The worst customer service and is a scam!!! There is no customer service line to call and they claim if you cancel services they refund you. I constantly get a generated reply from a Jessica who probably isnt a real person that said that my money cannot be refunded but used for a future service. In my account, it states that the amount will be refunded if you cancel. Well, I cancelled all services from them and now theyll be keeping my money. Such a worthless company!!!

Worse cleaning service ever, tried twice, 1st time, the guy didnt finish his work and left 2 rooms untouched and dirty, 2nd the lady called me even before start doing anything, telling me she dont wanna be able to clean the house (the house was empty - moving out cleaning like easy breeze) she wasted 30 minutes been negative and didnt do nothing, I took several pictures of the trash and not done work and offer to send to the company, they didnt care either, THEY DO NOT SHOW RESPECT ON THEIR CLIENTS MONEY AND TIME!!!! waste of money, lady was sitting in my house for 2.5 hours and didnt do nothing. Their customer service is even worse and UNPROFESSIONAL, just like some of the house keepers. They wont refund your money, and they will keep giving you credit and credit... DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME, SERIOUSLY. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL SERVICE, WITH AN UNPROFESSIONAL CUSTOMER SERVICE / COMPANY!

Prepaid on line business model. No customer support. No one showed up and no call, email or carrier Pidgeon. I will do all I can to tell everyone that this company is stealing money, lies to its customers and is less than reputable. If you are a franchise owner, do something about it. Your corporate is doing nothing to support you. You have no one to blame but yourself for bad reviews. It may be a broad brush but your brand is being damaged by people who just dont care.

Thank God we did not do business with this company after doing some research and background check found out about fraud name change stealing and underpaying employee just because of their legal status even tax evasion i am pretty sure. He will deny it bit have the proof of previous companys he has work for and references that will prove him a fraud and unprofessional individual good luck if you have hire him or do business with him.

Frequent Inconvenient Cancellations!!!I have had a few good Homekeepers with no complaints. However, if you dont cancel within 24 hours, you get charged half the cost. What isnt fair is that if a Homekeeper cancels, you get a 20 minute notice, and zero credit for time wasted. This has happened to me 4 times and even if they claim they try to send an alternate, it never happens. Also the Homekeepers are always changing, and even if the work I requested is easy (ie: just bathroom and kitchen), I still find stuff dirty and not done, and then they claim that it was cleaned. Customer service is of no help and if you complain, they just send you a standard generated apology and tell you to reschedule. I guess as the saying goes, You get what you pay for.
