My experience with King Limo was great! We took the bus to the UCLA game a couple weeks ago and everything went perfectly! The driver was early when picking us up, on time when getting to the game and back home. The bus was very new, nice and clean. We loved the outstanding service that we received. I would highly recommend!

They bailed us out when our other bus was cancelled! Kyle was one of the best drivers we have ever had. Quick, professional, and friendly. Drove our group from California to Arizona. We hit some pretty bad weather and he was awesome. Thanks for getting us home!

The a/c on the bus didn’t work. Had to take a 2.5 hour bus ride in 100deg heat with no a/c, luckily there wasn’t any elderly people on the bus because I am certain it could have been fatal for them.

Our Long Beach Poly High School Jazz Program just returned from a fantastic 4 day trip to Reno Nevada thanks to King Limo and their great busses and drivers. Completely professional and accommodating at every turn.This was our second year using them; last year the owner saved our trip from disaster by accepting a very last-minute booking due to a bureaucratic error, and he made it happen.I have already put in our reservation for next year! King Limo has my complete loyalty for any bus travel needs going forward.

King Limo is great! Paul, ToniLynn, and the rest of the crew are wonderful. On our 8th grade trip, our flight was delayed...but we didnt know from hour to hour what the delay would actually be. I had to contact King several times saying we would be later and later. Paul worked with me to make sure we still had busses to pick us up. King is always professional and on top of their game. Looking forward to working with them next year!

I wrote a bad review of one of their drivers. Instead of reaching out to me, they blocked me and deleted my comment. I see that their lack of professionalism goes beyond that of the driver and to the top of management. The unprofessionalism continued when they reached out to my superiors and wanted me to cease leaving a negative review. Good luck with that.Instead of making the situation right, you made it worse. And your ratings will reflect it.

Incredibly dissatisfied with this service. Left us in a parking lot saying they had another contract to fulfill and then their manager calls telling one of our officers to take down any negative comments we post on their social media.

Bus we used was fine, cramped but kind of what you would expect from a bus service. Would not recommend for tours because so limited on legroom.The driver we had was not helpful, requiring directions to the address previously given, from individuals who did not plan the event or know anything about their final destination other than what it was. Then, when informed of such, gave sassy responses implying that it was our fault that the company did not give her adequate instructions.Once we got on site, there was some delay before getting to our drop off location due to traffic control. Instead of waiting like other busses we contracted, the driver got everyone off the bus and had us carry our luggage the remainder of the distance on foot, so the company could complete another co tract before the full completion of their first.Overall, a mediocre experience, unhelpful staff and an incomplete contract lead me to this one star rating.

The BEST. We have used them 5 times now for a school charter trip and they have been the best with us and the kids!
