window by the door. The driver never even stopped by and all of a sudden I get a notice saying, The receiver was not available at the time of the first delivery attempt. A second attempt will be made. Get your act together! Your driver never even drove by.
Driver dispatched from this facility has been too lazy to deliver my packages twice, and they end up back at the distribution facility. I have now started requesting FedEx ships my packages when I order things to avoid using UPS.

Honestly the WORST! Honestly. We were supposed to get our order delivered to our house by 11:20 today. However, we missed it because no one was home to sign and accept the package. We then contacted UPS and filed a request to pick it up at the location in Anaheim. Then we got a call from the location to confirm the time of when the package will arrive. We showed up at the right time, spent more than 30 mins waiting in line, just to find out that the package was already put back into the truck, regardless of the fact that they know we were coming to pick it up (we did confirm that on the phone.) Honestly, we’re just beyond upset. The UPS was far from where we live and then we still wasted our time waiting in line for nothing. Please someone manage this place and get it together. I am greatly DISAPPOINTED with the way it is managed and operate.
Sadly horrible experience with this location. I have a package which was supposed to be delivered 5 days ago coming from only 2 hours away location and I am still waiting. According to the customer service, the package will get delivered tomorrow but thats what they have been saying for the last 5 days...

Clearly printed on the Blue Apron box in three locations, Perishable items One indicated, Perishable Items please refrigerate. Driver DOES NOT ring door bell. I was told to pick up a package at 8:00 pm and theyre closed. They dont deliver to the correct address and refuse to make annotations. This is one of many packages lost/ held without my request.
Called for a package that wasnt delivered this week.. Updated my address with the person on the phone said my pakage should be delivered Monday. Lets see if that happens. But the guy on the phone was nice
