Booking was straight forward and simple. I called before hand to confirm, but I really didnt need to. We received email confirmations and texts that confirmed our charter. I used Hemet Limo and Sedan Service for two recent airport transports. On both trips the drivers were a few minutes early picking us up. This made me feel much more at ease as Im a control freak and hated the idea of relying on someone else to get us to the airport. On both returned trips I received text messages from the driver upon arrival advising that they were standing by and ready after we pick up our luggage. On the last trip we ended up being delayed 3 hours but the driver was still there waiting to take us home.
